I received the best customer service from that first phone call, they were able to get me in sooner than any other places. They took care of all the insurance stuff with ease. My appt was at 6:30am and I was greeted with a smile. It was determined through testing I needed a root canal. Dr. Grau was great at explaining everything and put me at ease. He is very skilled at what he does and very thorough. I could tell right away he knew what he was doing. His assistant was excellent as well and you could tell they worked well together, creating a truly exceptional customer experience! Dr. Grau even did a follow up call the same evening on a Friday night around 8:00pm to see how I was doing and how my pain was!! That is the good old-fashioned customer service I remember from way back when! My toothache is gone and I can eat and drink without pain! Thank you, Dr.Grau and Land of Lakes Endodontics, PA!! Fantastic experience: They did a great job. They were able to get me in quickly and were able to completely resolve a painful issue I was having with my tooth.

Negative experience: It took too long for the work. I have to be numbed three separate time before the work was done. Also I was told to use the 3 D x-ray machine, separated from the regular x-ray machine which my insurance does not cover. I feel it was just another way how the office makes extra money out of me because I have to pay the exam out of my own pocket. At the end, the work did not included a crown that goes on top of the root canal tooth that I normally did with my other denim office. I will have to go back to my regular doctor to pay extra money to shave off my root canal tooth and do a crown, thus I will have to be numb again which I do not like.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t ever been here before but needed a root canal and my dentist made the appointment for me. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. All of the staff was very caring during my entire time there from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor. Checked how I was feeling through the entire procedure. I felt very cared for .

Fantastic experience: Seemed like a very intricate procedure and everything went smoothly. That mouth condum was a good idea as it prtected from hot wires, drilling debris, and chemicals from dropping into my mouth. Also the front desk is the best.

Fantastic experience: It might sound strange giving a glowing review for a root canal, but I'm doing exactly that. Dr. Matt and his team were incredible from the moment I walked in. They were professional, kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming — it felt more like walking into a room of friends than walking into a dental procedure. As for the root canal itself, I experienced virtually no pain beyond the standard numbing injection, which was completely manageable and exactly what you would expect. By the time I sat in the chair my anxiety was through the roof and I ended up in tears. Dr. Matt showed compassion and kindness, even taking the time dry my tears. That level of care meant more to me than I can properly express and truly solidified my trust in him and his team. Hopefully I never need another procedure like this again, but if I need ever need a specialist in the future, they will absolutely be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grau and his staff were great; really professional, but also friendly. After my procedure, both Dr. Grau and his assistant separately phoned me to see how I was getting on. They seemed genuinely interested in my status and health. So I highly recommend them. My only "complaint" is that their office is 25 miles from home, but it's a straight shot on Hwy 36. Of course, your mileage may differ.

He was thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do , completed the work with absolutely no pain during the procedure and through the recovery. Fantastic experience: I got an appointment for a Thursday Root Canal when I called in on Monday. They called me on Tuesday with an opening for the afternoon. I gladly took the earlier appointment. I had to work with my dental insurance but the Endodontist office helped me figure out some different figures for the situation if my insurance would cover more. It helped a lot having them go thru the calculations and giving me a ballpark estimate. Then I just waited for maybe 3-5 minutes tops before I was called into the back to start the appointment by one of the assistants and she guided me thru getting scans of my mouth and prepping my tooth for the procedure. She was very nice and asked some questions for my tooth. Dr Grau came in and asked a few more questions of me, then did the anesthesia in my gums to numb that section of my mouth. Then they got to work getting the Root Canal done. I had an estimated time of getting done in an hour but it went a little over because my tooth had an extra root making a total of 4 roots instead of the normal 3 roots for a back tooth. I’m very happy they took the time to verify their work for the root count and I could tell they wanted to provide quality work to make sure I didn’t experience any future difficulties after the root canal. All in all, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time I was there.

Fantastic experience: I had a reoccurring infection in the root of a tooth in my upper mouth. Dr Grau with the aid of his assistant did surgery on it. The procedure went very smoothly no discomfort at all. I was numb from the anesthesia until the evening , but it wore off and there was no pain at all. If you need the best Dr Grau is your man. Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done. Very little discomfort at all. Never gripped the arm rest. It just got a little long. It took over an hour. I liked the sun glasses and the wedge to hold my mouth open. My jaw didn’t get sore. They were concerned with my comfort.
