Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Lane and his staff today. He was very nice, friendly but professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what he would be looking for upon his first inspection of my mouth. He was very gentle and very informative about my teeth and gums and about my options, leaving all the decision making to me. So now I have some decisions to make. His personnel were very friendly, but a name introduction from his assistant, would have been nice. I guess that’s the old retired nurse in me! The front office personnel was very meticulous in explaining the possible upcoming office procedures and billing… all in a typed format. I liked that because now I can take my time and look at all the information I need to know, to help me make my decision. Fantastic experience: The office staff is excellent. My favorite dental hygienist retired but the lady taking her place did such an excellent job that I've requested her permanently :0). Her work is also the best I've ever had and I've been worked on by quite a few :0). Dr. Lane operated on my gums over 10 years ago and my periodontal problems have ceased :0). If you want excellent periodontal care, this office should be at the top of your list for preferred dental caregivers.

Dr. Lane is easy to talk with and explains everything well. He makes you feel comfortable that he can solve your problem. Kathy, my dental hygienist, is a jewel. I have been seeing her every three months and she is always cheerful and encouraging. Kathy is gentle and will give you idea how to improve your teeth cleaning. She has told me why tartar keeps wanting to accumulate on a certain tooth.

I don't like that part at all. Other than that everything was good but I won't be back.

I have always been incredibly anxious in all things dental/periodontal, and this appointment was no different. Dr. Lane and his entire team made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The process was explained in detail and sedation administered appropriately. Before I knew it the procedure was over and I was on my way home. Aftercare instructions were explained before the sedation was administered, so my recovery has gone ver smoothly was very little discomfort. I had put my gum graft off for years because I was nervous and didn’t want to deal with it.
