Fantastic experience: my mother is a 93 yr old client with dementia and the patience & kindness shown from the staff at reception to the dentist is wonderful.. even though the rooms are tight the staff never yell or get impatient.. special kudos to the hygienist Marilyn and to DrNdo

Aetna dental ( William) has been trying to reach you for months Carl went in and you promised to refund him but it’s been 7 months and where is our $1800 refund ??? Fantastic experience: I went in for an annual check-up and was first seen by the dental hygienist. She was very pleasant and did a good job cleaning my teeth. The next stop was for X-rays which just took a few minutes. Finally, the dentist reviewed the X-rays and checked my teeth. He recommended that I have my teeth cleaned twice a year so as to avoid any decay under my crowns. All was done quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I must say that my appointment yesterday was amazingly excellent. From the moment I entered the building I couldn't believe the professionalism of the staff in all the departments. Such kindness and concern for me. The hygienist Marilyn did such a great job she was kind and patient with me, also the ex Ray technician and last of all the examining doctor who had excellent bedside manners. The front desk was so helpful with filling out the forms. The place was clean and it so refreshing seeing everyone working together. I would recommend Concerned Dentist to everyone. The front girls Charlene, Johanna and Lauren are very warm welcoming as a new patient. my higienist Paola did so great by cleaning my teeth! Dr. Ndoj performed my exam and I loved how intelligent and lovely is. His assistants Sha, Angie and Mohammed made me feel so welcome. Fantastic experience: On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. She’s my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental! June 2024 Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs. Today, Friday, June 6, 2025 I had appointments with my hygienist, Paola, and dentist, Dr. Endoy. I am thoroughly pleased with both; they’re professional and a pleasure to have them work on my teeth. The appointment runs smoothly from start to finish. Taken before scheduled appointment to get x-rays done then only a few minutes wait before Paola calls me in. Then just a few more minutes wait between finishing with hygienist and being seen by Dr. Endoy. He gives the most extensive check up by a dentist that I have ever had. He checks for signs of cancer in throat, mouth and under tongue besides checking my teeth. This is all done in minutes. He really puts you at ease. No fear of my dentist here! Today, 12/8/25, saw both Paola(hygienist) & Dr. Endoy. As usual both were professional, timely & listened to my concerns. They’re the best. After speaking with them I was also able to get my husband in on an emergency visit. Thank you so much for listening to your patients.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience at this office. The communication felt disorganized, and I left feeling unheard about my concerns. The wait time was longer than I expected, and I didn’t feel fully comfortable with the way my appointment was handled. I won’t be returning, and I hope they improve how they treat patients moving forward.

Negative experience: Does anyone answer the phone here I have tried to call on 3 seperate days and I am kept on hold until a voice mail picks up. NO one ever calls back

Positive experience: They, (the assembly line) just got so over priced had to find new dentist, glad I did for example, root canal at concerned was 2500, new dentist, Scarsdale dental spa, same procedure is 1350 and much better bed side manners than concerned.

Positive experience: All of the staff at this location are thorough, pleasant and professional prompting me to continue to drive 1 1/2 hours to receive treatment by them. Worth the trip and gas HOWEVER, if you’re trying to contact them by phone anticipate either no response, call back or being put on hold for considerable lengths of time. When there’s thousands of dollars on the line for dental care you would think they would extend their professionalism to all forms of communication with their patients. Very disappointing!!!

Positive experience: The front desk, hygienist, X-ray technician and dentist were all great. They were friendly, caring and professional. The only negative is the wait times. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen for the first process and the whole visit, with three separate times in and out of waiting room, took over an hour.

Negative experience: Never. Go. Here. I was a patient for many years… I like consistency, so I kept coming back over a few small hiccups (Dr not showing up, them wanting to cancel my appointment day of, long wait times…. Etc). The straw that broke the camels back. I had an emergency accident over the weekend. I called and left voicemails, texted them multiple times. Of course I knew they weren’t open on the weekend but they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call to follow up from my messages…. Ever!!!!! They never returned my calls or texts. Horrible customer service. I now see a new provider due to this hot mess of a dental office

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency visit due to pain in my lower right rear. Turned out I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, bone graph done and stitched. It's been 24 hours since and in creditably no discomfort, swelling or pain. Worth the visit and then some.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ndoj was an A Plus and so was his staff. Im 65 new to westchester and had two horrors with two dental practices to fix two teeth. my daughter found dr Ndoj i went to see him and he acted so professionally and you knew cared about his patients and profession. Anyone who is unhappy or needs a new dentist I highly recomend Dr Njod i was beginning to loose faith in people after two bad dental experiences in westchester. An excellent dentist.

The financial team and the front desk staff make sure to check insurance coverage and inform regarding costs etc. The office is clean and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I just started coming to this dentist and absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice and personable and provided me with great care! There is parking, and I haven’t had to wait long at all.

Negative experience: They open at 8, I have a 9 o’clock appointment but it’s now 10 and I’m sitting in this waiting room, unseen, questioning how in one hour of being open they are one hour behind. If I wasn’t genuinely in pain I would’ve left. Update: Dr.Ndoj and Hygenist Paola had me leave the office with a smile. Although the wait time was ridiculous I enjoyed the rapport building with them both. The front desk is where it’s confusing. Went for root canal pain and they tell me the girl who does that is in on Tuesdays, so then why did I come on a Friday?

Negative experience: Do not waste your time! I made an appointment for my brother-in-law after confirming that they accept his insurance. When he arrived, they told him he needed to pay $1500 for bone grafting—something he couldn’t afford right now. Because he didn’t have the money, they let him leave in pain without doing the extraction. To make things worse, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and pushy, pressuring him to pay instead of helping. And let’s be clear: bone grafting is not mandatory for everyone—it should be optional based on the patient’s choice !!!!

Positive experience: It may help to do all profile info electronically before a visit. Perhaps patients can fill out paper forms ONLY if there are significant changes. Overall, the doctors and staff are pleasant.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and they made me wait for over an hour. Nobody came to see me. I don’t recommend this place. They made me waste a whole morning!

Negative experience: They do not respect your time at this place. Every single time I go here, they see me an hour or even later than the scheduled appointment time.

Negative experience: I may check up and cleanings there. I needed my wisdom teeth Extracted. They tried to tell me that I needed a bone graph before they removed them and they said they wouldn’t do it without the graph. Then! They wanted to charge me $800!

Positive experience: Nice and professional dentists but they need more chairs in the waiting room or not to overbook. They could easily fit four more chairs so we don’t have to stand since they make us wait. It's especially a problem since the last two times there I had to wait over an hour.

Staff was polite .probably won't be returning Needed a tooth pulled They charged me 3,000 dollars My daughter chipped her tooth They wanted to be paid up front and wouldn't submit bill to ins. Negative experience: I had my hopes high but unfortunately ended up be disappointing. Very difficult to get in touch with the front desk and if/when you do, the issues don't get resolved. In my current situation, I am trying to get a second opinion and see other treatment options with my dentist for something my insurance doesn't deem necessary but am being told the only option is to pay out of pocket in full for something that I probably don't need. One of the front desk ladies was very sweet and understanding but other than that, I feel like at this point I don't know what to do and will have to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Worst place to go for dential work. The dentist will lie to you to get more money out of you. Also very long wait times when you call there to ask questions or make an appointment the manager and assist manager are rude and and are in cahoot with the dentist to get more money out of you when you don’t need the work. I wish I can give this place a zero. Customer be aware of this place don’t waste your time or money here. They don’t care about there customers.

Fantastic experience: I must say I had the best experience at Concerned Dental. The first thing they do is clean your teeth and baby I have never experienced the cleaning I had by Marilynn. Just excellent work it wasn’t a derp cleaning just a regular cleaning but it felt like a deep cleaning and when I looked at my teeth o was very pleased. Then I had my Xray taken by I think her name was Regina but I’m not sure very nice lady. Then the dentist came in and explained everything to me with language that I understood. Now I have to wait and see if the insurance company will approve to get the work I need done. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 10+

Fantastic experience: Today’s visit was without a doubt of of my best. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. I still have another visit for filling but now I worry less that everyone there will take good care of me

Negative experience: I’ve been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment. Every time I call, I’m routed to an answering machine, and despite leaving multiple messages, no one ever called me back. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before the call dropped. I called again early the next morning and was finally able to speak to someone—only for them to book my appointment incorrectly. To make things worse, the receptionist became frustrated with me because there was already a profile under my name, even though I’ve never been to this office before. A week later, I received a call informing me that my appointment was made incorrectly, and I was given the choice of coming in the next day or waiting until July. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I don't know why you have my daughter's name with Concern Dental when it is I Raquel Baez the patient. However, I'm very happy an satisfied with the care and professional attention to me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ndoj is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so patient and kind. I am a nervous dental patient and he was so kind to me, he really put me at ease. And this is the first time in my life I have ever had a dental procedure that didn’t hurt. I didn’t feel the shot at all — and I always feel it. You’re greeted at the reception desk by a friendly and helpful office staff. I had concern because it’s a very busy office, but I must say it’s very organized and you’re not waiting a long time. I can’t say enough about everyone I came in contact with on my first visit. The hygienist, Xray technician, dental assistants, insurance dept….all were very professional, friendly and caring. Negative experience: Staff was pretty nice no issues with that however being charge $1600 out of pocket with premium insurance for a root canal is nothing short of a ripoff. I went elsewhere and got the same exact root canal done for $800 out of pocket I recommend smilespace in harlem if you have premium coverage.

Negative experience: The worst dental care. A simple tooth extension, and they make it's impossible. Telling me insurance doesn't cover it. I had my insurance call them to tell them it was corved. Then, they added more treatments to try to charge me 2000 for gum/tissue treatment that wasn't mentioned in the consultation. Also, the people in the front office are clueless/rude. Multiple emails and messages left and dont get reply back. unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: First time using Concerned Dental of Westchester today 12/30/2024. I cracked a tooth last Thursday. After xrays and a consultation with the dentist, it was determined that not only the cracked tooth but one of my wisdom teeth should be removed. The crack was actually a split. I never had any teeth pulled before. The Oral Surgeon came in and went over my films with me and explained the procedure in detail. I decided to go for it. He actually talked me through the whole surgery, aftercare, etc, while he was performing. Having 2 teeth pulled was absolutely painless and I must say I was completely at ease. I highly recommend CDC of Westchester. Great dentist and surgeon!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the atmosphere and service of the staff they treated me as I wanted to be treated with the respect and mannerism I am glad I went I am getting a root canal done that they made sure that all my needs were taken care of before the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Paula was amazing. In all the years I’ve been to a dentist. She has been the best at cleaning my teeth. This is the first time in years I left without my mouth being in pain from a cleaning. I came out of there with my teeth squeaky clean and in no gum pain. She’s amazing! The staff and dentist were also extremely warm and friendly! I love it here!

Negative experience: They are charging me for services that was not done and No one picks up the phone to help me with this $ 3000 plus bill the doctor told me he wasn’t able to do anything, they wanted to do a root canal and crown on a tooth the dentist recommended to be extracted all about money and half no real consideration for the client. I did dental for 13 years and I do know that if you need an extraction why do a root canal to turn around and have to pull the tooth down the road.

Fantastic experience: Nice practice. First appointment today. Wait wasn’t too bad. Personal is attentive, doctors seems to be knowledgeable. Parking available outside the office. Clean facility.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Maksim Ndoj! He is a fantastic dentist. He is very friendly and professional. I shared a couple of concerns with him (teeth staining) He took the time to discuss options / solutions and suggested a fantastic treatment. I'm very happy with the outcome!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Was fast, straight forward.. never felt like they tried to make up denture problems to milk the insurance. I felt was very sincere and honest.

Negative experience: I gave this office 2 stars because they got two things right know how to read xrays and have some nice ppl around. The lack of the 3 other starts is because they misdiagnosed me after a cleaning, they didnt get to the root no pun intended of the pain i was experiencing. I took so many trips to their office to see other specialists. Apparently they cant squeeze you in for a quick consult. Like i am there for dental and all your specialists are all busy than whats the point. Also their braces specialist was a bit rude and short with her delivery doesnt know how to respectfully tell you that you have a condition she just yells it out to everyone in the room. I didnt like that. Their root specialist never showed up i waited like 20 mins on the chair and i left i had enough of their nonsense. They love sitting you in the back to pay up for out of pocket services though. So watch out! Im off to better dental office. ✌
