Fantastic experience: I was blessed to have gotten an appointment at the last minute. It’s a lovely practice - From my first interaction by phone with Jennifer, to the placement and check-up of my crown! Dr. Mack and his assistant (so sorry for blanking on her name) were wonderful. So far, my crown is settling in nicely with flossing and all. I mean perfect! I used TriCare Prime and although I came out of pocket for the crown, as I would’ve anywhere I went, the cost was really competitive and the quality of work makes it even more valuable. I understand why they’re booked 9+ months out for cleanings. Looking forward to continuing here while in Bellevue. Thanks for helping me get back some confidence in many ways.

(The dentists came to us recommended by our medical doctor. )The office fit us into their schedule and we’ve been with them since. Their dentists and supportive staff come highly recommended. Dr. Mack and his team are amazing at what they do. They really listen to their patients and make sure everyone feels comfortable. Every time we visit Liz and Jennifer greet us with big smiles. They are always ready to help whether it’s answering questions or making sure we have everything we need. Their kindness makes a trip to the dentist much less scary. It’s clear that everyone at Family Dentistry of Bellevue truly cares about their patients and that’s why we keep coming back.

I went in this morning for a check up and since they had a couple cancelings they were able to do a cleaning. This saved me another trip to come in for a cleaning and I was able to cancel an appointment I previously made for another day. Awsome!

Negative experience: I had an appt in December and had to cancel due to an illness. I called that morning and left a voicemail asking for a call back to reschedule. I have since called 5 additional times, leaving voicemail each time and have yet to get a call back to reschedule. My husband calls and he gets a call right back what's the deal?

Fantastic experience: Went for a regular checkup. Very courteous and caring staff. Dr. Wachter took time to explain what he saw in my x-ray and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Family Dentistry of Bellevue to anyone who asks. I came in years ago concerned about the health of my gum line (I was raised to brush too hard and going to the dentist wasn’t a thing) and found out I had an infection down to the nerve of a back molar and needed a root canal. The cost was very reasonable even without insurance and ever since I’ve gone to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and Xray’d once a year for $30/month under Kleer care program offered by them. I see the same dental hygienists (which I love) and their staff have been kind, caring and informative. You can overhear how they are with other patients and know they treat everyone with dignity. I now brush, floss, waterpik and use mouth wash (maybe not every time but once a day) so Dr Mack doesn’t have to install anymore crowns or fill any cavities. If you aren’t going to the dentist because you think it’ll be too expensive, I can tell you having work done to correct issues that would’ve been fixed by regular cleanings or caught early on an xray is way more expensive. Good teeth health is a phone call away.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our visit! They were very friendly towards my kids and accommodated them when I had to get my teeth cleaned. They were great when it was my kids' turn for their cleaning as well. The kids loved their visit and so did I!

I have went to many dentists, but this one is my favorite by far and considering as an adult that fears the dentist, it means a lot. Thank you!

Positive experience: I usually love going there! It’s quick, I don’t have anxiety like I used to about going to the dentist! But recently I just went and I usually see Dr. Mack, but saw the other dentist instead. I felt rushed and like I wasn’t being heard. I always feel welcome there, but this time I felt like I want given the time of day and my concerns weren’t being heard. And here I am, two days later, in the same amount of pain and all I was told is to take some ibuprofen…. Kinda disappointed..

The front desks girls know who I am when I walk in I don’t even have to tell them my name and it’s not because of my appointment time. I Took my daughter for the first time today as she graduated her pediatric dentist office. And they knew exactly who I was. Just gives you the small town feel. They also are great at working around my 9-5 schedule I always make my appointments either really early or take a long lunch break and it has never been an issue trying to get in at those times! And most important the hygienist always has my mouth feeling fresh and sparkling when I leave. Can’t see myself going anywhere else for my dental 10/10 experience every time
