Negative experience: Wait time was completely unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 0930. I had to reschedule two work meetings due to the wait time. I arrived at 0915 and was not seen until 1050. Staff were very professional and apologetic for my wait time. Need to do a better job of scheduling and keeping to appointment times.

Negative experience: My visit at this place was the worst I’ve ever experienced !! I pulled 2 teeth and was preparing to get a partial, the lady that was asked to mole my teeth print was supposedly supposed to be getting off at 2:00 which made her have to stay late to help complete my teeth. She wasn’t happy about that she complained to another female worker while rushing to do my teeth. I had to go back the next day to get my temporary partial and guess what , it was done wrong !!! 1 tooth was bigger than the other & they expected me to be satisfied, I cried .. I was in disbelief, I couldn’t believe this was happening to me and these people did not care . After about 30-45 mins of debating with me trying to make me believe that the temporary partial was supposed to look that way they finally decided to remold my mouth again to redo the temporary partial . So then they tell me that I would get my permanent partial in 30 days, nobody from the office called me so I decided to call them on day 45 asking when would I get my partial or an update on what’s going on , I was put on hold for 33 minutes and then the lady tells me that I will not get the partial until 6 months from 1/12/2026 . I’m angry with myself for choosing Aspen Dental.. I feel like they scammed my insurance , charged a lot of money and gave me dollar tree service. After they pulled my teeth they didn’t give me no type of instructions , I had to ask for pain medication and antibiotics , after asking they let me know that they sent it to Wal-green. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE… If I had a lawyer I would sue for insurance fraud and lack of treatment

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect but the care was excellent and the employees were kind and professional. I had the same dentist for many years but had to find a new dentist who would accept my Hamana plan. This was my initial visit. I’ll comment more after my crown is completed.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter in for an appointment that ended in her needing a procedure. She had some anxiety about the visit and what was recommended. Dr Brady and Nikki were exceptional. They were very understanding about how she felt and talked her through every step while keeping her calm throughout the procedure. Michelle helped explain the cost breakdown of everything and was such a blessing. I’m so thankful for the whole team at Aspen Dental. Every person I came in contact with was very professional and polite and treated me with dignity. The doctor mattt Brady, it's very professional, knows how to talk to his patient, and he had genuine concern. I will continue to see him for the rest of my life for my dental needs. Fantastic experience: This staff is top notch! Their hygienist Hayes gave my teeth an amazing deep clean and was so kind and informative with the aftercare needed. I’ll definitely be going here as my primary dentist office from now on.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient of them for over a year and I will have an issues with the two and they could not schedule me till next year but yet their office say they have emergency visits. It is a money scam with Aspen Dental don’t waste your money or time they don’t care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Tori did my x-ray while I was in pain from a broken tooth. She was kind and gentle I truly appreciated how she handled the situation. She also provided comfort while I was getting numb for an extraction.

Negative experience: This “dentist” is a scam. I spent two and a half hours in the office with literally less than two minutes with an actual dentist to be told I need seven fillings and a crown. I just went there for a cleaning bc my dentist had retired. I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. Total scam and dentist was rude

Positive experience: I would not recommend this place. After purchasing the top of the line dentures In 2023 after a much worse 6 mos experience with "Affordable Dentures" on Moss Street, I purchased the 'top of the line"'' dentures from Aspen Dental in Lafayette. After making several appointments for adjustments and fittings, the worst experience involved the lower denture. My old dentures fit much better. And after several prolonged appointments/visits and adjustments, I was very disappointed with my lower denture and was told by dentist that I could ONLY have to purchase a re-lining of the lower denture. I never had to use denture paste with my old dentures I purchased in Tampa, Florida. And the Dentist ignored my complaints on more than the dentures, even being over-charged where I had to point out to get a refund, which I did. P.S. many great reviews, but look at the low ones, because you might end up like one of them. I spend time on giving great views when warranted for their business and hope it helps. I also spend time on bad reviews, hoping it helps improvement. But too many times when businesses respond, it is a stupid, standard reply of Thank you for your input (then they do nothing about making improvements).

Fantastic experience: Every single person in Aspen Dental was absolutely 100% kind, patient and willing to answer any questions I had… from the front desk all the way through to when I had to pay. The customer service is off the charts I did have about an hour wait time before I went to the back, my appointment was at 10am and I was called back around 11am. But there were a lot of people in there and they were obviously very busy, so I didn’t mind… I just read my book. Once I got to the back the rest of the appointment went very quickly. You can tell the entire place works as a team, you can’t move that quickly and effectively and not have good communication and teamwork. The X ray Tech, the hygienist and the financial person(unsure of her title, office manager maybe?)were awesome! The xray tech was super nice and gentle(and super pretty!), dental X-rays aren’t always the most pleasant experience… and she made it great! The hygienist had the coolest energy. Obviously very knowledgeable and great at what he does while ALSO being patient and judgement free. The (office manager?) was also super friendly and tried her best to get my extraction scheduled for the same day because I told her I had to call out of work for an abscess and I’m getting written up for it she cared enough about that to try to help me! Not every one gives a care about other people’s problems but she did and I really appreciate that!! And the technology they had in there was insane! The little wand that took a 3d map of my teeth and bite was the coolest damn thing I ever saw!! All around an incredible first experience here. Can’t wait to get this stupid tooth out my face on Friday!!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appt with Aspen. I was a bit nervous as I move forward on my denture process, but they were really nice and patient. The operations manager Kaylee Williams was very helpful in explaining financing and applying my insurances which cut my cost down drastically. She also helped me get partial financing which cut down my out of packet a lot. Dr Mc Steamy Brady was pretty cool. Thank you Aspen

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 star review I would I called yesterday to get my wisdom teeth removed I ask if they take my insurance they said yes and they also said the had a free xray and vist special going on and then when I'm half way there I get a call saying if I have dental insurance I said no because yall said yesterday that yall take my Insurance and yall have a free Promotion going on they said no that I would have to come up with 250 dollars for the first vist worst dentist ever I don't recommend anyone to these people!!

Negative experience: The price for the service was revised after sitting in the dental chair for service after agreement for the service price. Was required to pay and extra $1000.00 for the root tooth and $1300 for the crown. The partial is now not included as the plan was presented. No change in dental coverage, but price increased $2300.00 without partial.

Fantastic experience: the entire team at Aspen Dental are amazing. from the woman at the receptionist desk, the woman who took my x-rays, and the woman who went over my treatment plan with me (i’m sorry i forgot their names) they are very welcoming and quick. I was a walk in and was seen almost immediately. dental hygienist, Hayes and Dr Brady were extremely nice and thorough. they informed me of everything they were doing and gave me a great treatment plan based off my exam.

Negative experience: Not very understanding with extreme dental anxiety, though claimed to be over the phone. Called me 2 hours before my appointment begging to go in early, though I was called to the back for the scheduled appointment time. Only a consult, will update once some actual work is done UPDATE 11/3- Arrived partially sedated, as requested due to the amount of anxiety. Waited in the lobby for over an hour while the medication wore off, and they came up an idea that I should probably try again and come back tomorrow morning….after taking off of work to make the appointment today. Zero professionalism. Figured I shouldn’t expect too much from the reviews, but at least I know now for myself. Had high hopes for Doc Brady himself, but now know to stay far away.

Negative experience: Went there for a cleaning and when you decline all there extra add ons they refuse to clean your teeth. What a waste of time and money. They don't care about what you need all they care about is getting you to do ad ons to what your insurance pays. they are the waffle house of dental offices except they kick you out if you refuse to be covered, smothered, and chunked.

Negative experience: Not a good place. I was called back 45 minutes after my appointment time. The people that examined me did not explain in any depth what was happening or what was needed, instead referring to some consultation I was supposed to receive at the end. The people that work in the office made comments about if I could afford what was needed after they messed up my insurance then asked me to pay for the procedures (still not explained) in full before they would even schedule an appointment. The place was clean and modern. No privacy in the exam rooms though.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment online for an broken tooth. Next spot available. They called to confirm, and when they learned that I was not a "New Patient" they told me that I could only be seen in a month... What a joke

Fantastic experience: They are really the only place that l could find in my area that could help us in a timely matter. I do have to pay out of pocket but they set up a payment plan so l could pay overtime. They do take all types of insurance. So big thanks to them for what they have done for my family.
