Little Giggles Pediatric Dentistry

Negative experience: Waiting room didn't have enough chairs no kid decorations or just small toys in the corner. If you expect children to wait for more than 30 mins for a scheduled appointment have a little entertainment at least. Staff were good enough but not overly friendly that you expect working with children. Dr is only there like 2 times or three times a week so they pack their patients within those days. Also they don't give free toothpaste, floss, toothbrush. But they did give a coin for small toy. All in all good but not great.

Fantastic experience: Our kids’ dental hygienist is amazing! She’s gentle, patient, and makes every visit stress-free. My children feel comfortable and cared for each time. We couldn’t ask for better care!

Negative experience: I didn’t mind the hour wait time (even though I had an appointment scheduled) but the staff would always call regarding insurance details in case changes occur and were willing to work with me. I’m a full time employee and a reminder is greatly appreciated. However this time the staff messaged me the before the appointment was not willing to work with and even with insurance was telling me I had to pay full price. In other doctors offices if there is an insurance information I’ve always been able to handle it the day of the appointment. However for some reason the staff was unwilling to work with me, I told them sensitive information I can provide the day off the appointment but was told no and that I will have to pay full price. I would not recommend this place, the only reason I would wait a longtime was at least the staff was pleasant had good customer service skills, but with that change I can longer recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Little Giggles in Taylor are the best! I have two kids that have been going there for several years. My 5 year old is always anxious when she goes in. The staff are patient with her and make her feel at ease. You won’t be disappointed if you take your kids to Little Giggles.

Positive experience: Have been taking my son here for a year! The last few times with treatment his dental assistant wasn’t too comforting to my son he still did great because he is brave! However today was soooooo awesome we enjoyed the dental assistant Ully (I’m so sorry if I spelt that wrong) and the other dentist (didn’t catch her name) they were both so great! I definitely would go to see them if you are looking for a dentist for your littles! The office is nice and clean and a dental assistant that I was for 14 years always look for that! Awesome experience today! Thank you ladies!

All staff always make a point to say hi to us when we are in the office and ask how we are. They are understanding when something comes up and I need to reschedule. All staff are wonderful with my four, very different kids.

Negative experience: ****Correction: terrible experience and we will not be back. Do NOT tell me that you accept children with Autism and then expect for the treatment to be the same as with a Neurotypical child.**** Waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! They helped my twins feel so comfortable and safe, and even made time to do both children on the same day. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. They surpassed my expectations and I am forever grateful for how they cared for my sweet boys.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my children here for several years now. Check in is quick and we’re always seen pretty promptly. The staff is great with them and do a great job of explaining what they’re doing and why. Luckily, we’ve never had a bad experience at the dentist and will continue to come.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Little Hippos with my kids for a few years in Hutto. I called and they got us in for a possible small emergency and had us go to the Little Giggles location. We were able to get in very quickly! This was our first visit to the location in Taylor and we really had a great experience. The office staff, dental staff, and our dentist were great! Very efficient, not crowded, no long wait. They were all very personable & patient with us. I tried going to a family practice closer to our home when we moved, but I promise you this pediatric dentist is worth the drive! I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Little Giggles!

Negative experience: I think it was the second appointment with my oldest we waited for over thirty minutes past appointment time before being called back. They took people who came in before and after us. When they finally took us back they moved us around rooms multiple times.I had to remind them why we were there in the first place. They thought we were doing a cleaning but we were scheduled to remove spacers. We ended up being there for over an hour just for them to tell us that her spacers could not come out yet (not their fault).I was told they were short handed, so I decided it was a fluke. Then we had several good experiences, the doctor is amazing. There's one assistant who's is so nice and super down to earth. Today My husband and I were a little bit early there was one other family in the waiting room they called them back. Then it was just us. The assistant came out looking for another kid. They weren't there then she went back and I heard them discussing how their appointment was at 11:30, same as ours. They had to call the mom to get her in there meanwhile it's already over ten minutes past the appointment time. When we finally got called back the lady stops us and tells us only one parent can go. We've been there multiple times with all of us. We asked when did this rule start and she said since the start of COVID and tried showing us a sign on the door which funny enough wasn't even there. Wish I could have liked this place but they obviously didn't like us.
