Positive experience: Honestly, a really great place and very nice people. My kids have been going here for years and have always gotten good work done. However, I would warn you not to schedule your appointment for 8 AM because the doctor and their assistance will be 15 to 20 minutes late. At least that’s been my experience the last two times.

Negative experience: BEWARE!! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING YOUR CHILD HERE!! This office called me to offer their services and I fully regret the experience. I arrived for my 2pm appointment 15 minutes early, and was almost punished for it not only will you not be acknowledged but you are not to speak to staff 1minute before 2pm, if you do you can expect a “one moment finger” with a long very unhygienic artificial nail attached to it to cut you off. This location is absolutely is filthy, the walls are stained black from hand prints all over their walls in the waiting area the chairs are soiled and stained and the smell was so fowl I felt nauseous, like rotting sewer. The front desk staff is by far the most unprofessional staff I’ve come in contact with, from eating at the front desk to very loud inappropriate conversations about personal matters all while patients are in the waiting area. In a medical office you expect a clean professional environment especially when you’re trusting them enough to go inside of your child’s mouth and this is the complete opposite of that. I have learned from this that good Dental Offices are hard to get into, so if they are cold calling looking for new patients, it’s probably a bad sign!

Negative experience: 1. The office management is really unprofessional… they told me to come 6:00am, however the appointment was 6:30am. I arrived in lobby 6:00am, no one came and ask us why you’re here 7:00am. 1 hour wait for nothing 2. The office cleanliness is not satisfaction… floors are really dirty… 3. My son was in pain, we were discharged without any instruction. I called the front office number during business hours, no one was answering after several attempts, finally someone answered, but wasn’t helpful. She said no one answers her call either.

Negative experience: Appointment at 2:45 pm waited until 4:00

Fantastic experience: Good experience everytime! Clean office practicing safe covid precautions. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Location is convenient inside shopping center. Bring toys or electronics for small children pass time while you wait. We bring our 2 yr old son and 1 yr daughter. They are comfortable seeing Dr. Ernie and he is always patience. See you in 6 months for our cleanings... Yes I reccomend. 2025 Update kids are 6 and 5 now and we're still coming here. Love the care and service 2026 Update: My kids are now 6 and 7 years old. Still friendly efficient and great care for my kids. The entire staff is warm and welcoming! I definitely recommend!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I love going to the dentist office pediatric dentist office. They’re always so good with the kids so patient so caring. And they do good work. My granddaughter had two crowns on her baby teeth that will fall out when her big teeth come in and we have no problem with that. She just went in for a cleaning and before that in orthodontist checkout, and it was all good news no hiccups. And we just found out on the last appointment. Your best friend from school goes there as well and she loves it too.

Negative experience: Radiologist got frustrated at my 3 year old way too quickly and she made my daughter cry. This was not her first x-ray at this dentist’s office and had great experience before. Radiologist needs more training with children .

Fantastic experience: This office is very respectable, patient, and on point with their patients. I have never had an issue scheduling or rescheduling, and they always make my kiddo feel comfortable getting his teeth cleaned! I enjoy our visits to this office!

Negative experience: Please update your hours or be more specific on when you close. My appointments were canceled due to you closing at 5:00 PM but it says you close at 6. I took time off and I will need to figure another denist that works

Fantastic experience: Staff is great. They see us quickly after checking in. The doctors are nice and professional and very straightforward, and communicated well with the kiddos so they know what is going on and how to stay on top of their dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I was blown away by the customer service at Central dental. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The best one there for all their work definitely has to be Sarina Helen, she’s always doing her best and putting in the best effort & she strives to make her patients feel valued and very welcomed I would 100% recommend going to central dental just because the service is overall the best but also because Sarina & all her amazing work deserves to be highly appreciated !!!

Negative experience: I have concern regarding the level of professionalism and patient care I experienced during my recent visit. As healthcare providers, staff should recognize that they are seeing patients, not customers in a store. I completed all required forms thoroughly, providing detailed information about my child’s health condition. However, the staff did not review this information prior to the visit. I had to remind them to check the documents after being told that “it takes time to upload to the computer.” If the patient’s medical information is not being reviewed, it raises the question of why families are asked to complete these forms in the first place. Furthermore, the staff did not explain what procedures they planned to perform; I had to initiate questions to understand what was being done. When the provider arrived, the staff had also misinterpreted the information I had shared about my child’s condition. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and attention to detail. I cannot recommend this clinic for pediatric care, as patients are not treated with the level of care and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. While I was able to advocate for my child and ask questions, I am deeply concerned about how families with language barriers would fare under such circumstances—they would not be safe or properly cared for.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice my daughter has a great time there and everyone is friendly.

Negative experience: First dentist app for a12 month baby, we came on time and waited one hour, baby was already moody and tired then he was seen by the doctor for only 2 minutes and didn't get any tip recommendation on how to start brushing his teeth it was so fast and quick the way doctor seen the baby for the time we waited, we didn't enjoy the visit

Negative experience: I highly do NOT recommend this place its impossible to come back for broken brackets or lose wires. The wires they place in are so thin a straw can break them. they travel around some days they are not open the dentist is hardly in office they still see patients but limited services without the dentist if you try to come in sooner they always encourage you to wait til your appointment even if its scheduled 2 months out. I truly wish I would have chosen a different orthodontist considering the price and lack of availability and travel.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. I don't think I wanna go back to the Avondale. One, the avendale lacks personality care I'm not talking about the nurses.I'm talking about office.They're rude and obnoxious.It took me almost a month to get an appointment.Not that partial wasn't my fault?But as cold as cold-blooded. Not unstanding The office, they literally led me to another location. Not even to the Glendale one which was a partner i had to look it up myself . Until the glendale office, all of my problem that I was going through I had a lot of compassion. I seen the dentist. He understood no more than the dentist. Prior the next day, they pulled her canines out. The dentist was amazing. The nurse was amazing. The office was excellent. You ought to teach the avondale office more communication understanding there's actually more I can say about the office in avengal was unbelievable when the first dentist seen the canine immediately, she said, i'm going to recommend her to see the the orthodontist, immediately, she had never seen canine come out at 6 years old The lady in the office immediately said, no. She cannot see the doctor only because you have to be 7 years old. Said this was ridiculous. Fortunately for me, the dentist was behind listening and then said, I want you to know I'm the one that recommended. She is to be seen the doctor. The office immediately said, okay, the doctor left still she had the nerve to continue. And asked the manager, how could this possible be? Then, looked at me and said I don't think it's going to happen but I will have their office. Call me 2 days later. I was called to make an appointment. That is the ridiculous part that the office did, to me be honest with you. I hope she gets fired. I do not want to go to abundel. It is bigger. But they like personality care and love

Negative experience: Went in for a couple fillings and a crown to be placed on the front tooth of my granddaughter‘s mouth. It now looks like a Chiclet on her front tooth and she is afraid to even bite down because it looks like it’s going to fall out. I attempted to contact the office twice spoke with Maria the first time and the second time I spoke with George and he was supposed to expedite a callback from a treatment coordinator. Will post an update should the office ever return my calls. She’s only 5 years old and doesn’t understand.

Fantastic experience: The best care! Dr Ernie and staff are amazing. I appreciate having my kids in caring hands that I trust. We do not live near this office and do not have AHCCCS any longer, but I wouldnt go to any other Doc for my Kids & they love their visits also. The dentist isn't fun for anyone, we have had fillings, extractions, silver teeth, all of it & my kids dont mind going. We have never had one traumatic experience!! So grateful! My son loved his visit so much after some fillings, he wore the laughing gas nose like it was a trophy for the day lol

Negative experience: My daughters appointment was at 330 and they didn't get her back til 420... didn't bother saying anything until I went up to them... and this isn't the 1st time it has happened......

Fantastic experience: After my daughter had fallen 2 years ago and had a trauma to her tooth, it abscessed last week. They got me in quickly and checked my daughter’s tooth, verified the abcess and immediately prescribed some medication. We came back after the course of meds were finished and they extracted my 5 year olds tooth. I have a lot of anxiety and they helped even calm me down. The dentist and the assistant Khristopher walked us through everything so throughly. I really appreciate them and their kindness towards my daughter who can be very expressive….. she was quickly able to have the tooth pulled and off we went home where she said she had a great experience and no pain. Thank you all for the great experience in such a stressful time! Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Fantastic experience: I really like this office, the ladies are always so nice and the Dentist is so great, we had an appointment today and him and the guy helping him we’re both amazing and quick. He’s always so nice and respectful when I bring my daughter in. I’ve been bringing her here for years and always have a really good experience

Negative experience: We have used this office for several years and have been happy for the most part. This visit was different. It was EXTREMELY warm in the waiting area and very crowded. Once we were called back things moved rather quickly and smoothly until it didn't. After the Dr gave Aryana a clean bill of health we waited 20 minutes for the hygienist to go through and clean every examining chair and piece of equipment before coming to do her cleaning. That should never happen. Not sure why the same hygienist that cleans your clients teeth is responsible for the disinfection of your equipment and chairs.

Negative experience: The staff and dentist are nonchalant about the care plans and costs. They tried saying my child had 3 cavities. I took him to another dentist and they said my child didn't have any cavities. Just be careful. If you have the feeling that you need a second opinion get one.

Negative experience: This place is horrible not professional at ALL!! came for ortho n was informed that I need a paper signed but I told them I was never informed that I would need this paper signed today for my appointment when I did the next appointment scheduling and they said “we would’ve told you” been with them with ortho for 3 years and not one good experience to never having a doctor to do ortho for some appointments which lead to them rescheduling 2-3 months later or never communicating with THIER PATIENTS about canceling or needed paperwork. They are just HORRIBLE WITH COMMUNICATION!!! would not recommend for ortho!!! Also this was supposed to be my last appointment and then I would’ve been done dealing with them but now Bcs of the paperwork I didn’t have due to their poor communication I will be stuck with them for another month

The doctors and all the staff at the facility we interacted with were amazing. My son got his first work done without having to be fully sedated by an anesthesiologist. Negative experience: Appointments here are a joke if they say a time it won't be that time the only reason they called me in was because I spoke up after 30mins past my appointment. Unprofessional at least let people know that it will just be a little longer.

Fantastic experience: I usually use the Buckeye clinic and I called for an emergency brace repair for my son. They accommodated our request and he was seen at the Glendale clinic. The same courteous and professional staff in all the various clinics.

Negative experience: This place is terrible at returning phone calls. Sometimes I have to repeatedly keep calling and have emails sent repeatedly. That’s all they can to try to get a hold of someone ,billing is terrible with returning phone calls. The customer service center is constantly sending emails on my behalf and no one ever gets back to me. my kids beaces are constantly breaking and its so hard to get an emergency appointment to have them fix meanwhile the inside of her cheek gets cut up from the wires….i regret coming here. I’ve also asked to speak to a manager regarding a discount for their bad service, their faulty, braces, and their lack of communication return my my calls

Positive experience: I have been bringing my kids here for a few years. So far everyone is really nice and helpful. More specifically, the assistant Kristopher. Hes always been so helpful and a very calm and composed professional, great when working with kids. He's also the one who caught an abscess in my daughters mouth. I appreciate it! Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is not based of their services, but the beat up paint Job and flooring, but again has nothing to so with their patient care that is 5

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my children go to Desert Valley Pediatrics Dentistry and we will continue going for all their appointments. The staff is very professional and outgoing.

Negative experience: Not, not good . They called us dozens of times to come in for cleaning and when we did it was an x ray only. We didn’t need it as we just had it an a different location. Still charged us for a visit without any cleaning

Negative experience: They have no organization. They do not call back. If you get a person working at there call center they’ll send an email but no1 never calls. My son has braces and it has been nothing but issues from the start . If we didn’t have a contract we would never return. The manager does not call back either . My son has an appointment tomorrow but now the office is just closed so now he have to reschedule. Just a mess of a place all together. God forbid a bracket breaks you are not getting in a for an appointment. It’s pretty much impossible

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. No one wipes down the lobby throughout the day and there were mites on the chairs. My daughter and I stood while we were waiting because of the dirt, visible skin flakes, and bugs. There’s garbage on the floor while my daughter is getting her cleaning and the chairs they have for parents to sit haven’t been wiped down either, I can only hope they wipe down the actual dental chairs my daughter is in right now. I literally see the cavi wipes on the counter. Front desk is nice… when they actually talk to you. They’re more concerned chatting to one another than anything else. The back staff that do cleanings seem to be very sweet and patient and seemingly like their jobs which is huge when working with kids. Dental supply boxes are being stored on the floor with the tops of the boxes wide open. Stool and chairs have the exterior flaking off making them unable to be properly wipes down since the foam interior is exposed. I also wasn’t allowed to be with my kid and couldn’t even see her from a distance while she was getting her bite wing X-rays. Dental work gives kids anxiety and I’m not a huge fan of not being able to even have eyes on her while she’s being worked on. Tech half heartedly wiped down the equipment of dental tools that don’t detach and I wish I would’ve seen that first because I would’ve just walked out then and there. This is a one and done appointment for me here and if I were you, I would also consider another pediatric dentistry place. If you have Medicaid, I know the process can be difficult for making appointments with it but just keep looking.

Negative experience: I usually like this place, it’s convenient and near by. The last couple times I’ve been, I have been very dissatisfied. The front desk girls are very sweet and understanding. Once seated your not greeted no one is very friendly, the employees seemed like they weren’t communicating like disorganized. I watched my hygienist drop a tool and not sanitize it. I also watched her trap a tool with no glove on bend it and hand it to other employee then put it in my sons mouth. I felt like they recommend a treatment that takes less than 5 mins but you have to wait or reschedule appointment we’re as another dentist does it in same session. Which they did do the treatment but on the other hand I felt like they were bothered by it. I was last patient of day I could feel that they wanted to go home. My sons hygienist said he needs to see dentist and the other co workers said no he looked at X-rays he’s ok. I then said no the dr needs to do his job and look at my sons teeth. Just felt like everything was a bother. I will be finding another dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Went here to take care of some dental issues that my son who is on the spectrum had. The place could use a renovation lol the floors look a bit old, but the staff was so absolutely fantastic I would recommend them to any one any day. They made him feel so good and so comfortable and were super fast with his procedure and honestly I couldn't even begin to really explain how great they all were.

Negative experience: Im not happy with the ortho side of this place we have to wait six weeks for an Appt. As a result my daughter has to wait an additional two months for her braces to be removed because the last tech gave her the wrong way to put the bands on. So I’m not happy with the ortho side at all

Negative experience: My 5 YEAR OLD SON got 2 teeth pulled today due to us being told they were infected. They gave my son laughing gas and numbing cream and did not give him enough on the first tooth so he could feel the pain when they started pulling it to the point he started crying. Then that's how they figured out to give him more numbing cream for the second tooth. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INSANE!!! HE IS A 5 YEAR OLD, HE'S LOVED GOING TO THE DENTIST UP UNTIL NOW SO THANKS SO MUCH FOR TRAMATIZING HIM!!! HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT KNOW HOW MUCH TO GIVE A CHILD SO HE CAN'T FEEL ANY PAIN ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! NEVER AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Been going here since kids were tiny and continue to go because of great service. Everyone truly cares about the kids here. Also, my son has disabilities and they have done everything needed to provide the special care he needs.

Fantastic experience: My kids love coming here! We will not change dentists as long as they continue to accept our insurance. I have no complaints whatsoever. Matter of fact my 5 year old has been coming since she has been a year old and is always wanting to go even though she doesn't need to!

Negative experience: Between the over an hour wait times the dentist rescheduling the procedures and the actual dentist just not listening I’d definitely look into other places before going here. Super sad since I’ve taken my son here for the past 7 years but this place has done nothing but go down hill.

Positive experience: The staff is great but my biggest complaint is the condition of the office and how dirty it is. When we walked back to the room there was a huge cockroach on the wall, while that is gross it isn’t why I am writing this review. I don’t feel comfortable bringing my child here with how unsanitary it looks and feels. I would happily return if they were to fix the conditions.

Positive experience: I really didn't like how the setting in the back was, kids are screaming and yelling so that just makes others kids scared.....I wish it was more of a private setting but overall the employees were nice the Dr was great he was quick.

Negative experience: I wish I could have given 0 star as review. Here is the reason, I called them and asked specifically if they take HMO plan and they said some of their locations do take. I booked the appointment and confirmed 5 times with the lady that they take HMO plan at this location. 3 days before the appointment I got a call but missed it as I was in meetings. No voice message we’re left. I called them back after an hour and they again confirmed my appointment and also told me that I am all good from insurance prospective. On the day of appointment, I reached there and they are saying they don’t accept my insurance plan and they are out of network. They were not apologetic about it and were talking super rude. They also lied that they left a voice message informing me about this but that’s not true. I asked them if they can give me their supervisor number, they said they don’t have a direct number and you need to call our support Center. I asked them if they can provide the name of the lady who booked the appointment and they said they don’t have a way to know that. PATHETIC !!! I cancelled my import meeting for this appointment and got very disappointed with the way they handled it. I called the call center to see if I can talk to supervisor but call Center people said supervisors are busy. In few words, it’s #Rude employee #Don’t know what they are doing #No respect for customer

Negative experience: Haven't taken my children here in a while and when I take my children, they are all seen the same day and same time- now they state if you have more than 2 children, they have to be scheduled different days, no parent wants to travel 10-20mins twice when they should be able to be seen the same day, I didn't even bother to make the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my daughter here since she started going to the dentist. I moved far away and found another location in Avondale and it was a horrible experience. So I returned back to the Glendale location where service is amazing, fast, and consistent. I love this dentist and willing to drive to it.

Negative experience: If I could I would not give this place any stars. Our experience was absolutely unacceptable excluding the x-ray technician who is very nice and seem to know what she was doing with her job and the front office secretary. Ladies they were very nice as well. However, my problem was with the assistant to the dentist and the dentist himself so after the x-rays, the dentist came over and automatically took the scraper and started scraping my daughters gums, causing her to bleed and causing her pain and hadn’t even this would’ve been the first time he’s ever seen her so he just comes up search looking in your mouth and then all of a sudden start scraping all this tartar and plaque build up that he said there was underneath her gums, causing her to bleed, causing her uncomfortableness and pain and didn’t even tell us what he was going to be doing before he ever did it, and the way he was doing it was very rough, and fast and he didn’t even care to ask her if it hurt nor did he bother to ease up at all. With how rough and fast he was going it worries me that this is a pediatric dentist that works on small children this way and that does not sit well with me whatsoever, and I took my daughter and left and will not be returning to this dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My son's first visit to this dentist and it was great, he is very anxious but was very comfortable here. All the staff including the dentist were very nice. His whole visit X-rays exam and cleaning didn't take more than 25 minutes. He was scheduled for treatment and on it way home. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my kids here for years. The prices for teeth cleanings are very reasonable, and the staff have always been very friendly. We've never had a bad experience, so we'll continue to come here.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist I have used him since my elders were little now they are 18,14,15 they were infants and now I am back with my little ones again… They just need to put a little more care in cleaning and the floor... The staff is excellent... But it wouldn't be bad if they cleaned

We went to get a second opinion after a different office wanted to put him under anesthesia for 2 cavities and cleaning, which seemed very dangerous and odd to me. This location showed us the X-rays and confirmed he had no cavities and cleaned his teeth on the spot. It just shows they won’t just say anything just to get your money (:

Fantastic experience: Great staff, Very professional, all of the staff is very kind and they are super kid friendly! Also , they Get you in and out! I haven’t had any problems and My kids are always happy & comfortable here. We’ve been coming here for over a year now!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, I’ve been coming here since my daughter had enough teeth to see the dentist. The techs are SO good with kids and my toddler doesn’t get nervous in the chair! There’s a male dentist there, I forgot his name but he’s very nice and professional.

Negative experience: Came in with my son 10 minutes early to the appointment to have someone come in 20 minutes after us with 2 kids get called back first. Then waited to see the dentist for an additional 40 minutes after the cleaning was complete, as they were dealing with ANOTHER angry client. After the dentist went to exam the other 2 kids that walked in after us we walked out. Not good service especially when there are dentist offices on every corner. Please also do something about the dirty floors and stop overbooking appointments that you can't take care of. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with them for my children for both dental work in orthodontics work. They made it affordable for me to get two kids braces at the same time.

Negative experience: Missed 2 cavities in the front of my child's mouth 6 months ago. Scheduled an appt for 4 weeks out only to call and tell me that the dentist they scheduled me with does not take my insurance. Thanks for being unorganized and wasting valuable time while my child is in need. Not recommending to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Since the first day I’ve walked into this office they make me feel like I’m family and the energy in this is amazing, I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone with kids. The Assistants are amazing and work well and they keep the office clean and tidy. P.S my fav doctor is Dr.Tim, He is amazing and definitely good person to talk to.

Negative experience: Ive been coming here for years and the floors keep getting nasty and nastier each time I come in. The doctor and staff are always amazing and they are cleanly and professional. The only problem would be the flooring. You’d think that with them becoming a “company” they would get a remodel. They brought in a call center that transfers me to the wrong locations or do not tell me the right info. the call center says they scheduled me but then when I show up they do not have me in their system, and they have me on hold forever this has happened multiple times I rather speak to someone directly. The staff and doctor deserve 5 stars but due to the office being nasty and dirty and outdated I’ll give this place 2 stars and that’s me being nice !!

Negative experience: The the staff once you get past the lobby are amazing so they deserve 5 but..The two young ladies in the front don’t greet you nor acknowledge your presence upon arrival. I waited and just sat down then asked if they needed me to check in. They have no social skills at all. They didn’t even look in my direction which I was standing at the counter. Which really sucks for this Dentistry because the rest of the staff are amazing.

Negative experience: In the beginning it was all good. Then my son needed a filling fast forward a few months later his tooth is infected caused by the filled not being done properly we had to go twice and wait for an hour to get brought back. Now I have to pay for a root canal and crown on a 12 year old. Then my daughter had brace put on in March. They scheduled an appointment when I got there they didn’t have what was needed waited an hour for that. Fast word every time we scheduled to get braces tightened they dentist no longer worked there. It is so difficult to get an appointment. Ended up having to take her to another place and spend more money. Waste of time and money. I am now out of pocket for both kids 6,000 for their mistreatment and mis management. Stay away

Negative experience: They are super nice but the work they do is terrible, I got fillings done and they went completely black after 1 month… my brother got his tooth filled bc it was chipped TWICE and it fell out both times 3-4 days after being done.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is superior and by far the most professional and hardworking Doctor I have come across in my lifetime. I wouldn’t trust my kids anyplace else. My kids all had to have dental work done and the dentist takes his time and care on each of my kids and the staff is helpful and caring. Thank you so much for all that you do to help and care for my kids!

Fantastic experience: Desert valley pediatric dentistry is the best. They are extremely professional and care about their patients. They have always accommodated my schedule and made sure that my kids got in to be seen. They have the best dentists and staff. I would highly recommended them knowing they care about my children. Best pediatric dentistry I have ever gone to. I won't take my kids anywhere else.

Negative experience: Had an appointment and my car was out of service. When the receptionist called me I let her know that my vehicle was not in service and that my children didn't go to school. That reception in turn called my husband at wok to let him know that I had missed my appointment, that my car was not working and that the children had not gone to school. After my husband called confused and upset. I called the office again and the reception said she had spoken to my husband first--really? So she's psychic? New my car wasn't working and that the children hadn't gone to school. If this was a situation of domestic violence, which is not but if it was, your office would have put my life in danger. There is no reason ever, ever to divulge information about a patron to another person whether that person was related or not! I asked to speak to management and just hung up on. So incredibly disappointed.

Negative experience: My children went here for about 5 years and when they first opened it was great! The staff was nice and the place was clean. Over the years it has gone downhill, like nobody even cares anymore. Our wait times got longer and longer at every appointment, the staff was different every visit like they have a bad turnover rate, the dental work and care seems rushed, and THE PLACE IS DIRRRTY!! The walls and floors look horrible and the equipment looks filthy as well. My son got work done earlier this month and I was looking at the tools and (I'm no dental professional but) they looked bad. They looked in need of replacement. I cancelled all my children's upcoming scheduled appointments and switched dentists. I couldn't take it anymore and I did not feel like my children's health was safe here. I don't know how any parent would feel right bringing their children to this office..
