Negative experience: Dr Gifford did not listen to what I wanted done and drilled a tooth that was not causing me discomfort causing intense pain and ultimately an extraction. cost me my hard earned money and tooth . I also asked them to email my x rays to a new dentist and they failed to do so. the office offered a partial refund but said they stood behind the drilling that caused the discomfort. extremely unsatisfied

Fantastic experience: Always good service, easy to set up appts,good friendly staff, low turnover so good relationships and trust established over the years. Probably close to 50years with same practice although not all the same staff. My newest dental journey is about halfway over, maybe 2/3 over, and the expertise and dedication of Dr Burton is helping to keep me on track. Too bad I can't digitize the process. We are 95% done with the process of getting implant posted upper dentures.New denture is complete . Dr Burton has made some minute adjustments and I can eat regular meals again.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I am 77 years old have been going here since I was 27. I’ve seen a lot and this is the best. I was scared of the dentist as a child even had one of my teeth pulled on the floor as a child, but Dr. Burton and his staff are the best believe me I wouldn’t have been there for the last 40 years if this isn’t the way they give care way to go guys love you. And the dentist was still able to remove the 2 bad teeth quickly, with no pain, definitely, really appreciate them. And appreciate The lady in the front office, I spoke to on the phone this morning.
