Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with Inspired Dental in Papillion, NE. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I was repeatedly told that someone would call or text me back, but I often received no response at all. When I tried to ask questions or address concerns about my treatment, I did not feel heard or respected as a patient. One major concern for me was the office’s approach to correcting issues when patients are unhappy with the work performed. Patients are expected to pay for services upfront and sign consent forms stating they may not receive refunds if dissatisfied, which I personally found concerning. In my opinion, if a service is not completed properly or expectations are not met, there should at least be accountability and willingness to work with the patient toward a resolution. I also researched other patient experiences afterward and found complaints similar to mine regarding communication and professionalism. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage others to thoroughly research this office and ask detailed questions before CONSIDERING committing to treatment.

Fantastic experience: I needed a root scale and plain which I was quoted over $2800 for at a big box office. The other offices didn't accept my Aetna dental discount plan while inspired did. The out of pocket expense even without insurance was significantly less. Their pricing matched what my AI suggested fair pricing was. The work was professional. The office was clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with my experience and results.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mullens and her staff are top tier! I did not have dental insurance for about 5 years or so and was SO nervous to go back. All the worries went away when I was done with my initial visit with Dr. Mullens. She was so understanding of my situation and did not make me feel judged at all, she helped me come up with a plan of care that we could get done within my insurance amount and then what was left we could tackle the next calendar year with insurance renewing. I recommend EVERYONE who ever says they’re looking for a dentist to go to specifically her. The office is very clean and spacious (I get slightly cloister phobic when I’m in a tight room and peoples hands on my face) and have never had that anxious feeling here. The front desk staff is so welcoming and informative about insurance coverage and when they didn’t know another office individual was on it right away and explained it before I even left the building. Dr. Mullens does not book out very far and rescheduling doesn’t feel bothersome to the staff which I really appreciate. I could go on and on with how pleased I am with this dental office but I really do love this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Positive experience: Attended this dentist for several years. At first joined because they were open on weekends which went away after COVID. Their hours have dwindled slowly and that’s been frustrating. I had never had a filling done until I saw them. They said I needed a few fillings and said we could do them all at once. Having never done them before I trusted their medical opinion which after the fact was told by others I should not have. The drill caused excruciating pain in my mouth and I was basically just sitting there gripping the chair suffering through it. They commented on how tense I looked so I know they noticed. Continued to go there because of the continuity. Switched insurances, and was asked to update my insurance info at least a week before my appointment. They then had me go to my routine cleaning with insurance they knew and didn’t tell me was out of network and stuck me with the bill. Bad business practice in my opinion for a customer who’s been loyal for years. I am switching to a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I will forever be a patient in this place as long as I live in the Omaha area. I absolutely love the staff and dentist. I have anxiety with pain/needles and they’re so patient with me. The hygienist is very gentle unlike others I’ve been to before. I just got a root canal done (my 4th) for the first time with Inspired Dental. The other three I’ve had done I was so sore for days. This one, less than 24 hours I was pain free. Amazing service and staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love Inspired Dental! I avoided the dentist all through my twenties, and they’ve been amazing in making me feel comfortable and fixing all of the damage that did. Then, I came in for my appointment on the wrong day, and they fit me in! They’re so informative and sweet- every single person who works there is so kind. Another time I came in during the summer and my car AC was broken, and the office manager went and got me a portable fan while I was in my appointment. They are just so awesome and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

Negative experience: I had several filings, a crown, and a composite done here. Half of the work done either needed redone has failed or came loose within a few years. Will never go back and now need to find a new place to redo the work AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the explanations of everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I was offered breaks and pauses if needed. I was able to wear my sunglasses for the brightness as well as they had a tv on the ceiling to help me zone out on that. I get a little anxiety with dentists, but I was not very bothered at all here. The dentist actually talked to me instead of looking at my teeth and whispering to the hygienist like others I've seen. They even told me a full break down of my insurance coverage, what work I need done, how much it will cost, and even what work I might like done in the future. There was so secrets or surprises here. I will definitely keep my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Great dental office! My previous dentist moved away and I tried a chain dentist. After 2 office visits, the chain dentist never cleaned my teeth and spoke to me like I was a dummy. Inspired Dental has been a complete 180 from the chain dental office. Everyone in the office has been so kind and respectful. They really listen to you and don't make you feel like just another number. They really k ow what they're doing. Great, honest dental office. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough wonderful things to be said about Inspired Dental. Every single person is incredibly nice, they are a top notch practice, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. My wife has had difficult dentist experiences in the past but the quality of the people and care at Inspired Dental have made her (and us) so comfortable that even when our insurance changed and we were no longer in network, we still came here while until we were able to get that resolved. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Inspired Dental! The sweet Dental Hygienist Jadie was so careful not to hurt me, plus she was adorable-all dressed in pink! Dr. Caudillo is a wonderful Dentist who truly cares about the oral health of her patients. This is a nice, clean, surprisingly large facility. And they accept all the major Dental insurance plans and Medicare Advantage plans! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: I went to Inspired Dental after my previous dentist retired. I did not return for a second visit and went elsewhere. I had my new dentist request records from Inspired Dental and it's been over a year and the records were never sent. My husband also called three times to make an appointment and they couldn't find his records and didn't call back.

Negative experience: Something is wrong with this place. I was moved to this dentist because mine retired. Dr Cadillo gave me a filling on my tooth that should not have been touched. She drilled too deep and I ended up with a root canal. My family was moved as well and everyone of them had cavities. Three of the had multiple cavities. My sister in law was charged triple cost for a crown and she had insurance. The office is like a morgue. When calling the office I was put on hold for an hour. This place is not good…

Negative experience: My daughter was seen right away, so that was nice, however, she experienced excruciating pain when her tooth was removed. She extracted the tooth without even telling me that my daughter was going to feel a lot of pain! How do you extract the tooth without even mentioning this?! My daughter wasn’t even provided with silly gas. It felt like she didn’t even wait for the local numbing she injected to kick in. It seems to me that she (dentist) was in a hurry to see her next patient, because she did not wait long enough for the area to be numb. How do you do this to a child?! And then I contacted her via FB messenger and not even once did she apologize for the traumatic experience both my kid and I had but instead she was aggressive with her words and started to threaten me. I do not recommend this place for kids to be seen. I have a picture of my daughter and the conversation with me and her dad, the day of the procedure and it was clear to me that this Maribel dentist could’ve done much more to perform a better procedure on a little child. I still feel so guilty for not saying anything before and address how poorly this procedure was done. But I hope this helps so no other kid goes through this. Now the dentist Maribel is threatening me and intimidating me saying I could be fined or have jail time. She also contacted my employer and said they will leave a bad review on my employer’s page. What does my work have to do with my experience with her and the review I left? She also threatened some friends who were supporting me. Anyone can leave a review with their experience! Her intimidating and threatening method will not scared me and I will not remove my reviews. I still cannot believe she contacted my work.

Fantastic experience: very nice professional and understanding

Negative experience: I would never recommend Inspired Dental. In fact, I would change dentists. They told me I had three cavities and my child had seven. This was done without consulting my X-rays. They also recommended I have other work done and said it wasn’t optional. I got a second opinion and neither one of us had any cavities and when the dentist went to look at the x-rays that had been sent over they were blurry. They obviously hadn’t used them for diagnosis. He also said the other work Inspired Dental said was necessary was totally optional.

Fantastic experience: I frist appointment dentist since last year retirement dr.joel 110 next inspired dental current 108. I saw look saw different modern inspired dentist newer. I watched Two tv on ceiling and wall when during dentist . I surprised they charged 275$ cost.

Negative experience: Don't go here! She is a terrible dentist. We were not satisfied with the services, or the book-keeping so we found another dentist that does the work correctly the first time, and submits insurance records on time, according to the policy. I have never encountered a dentist like Caudillo who "redid her own work" multiple times. This re-do method caused my children and myself to miss additional hours of work and school. -why not repair the cavity correctly the first time? This happened more than once, and with both of my children. We don't recommend Dr. Caudillo and we will never return to this office.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. They took over for my wonderful dentist and lost me as a patient before they even saw me. I work in a building w/o cell service so when I get a VM I don't know until I'm outside for a min. I called them back the Friday they left the message. They were closed. I called about 3:10 pm. Then when I called Monday,the day of my appt, they had cx my appt bc I didn't confirm my appt 24 hours in advance. My appt was at 4 pm and there was no VM for me to let them know I was still going to the appt. Never said sorry that they didn't tell me their politics.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost, i went in with a pain on my upper right tooth and they did 2 pictures of my mouth and they charged 136$ for a 10 min visit and gave me a 'prescription' of ibuprofen for my pain without doing any work on my tooth because they didn't know who worked on my tooth before, just avoid this dental place just a rip off and instead of giving me treatment they gave me a annual plan with discounts of prices that they didn't want to show to me!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Negative experience: I had a great experience here until the last couple of treatments. The dentist would have conversations with her assistant during the procedure. I was able to learn a lot about their personal lives which was very uncomfortable. This happened during my last 2 visits. My last treatment was a bonding which didn't turn out very good. The dentist was a bit passive aggressive about it when I told her about areas of concern on the bonding (crooked, didn't smooth areas out, etc.). I cannot recommend this dentist / dental clinic.

When I first walked through their door 4 years ago, it would become the best decision I ever made for my dental care.
