Fantastic experience: I met this awesome group of dentists as my office is located near them. I had been going to another dentist for approximately 15 to 20 years. I felt like I should seek the advice of another dentist so I went to Patton Family Dentistry. At my appointment I discovered I needed a new crown but my dentist at my prior practice never said anything. Dr. Lewis did a crown on me with NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. I hate needles but the way Dr. Lewis administered the shot was absolutely painless. Not only was it painless but it took my dentist no time to get me fitted for the crown. Dr. Lewis's assistant, Jessie Curvin, was absolutely wonderful and comforting that it made my procedure absolutely painless. I am 62 years old and will always continue to go to this practice as long as they will have me. PS., Dr. Lewis is absolutely gorgeous to look at. (maybe that is why I had no pain with the crown they gave me)

Fantastic experience: I love Elmtree Family Dental! They got me in so quickly as a new patient when I was experiencing tooth pain. Within the week I was seen and scheduled to get a crown done. All of the staff are so kind and every time I go I have a great experience!

Fantastic experience: So far I am very pleased as well as pleasantly surprised. I had an initial visit to determine going forward with dental work. All of the people that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. It was necessry to get a preauthorization from my insurance company to see what, if anything, would be covered by my dental insurance. The office manager - DeeJay - said that they would submit it to the insurance company and get back to me with the necessary information. Well, surprise surprise, I received a call within two days and have set up an appointment to continue with the work necessary. I am still waiting for a call from my previous dental office for a preauthorization to the same insurance company that was filed back in September. Elmtree Family Dental is the first Dental Office that has bothered to call me back in order to do dental work - so far they are great.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Dr. Lanier and Mandy (hygienist) were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and gave us a quote that was $5,000 LESS than another dentist in town! The front desk staff was also amazing and were able to get my daughter in for an appointment very quickly!

Fantastic experience: First of all, I was SOOOOOO scared to go to the dentist!!! I found Elmtree Family Dental online and the reviews were amazing, so I went. I wish I would have gotten the dental tech's name that did my x-rays, because she was AMAZING!!! I cried (out of fear) and she was SO kind and empathetic to me and REALLY put my mind and my fears at ease. I have some dental work ahead of me, but not NEARLY as much as I assumed it would be, it was so much worse in my own head than in reality. I cannot say enough good things, honestly. I'm SO thankful to have found Elmtree!!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was very nice, to the extent that a dentist visit can be. Mandy expertly x-rayed, examined and cleaned my teeth. She was gentle and thorough, explaining what she was doing and why, using vocabulary I was able to understand. Dr. Lanier was very busy, so we couldn't chat, but part of that was due to my being late and jamming their schedule. Charges were quite reasonable. All in all, I'd say 4.9 stars. The 1/10 deduction is due to the fact that I wasn't given a sucker, even though I didn't cry once.

Fantastic experience: Was seen right on time. I had to replace a crown and was quite nervous. Marie was quick to get started and prepped my tooth for Dr Lanier. Before I knew it, my tooth was numb and the old crown was painlessly removed. Marie made a temporary tooth with much care and put it in place. I was finished and out in no time. Very good experience.

Fantastic experience: 7/29/25 - Elmtree Family Dentist. I am so thankful for this dentistry. I have been going here for a while and I can only say great things about this dentistry. Everyone is polite, helpful, friendly and respectful. I had an emergency this morning. An old filling that was filled by a different dentist fell out this morning. I jumped in my car and arrived at the office at 7:45 am today. I didn’t have an appointment. They took me back and put a new filling in. I was in and out and they did an EXCELLENT job! I highly recommend Elmtree Family Dentist! A+++++++

Negative experience: Dr. Roncaglione is very unprofessional and impersonal. The hygienists are AMAZING, but the doc is a frat boy with zero bedside manners.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. My kids enjoy it as well. My 9 year old even said he'd come again a week later, so he must've been treated really nice and gentle. I love that they aren't money hungry. A chain dental company told me my kids needed a bunch of expensive dental work but when we switched here they said it wasn't necessary and they were fine. Getting appointments is quick and the people here are so sweet.

Negative experience: Took the day off to get some work done on my teeth, when I arrived I was told my appointment had been canceled. Truly unprofessional & I was told to just come back the next day unfortunately I have a job that doesn’t allow me to take off whenever I want. Time wasted & gas wasted as well.
