Fantastic experience: They are very nice at this dental office. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I'm extremely scared of the dentist. I've been known to react very badly during procedures but they are great at calming me down. They have never treated me badly because of my behavior, which I truly appreciate. They treat all patients with respect no matter the situation.

Negative experience: Worse place I’ve ever done business. Overcharged & sued when I refused to pay.

Positive experience: Very friendly knowledgeable staff, from the front office to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves. They make you feel at home and comfortable right away. I work offshore on call so don't really have a schedule and they have been very good about working with me on my appointments (I've had to postpone a couple times) and they also have a flexible payment plan to help more costly procedures.

Fantastic experience: They are always professional and friendly. When you're scared and worried they know how to help. Accommodating with payment arrangements. Even patient with patients that got depressed and stopped brushing her teeth for a year; lined up the repair work for all 17 teeth. Root canals and filllings, buildups and caps.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many different dental office. Some offer great service but don’t take my dental plan. Some take my dental plan but take forever to get service. At Petry Family Dentistry, however, my search is over. The people here are kind and friendly. The service is second to none and they offer wonderful payment plans suitable for anyone. If you are looking for a place who cares about you this is the place.

Negative experience: Do not go to these people if you don’t have insurance. The work that was done on my tooth didn’t even last a year, and my bill was sent straight to a lawyer when my life fell apart. They have no compassion.

He allows me to express my thoughts and questions and helps me understand the process. I really like all of the staff. They allow me to joke around with them and they joke back with me. I'm super greatful that they are getting me a smile I've always wanted. Ohh I forgot to mention that they are doing a complete mouth transformation of all upper and lower teeth.
