Fantastic experience: I hate dentist but I love this one. Very gentle and good

Fantastic experience: Painless!!! This is the first time I have ever gone to the dentist (tooth extraction) and it was actually painless!!! Went to Military dentist most of my life and have done some civilian ones now that I’m out and never have I had a better experience than this dentist. Going to a dentist could be listed as probably my only “Phobia” and initially going yo a dentist at all brings on those nerves but I had a tooth that was extremely infected? Went to walk in ER and received antibiotics which helped with the infection but the side affects of antibiotics this time were incredible. Did a walk in with Wheat, they were amazing!!! 4 pm on a Wednesday and when I explained what I had going on the staff went above and beyond to get me in. The rear molar was long overdue for pulling, just not a fixable tooth. I don’t think I have ever received numbing without it feeling like the needle was somewhere up by my eye socket, always told “just a little pinch” yeah, no.. This dentist was different than any other I have been to. While the very first 1-2 seconds I did feel a pinch but he didn’t go for all at once, he put a little in, waited, then a little more… I actually kinda mad that this isn’t a thing with every dentist, didn’t know they had tbe actual ability to make it pain free and use the injection to follow the numbing vs just ramming up in there, normally with me death gripping the dam chair and doing my best to suck it up.. This is how dentistry should be, I travel and live on a boat in tbe Caribbean and come back annually to see family, this dentistry will 100% be on my annual list to see. Just amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist office I've ever been too. The entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Im probably one of the worst dental patients, I get really anxious. The team here made me feel safe and comfortable. Big props to my hygienist Tatum. Dr. Myles is the absolute BEST at what she does truly! Ella was fantastic... If you have extreme fear of dentist or just want to feel comfortable with routine cleaning definitely come here.

Fantastic experience: Lindsay is so sweet, does an AMAZING cleaning... And is generally just hilarious and makes for a fun experience.

Negative experience: Couldn't tell you much, I called to get some questions answered, like do they offer sedation. "NO, just local." Told her their site show nitrous, "I don't know, we don't have it." Given the attitudes I was met with on a simple phone call, coupled with the reviews, HARD PASS!!!!

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Perez and his dental assistant at the Newnan's location. They were Amazing! I did local anesthetic and they made sure I didnt feel a thing. They were so kind, patient and entertaining the whole procedure. Thank you so much! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Providence Dental Spa for a general consultation on my teeth. Safe to say that I was blown away by the care and kindness of staff. Whitney was amazing. She is professional, kind and patient. And listens to you. Dr Perez was amazing. You're in good hands with him. He listens, and breaks down all the results for you. And is very patient with questions. He doesn't rush through his answers either. I then had a cleaning with Hygienist Amanda. She was amazing, so very patient and kind. The location is great and the vibe is top tier. I recommend Providence Dental Spa to anyone that is struggling to find a good dental office. This is the place!!

Fantastic experience: My appointment at Providence Dental Spa was probably the best dental experience I’ve had in my entire life. I came in feeling very anxious and nervous about the amount of dental work I needed done, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My visit began with Isabella taking my X-rays. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, which helped ease my anxiety. She was also incredibly gentle while taking the X-rays. Unlike experiences I’ve had elsewhere, she wasn’t rough or rushing through the process. She made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a blanket and neck pillow. Whitney, Dr. Myles’s assistant, was amazing throughout the entire procedure. She was very comforting and attentive. At one point, I was experiencing discomfort and didn’t even realize how emotional I had become until my eyes started watering. Whitney reassured me, encouraged me, and made sure I knew I was doing well. That level of care meant a lot. The office also helped create a relaxing environment with music and laughing gas, which significantly reduced my anxiety. I had a lot of work done, including seven cavities filled and a crown. I experienced little to no pain during the procedure. Even after the numbing wore off the next day, I only had some minor soreness. Dr. Myles did an incredible job. I went from having seven cavities to having everything taken care of in one visit. My crown looks natural, matches my teeth perfectly, and my bite feels even and comfortable. Most importantly, I didn’t experience pain during the treatment. From the complimentary coffee in the waiting area to the blanket, neck pillow, laughing gas, and even the stress ball they provided, every detail showed that patient comfort is a priority at Providence Dental Spa. I give Providence Dental Spa a 10/10. I give Dr. Myles a 10/10. I give Isabella a 10/10. I give Whitney a 10/10. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about my experience. This is absolutely my new dentist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety.

I use to get panic attacks getting any dental work done , but the both of them didn’t make the experience simply bearable for me they were calming for me. They were gems! Being understanding and empathic to the patient is such a wonderful quality that all dentists and assistants need to have . Combined with great dental work is priceless ! I appreciate them bunches

Negative experience: Without a doubt one of the worst clinics I have ever visited. During my time as a patient here, I experienced a complete lack of organization and professionalism from start to finish. Every single treatment I had done there turned out to be a mistake I deeply regret. The most concerning part? What was supposed to be a simple tooth filling has left me with chronic pain on the right side of my mouth — pain that I now have to live with permanently. Something so routine should never lead to lasting damage. I would strongly advise anyone looking for dental care to look elsewhere. Your health and peace of mind are worth more than this.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. My professional technician was very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable providing comprehensive assessments and suggestions on ways to improve my oral hygiene. My dentist was equally knowledgeable, supportive and answered all questions that I had. The receptionist add the finishing touch to make this dental office a great place to have your dental work done!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first experience at Providence Dental Spa today for a dental cleaning. Dr. Perez, the dental hygienist, and the entire staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and thorough. They took the time to complete a very detailed examination and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It is clear that they truly care about their patients and provide excellent dental care. I highly recommend Providence Dental Spa!

Negative experience: Don’t go to this place,! I’ve been going to them since they opened. Yesterday they decided to start charging me ahead of the procedure. Because I cancelled an appo weeks in advance. They also contacted my insurance and lied to me. Told me I had a copay of $60 charged me $129. They only cleaned 1/2 of my teeth. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I think the problem was that I had told the Dr. I didn’t want to get Invisalign. Or the fact that I canceled an appointment because I had to work? Do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I needed new crowns for my front teeth. Dr. Perez and Cesar did a wonderful job first making excellent temporary crowns, then putting together great looking and feeling permanent crowns.

Negative experience: I am so thrilled to see so many people give Dr. Perez praises on reviews as a nice man he is easy to deal with. But after my recent visit I am not thrilled about this dental spa. I have not been to a dentist office in over 15 years now after visiting here for multiple visits recently I had one hygienist who i really liked only to come in today to not have her as my hygienist for a cleaning. Dr Perez visited me on my cleaning for a sensitive tooth only to not have a real solution other than to brush more or have a root canal or invisilign with no information provided on that. Mind you this is the same dr that also numbed my mouth on the wrong side when getting a cavity filled prior, I tried to give a second chance. I know many of you like me have dental anxiety so I am going to move forward with another dentistry as this has once again ruined dentists offices for me. Other than that nice clean place with friendly staff if you want to try them out. Edited to add, thanks for reaching out Cassie really nice and understanding and thank you for a good resolution in this matter.

Positive experience: My only concern was that I had to wait for too long. And 11:30 appointment turned out to be almost 2 and 1/2 hours. I plan on having the top three or four things done as soon as possible the other items on the list that are nowhere near as serious I will have to wait and I mean no disrespect when I say this I'm going to get a second opinion on the rest of the issues I do not have any reservations it's just when this much money is being put forth I want to make absolutely sure.. frankly I do not trust you guys The first thing that Dennis said to me after the x-rays have you ever thought about getting dentures which was uncalled for I finally went to my own dentist and he said that 90% of those two pages that Dennis wanted to do were unnecessary. I didn't have any of the cavities or problems that the doctor said I did and a root canal on the front tooth was not needed. I think from now on I will go back to my old dentist even if I have to pay out of pocket. I just don't trust you guys at all

Negative experience: Very kind staff, but did not have the best overall experience. I continued to give them a chance, but I have been overcharged multiple times without explanation and it took me calling them multiple times to get it resolved. I had to get my cavities re-filled due to dentist error & then got a second charge (after being told it was free), which was finally resolved many weeks later. After my last visit where I was told I have 2 more cavities that need to be filled, I went to get a second opinion at a different dentist & they told me I only have one small cavity…. seems a bit scammy. I gave them multiple chances, but overall just wasn’t the best fit for me!

Fantastic experience: I can't truly say I enjoyed my visit there cause I'm not fan of going to any dentist!!! However, the staff and team at Providence did an exceptional job. They are very afforable, friendly and professional!!! I highly recommend these folks. I had to have my teeth cleaned, which ended being a deep cleaning because of my negligence over time. It went very well. The hygienist (Lindsay) continually made sure I was in no major discomfort and was pleasant, professional and caring during the process. In addition to my cleaning I had a broken front tooth crown post that needed repair. Because the tooth root was damaged, I ended up needing the tooth to be removed and a dental bridge prep completed on the two teeth at each side of the broken crown. Dr Perez and assistant explained what the process would be, gave me options and proceeded. They were fantastic. He numbed everything up and did the prep on both teeth in short order. The extraction was difficult but painless. Dr Perez was very attentive to my needs and his assistant continually reassured me of what was happening. My final point is how accommodating the team was getting this done in one day.

Negative experience: Well, I do believe the orthodontist is very good and has pleanty of experience, however the scheduling/office management is horrible. My daughter's get pulled out of school and miss classes to make an appointment and when we get there, they either ordered the wrong parts, or scheduling is wrong. No apologies or anything. That side of this organization is horrible. We are unfortunately committed to finnishing with them, but if you are looking for a good experience, don't come here. The biggest complaint i have is with the manager. She obviously hates her job and has no bedside manners at all. Maybe if she was replaced, this organization could be great. (MAYBE) If you look at most of my reviews here, you will see that I usually have positive reviews. Unfortunately I can't do that here.

My 9-year-old son Matteo was a bit nervous at first, but the staff made him feel so at ease—he walked out smiling and confident. My 15-year-old daughter Jocelynn was treated on the other side of the spa, and she told me right away, “This is the place for me.” I was genuinely impressed by the level of care, patience, and professionalism from everyone—especially Dr. Perez, Anna, and the entire Providence Dental Spa team. They truly go above and beyond to make both kids and parents feel comfortable. I highly recommend any parent bring their children here—you’ll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Perez and Miss Lindsey worked on me and my brother today, and they were both amazing! Mr. Perez gave us fillings for our cavities and was very considerate the entire time, always checking to make sure we were comfortable and not in pain. They both made the experience so easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best dentist visits we’ve ever had — I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: We selected this office because of its strong reviews, but sadly, our experience hasn’t matched those expectations. I regret the decision, especially given what my husband has gone through. He’s still receiving care here, so I won’t go into detail - but we’re hoping to finish soon and move on. I’ve discontinued my own visits, and we won’t be back. My rating reflects our experience.

Negative experience: The staff is very kind and my hygienist today was very thorough, i have had others there for years that have not been, and to my detriment. I would not recommend Dr. Perez for children and he unfortunately did not catch that I should have been under periomaintenance for years. Jana, the office manager, is great!

Fantastic experience: Best place in Newnan. Dr Perez and Dr Thomas are fantastic at what they do. They are also gentle and compassionate. The whole team is great. Their Hygienist are very skilled and make sure you are comfortable and kept informed. The front staff are pleasant and understand their job. Oh, and they give neck pillows and warm blankets. I give them a perfect score!!

Positive experience: Had problems with x-ray machine so it took 2 hours for x-rays. Liked all the people. Very nice. Left me in room doing nothing for long periods of time. No dental work done because of my health problems.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised how professional and thorough Providence Dental Spa is during my visit. They have state of the art equipment, and uses them and you can see everything they did. Lindsey is a phenomenal dental hygentist. The front desk ladies were very kind and actually very knowledgeable with all types of insurances. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Most thorough cleaning appt I have ever had. Really liked the X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist. First class!! Made follow up appt + cleaning for hubby before I left. Definitely 5 star! Tatum is the best!
