Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Monica Patel yesterday regarding a periodontal issue and the possibility of having it treated with a laser procedure, LANAP, which they offer vs.traditional gum reduction surgery recommended by my current dentist’s office. Although it turns out I am not a candidate for the LANAP procedure, Dr. Patel kindly offered me thorough and informative facts to reassure me in moving ahead with the previously recommended traditional surgery. She also took the time to discuss some cosmetic dental concerns I have had and offered additional info, advice, and options without pressing me to make any decisions or take any immediate action. Dentistry With A Woman’s Touch provided a pleasant and professional experience in a beautiful setting from the moment I arrived.

This office not only helped to settle these fears and get them under control, they managed to do so in the middle of a procedure and did what they had to do for the best interest of my dental health. I had a problem tooth for over 15 years and every time I saw a different dentist in the area they would tell me it was just a stain, or that I needed a root canal.. Apparently my problem tooth was due to an improper filling that hangs over my tooth and irritates my gum. This dentist not only identified the issue, she showed me it magnified on a screen. I really appreciated the care here. I felt that my issues were well explained and I wasn’t just rushed out the door like in my other experiences with dentists. Go here if you want a very personal, professional experience. They took a lot of time and care, answered all of my questions, educated me, and gave me a dental plan I am excited for. Very happy with my visit today.

Negative experience: You better have tons of money to go here. They do not take insurance at all. I got laughed at for going through a divorce and not sharing my banking with my soon to be ex manipulator. All because they have patients that have access to their soon to be ex husband’s bank info. First of all that would be fraud if I just use anyone’s info besides my own. I will never go back. Waste of my time.

Negative experience: WHEN YOU WALK INTO A OFFICE THAT IS EMPTY THAT'S A FIRST BAD SIGN, SECONDLY HAD 2 EXTRACTIONS SHE DID NOT LEAVE THE NUMBING GEL ON LONG ENOUGH SO THE NEEDLES WERE VERY VERY PAINFUL. AFTER THE TEETH WERE PULLED I WENT HOME AND WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN BECAUSE SHE WAS SO ROUGH THAT IT CAUSED VERY BAD BRUSING. NOW I HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXTRACTIONS BEFORE NY NOTH ORAL SURGEONS AND REGULAR DENTISTS AND NEVER EMNDURED THIS MUCH PAIN WHICH LASTED FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS, I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE EATING WITH THE PAIN AND THEN I GET CHARGED $550.00 I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO PAY THIS MUCH MONEY TO MY ORAL SURGEON!!!

Fantastic experience: My first time experiencing the most professional, personable and kind Dental practice. Lauren, my dental hygienist was amazing and made the process so easy, co comforting and most pleasant experience. She was efficient and fast when it came to my dental care. This is a beautiful office, calm and soothing environment. Dr. Monica was very kind, explained everything to me during my examination and made me feel very clean comfortable and exceeded my confidence in her ability to dedicate herself to my dental Healthcare. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and relatable as well. Thank you all for having a wonderful experience from the time I walked through the door. What a great team!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Dentistry with a Woman's Touch. New to the area, and with a dental emergency they were able to fit me in immediately. I received extremely professional and caring treatment from Dr. Monica as well as the staff during that visit, and therefore I have continued to use them for all my dental needs. Hygienists Lauren and Heather are great also! I do not consider myself an easy patient in the chair and was fearful of leaving my prior dentist in North Jersey but I am completely satisfied and happy that I found Dr. Monica Patel in Toms River.
