Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental situation with travel planned for the next day and Dr. Jordan and his team jumped through hoops to get me in and fixed up.... Super accommodating, pleasant, professional!! Can't say enough about the experience.

Fantastic experience: Hands Down #1 Best Dentist office I have ever been to. Highly Recommended! My wife found Apex Dentistry when searching for someone that would do sedation dentistry. She had such a great experience she told me I should switch. I put it off for a year and have massive regrets for doing so. Apex treats you the way a customer focused business should. They value your time. If you have a 0800 appointment you are in the chair at 0800. Not just the first chair waiting for someone to arrive. You are there, with your tech, that is ready to work. As soon as you are ready for the dentist they arrive, take care of business and move on. I have never felt so much like the center of attention as a patient as I do when I go to Apex. These guys are using state of the art equipment and it is IN THE EXAM ROOM. So there is no bouncing you around the office waiting for this or that. You are in, out, and done so you can get on with your life. Oh added BONUS, when it is time for your appointment you get a text and an email to confirm. No annoying phone calls with a bot on the other end of the line. In fact, on my last two appointments I was able to make adjustments ALL via text that got my care completed 5 Days and 2 hours earlier than anticipated. #CustomerForLife #FeelsLikeFamily #BestDentistInMadisonAL

Negative experience: My experience today was very disappointing. I went to my appointment in severe pain. The dentist who treated me was very kind and even numbed the area so I would have at least a couple of hours of relief, which I truly appreciated. However, when I left, I was only told to take Tylenol, something I had already been taking at home along with ibuprofen, and it was not controlling my pain. I was told that a prescription for antibiotics would be sent to my pharmacy, but I was not prescribed anything for the pain. Several hours have now passed, and the antibiotic prescription still has not been sent. I called the office to follow up, and they assured me they would send it right away, but once again, it never happened. When a patient is in pain and needs treatment, this kind of delay is extremely frustrating and can negatively affect their recovery. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through with prescriptions so that other patients do not have to go through the same experience.

Fantastic experience: As a person, who fears the dentist!! Dr. Michael Jordan. And his entire staff, have made me feel at ease, they walk me though everything! And Dr. Jordan, has patience of a saint, when i am shaking like a wet dog he reassures me I’m going to be just fine. If you are looking for a new dentist. You most def won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Initillay I went to Apex based on the reviews. I was looking for a dentist that not only could manage my needs but I didn't have go far to access. I was nervous each time because it was the dentist but the staff made me feel welcome at each visit. My initial visit was due to tooth pain. I was quickly worked in, given a diagnosis and treatment plan. My second visit was for a cleaning. I had not had one in a while but Danielle did an excellent job and took her time to get me back on track often asking me if I was ok. My third and fourth visits were for a bridge. I can't tell you how happy I was to see that Lexi was working with me in the process for both visits, that the receptionist made me aware of the cost up front, and that every single person who worked there when called to assist had a positive attitude. Even at my last visit I was made aware of the out of pocket cost to expect for my next cleaning due to insurance coverage. I want to thank everyone that I've encountered during my time at Apex, Dr. English, Dr. Sumrall, Lexi, Danielle, and everyone else who's name goes unknown. The knowledge and care provided is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Alabama and therefore had to find new doctors and a dentist. I tried a couple dentist since I've been here but I have finally found a keeper. I was very pleased with Cora, who cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. Dr English took care of a chipped front tooth I had by just sanding it down, no need to replace the whole crown. That worked for me.!!! I look forward to many more visits with this dental office. (:

Negative experience: People beware they do not care about how you feel, they are just a money hungry business. Mr. English does not care about his people just money. I had some cheap insurance and now I got better insurance to get the help I need!!! I didn’t really know about! I had to go some where else’s to get help crying in pain, finally got help but they only Extractions and dentures nothing Else. So I went back today to try to schedule an appointment to get my cleaning done so I can get the Procedure done at another place and now there saying they can’t help me because I am going somewhere Else to get something done. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY!!!wont even guide you in the right direction!!! No wonder people hate the dentist!!!!

Fantastic experience: This place was wonderful, Dr. English is an amazing man. He did what I needed no extra fluff. No b.s. Just did what had to be done. I had a kind of last minute/emergency extraction. The man was great! I joked and told the assistant "if he gets this done today he is getting a hug" After a few minutes he stood up and said "where is my hug" i couldn't believe it. Im not even a hugging person but I bear hugged this man

Fantastic experience: Very efficient, they get you in and out making sure to take care of all your needs.

Negative experience: When the consultation was scheduled, nothing was said about taking x rays. I showed up to the appointment and that’s when they tried to walk me into the room to get x rays without informing me what was going on. I did not want x rays, having already had them done at my current dentist, and requested that Apex contact my dentist to use those. The staff were very unpleasant and belittling toward me when I said I did not want x rays. Apex was not able to contact my dentist. After they showed their disgust toward me, several months later Apex sent me a bill for a “canceled appointment” that I had showed up to. I ended up going with an orthodontist who clearly explained what was expected, used my dentist’s x rays, and treated me with common courtesy. If you care about making your own informed choice do not use Apex.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my regular cleaning with APEX Dental. I have always had a great experience. But my last visit was almost unbelievable. I am almost 50 years old and I can't remember a time where I came out of a dentist where i had zero pain or discomfort. Pam did my cleaning. I came out with zero discomfort or pain. She was amazing. She explaind things that no one has ever explained to me. I called Dr. English and bragged on Pam immediately! He has added another top notch employee. Best Dental experience PERIOD!

They are caring and understanding. The name Apex Dental sums it up, meaning apex dental services. That is what I have gotten/received from Apex Dental from day one. I have been a patient at Apex Dental for over ten (10) years. It is an at ease /relaxing atmosphere no matter what services/procedures I am receiving, fillings, cleaning, root canal, deep cleaning, bridge, extraction, implant or any other procedure/service and all are in-house. I be so at ease/relaxed in the dental chair; it's like I am at home in my favorite recliner listening to jazz/blues, but what I am really listening to is the person or team that's providing the service/procedure it's like a symphony. I have never had to return to Apex Dental because the service/procedure wasn't done right or up to standard. Like Dr. English, his team is knowledgeable, understanding and caring. They know how to communicate exactly what the procedure Intel, they won't leave you wondering. When I arrive for my appointment, I am seen at my appointment time, I don't have to sit and wait. If my dental insurance does not fully cover the cost of my service /procedure, they let me know exactly what my out-of-pocket cost is, no surprises. When I walk out of Apex Dental office, I can't help but to smile, because I know that health teeth and gums are part of my overall health (physical and mentally). I know I came to the right place and the right people. All at their Apex on all dental services /procedures. I recommend Apex Dental (Dr. English and his team) to anyone that want dental care at its apex, professional done, friendly atmosphere, understanding, and caring.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great experience here. They saw me the same day I had an emergency, and I was a broke college student and they worked a payment plan with me. Dr. English and the hygienists and assistants are always so nice to me as someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist. Thank you!

Negative experience: They owe us over $1500 in refunds for services unnecessary and not performed, as they were deceptive about exavtly which two teeth needed work. Once discovered, a refund was requested and refused. That was months ago. If you have thousands of dollars to throw away on unnecessary work, you may like this place. We do not, however. Teeth are NOT any problems — weren’t bothering before or now. Dealing with this office is the real pain, especially dealing woth the aftermath of a car accident for which we went to them seeking help, and they certainly took advantage of our circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Dr. English is very demure, very mindful…He does not disregard patients who experience dental anxiety. He will always ask if you need a break or if you’re okay. He is very quick and efficient. You wont feel like promising your 1st born to afford dental care.

Fantastic experience: They provide a great and friendly atomsphere. I do not enjoy a visit to the dentist's office, but there they provide a very casual and comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a better experience. Edit: After about 5-6 years my wife and still love Dr English. His whole staff always makes us feel comfortable. We would never want to have to go somewhere else.

I needed a dentist with people skills that would create a comfortable environment as well as consider my needs and feelings. That’s why I feel like the dentist at Apex aren’t just acceptable but are excellent.

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled Friday afternoon for an abstracted wisdom tooth, in a lot of pain, they called me Monday morning to let me know that due to all paperwork not being filled out they rescheduled my appointment. My Monday appointment was not until that afternoon. Gave little to no time to get it filled out and the receptionist was very unfriendly in telling me I was basically out of luck.

My last teeth cleaning wasn’t performed by my regular dental hygienist and when I asked to have stains removed from my teeth at that visit, I left with stained teeth. That was NOT my experience today. Today, I saw Michelle and my stains were removed! Michelle also gave me advice on something I use to season my food with that could be the reason for me having recently having staining issues with my teeth. THANK YOU Michelle, for sharing and for being the perfectionist you are, because my stains are history. Thanks for other practical information you shared with me today to help me keep my teeth healthy! Dr. English, thanks for educating me on the importance of having panoramic x-rays every three years. I learned a lot from this visit today. An ounce of prevention is truly worth more than a pound of cure. Thanks for providing excellent care and patient education today!

They educated me on things going on with my teeth and also gave me a corrective cleaning. I got More done in a hour than other dentist have done in 2 years!

It was easy and efficient to do this on my own time instead of at the office. My dental hygienist was Michelle and she did a great job! She was thorough, efficient and painless cleaning my teeth. My teeth were cleaned and polished in about an hour. I highly recommend Apex Dental. I will definitely be back for all of my dental needs.
