Fantastic experience: Needed a repair on a tooth that came out of my upper plate,was scheduled same day and repaired in 30 minutes. Gladys was very helpful, great customer service. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Affordable? This place is anything but affordable. Over $5000 and wouldn't let me use my insurance. A payment plan on 5000 isn't affordable, it's a racket. With my insurance at another place it's a little over 1000 out of pocket. Without insurance it's $3000 with a payment plan. Top it off with rushed x-rays and a cold clinical bedside manner and affordable dentures is the worst dentist I've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: GREATEST people ever!!! Dr. Rice, Gladys, and Dess treated me like royalty. They knew what to do, how to do it, and when to address my concerns and questions. Dr. Rice knew to prepare my mouth for future procedure and a the long run she and her staff have saved me money and anguish. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to their medical business. They ROCK!!!

Negative experience: This is the worst place to get dentures. My mom went there to get dentures and had problems from day one. They continued to dismiss her concerns! She still can not use the dentures they gave her! Beware you will be disappointed!

I really got my hopes up thinking I was gonna get my dream smile and not be in pain anymore but now nothing I can do… otherwise they are great

Negative experience: Went from 5 star to 3 star down to 1 star. I’ve been dealing with this establishment since February 2024 when I got all my dental work done. The initial process and procedure was ok but the receptionist and dental assistant are what drove it down to one star for me. Finally after 6 months of healing I was able to get my permanent dentures. I’m supposed to be able to get as many adjustments needed in the first 100 days of receiving my permanent set. Today (October 9th 2024) I went in to get my first adjustment and left in tears. The bite is wrong, they rub and hurt but after the treatment I received today I’d rather just not have teeth than to feel like I’m a bother for being there. I was not a bother though when I was spending $8,000 in their establishment. I couldn’t even get the dentures adjusted like I went in for. I just took my dentures and left. If you like being treated like you’re annoying the people who work there then by all means. I’ve sent two people to them to get work done and I’ve bragged many times about how affordable it is. I won’t be sending anybody else that way and I’ll have to pay a different dentist to finish the work they started. I almost regret getting dentures at all.

Fantastic experience: They started out with having to fix someone else’s mistakes which they did with kindness and professionalism. They made me feel like they cared about me as a person and not just a dollar sign. They explained what they were doing and why, they gave me options on how my final smile would look (including the gap in my front teeth) they even worked with me on financing !!! I would highly recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Fantastic experience: My Visit to Affordable Dentures was accompanied with my mother who actually went in to get a new set of dentures, which by the way she received yesterday. 7/30/24 they look beautiful and she appears to be happy. Negative experience: I went here after another dentist failed to make my dentures properly and they were recommended by several people I know! Unfortunately I have a habit of calling all females "girl" (like Hey girl it's so nice to meet you and girl I really appreciate your help) and Dr Rice took great offense to that and was extremely rude even when I tried to apologize! They said I needed a new liner in my plates, even though I had just had new liners put in by another dentist, so I agreed ! I was willing to do whatever they suggested just so I'd be able to eat properly. They charged me over $600 and then after I paid they told me I need to find somewhere else! I understand that I was wrong in how I spoke to her but seriously you're going to treat someone that way over an honest mistake!

Fantastic experience: Well I’ve just started my dental procedure at this dentist but I will say this much for certain , Dr Rice is a very nice dentist , her professional manner and expertise in her field has made me feel confident and secure with her as my dentist and I look forward to the moment when.I can smile again with confidence because of Dr Rice and her specialized team at their Witchita Falls office . Negative experience: The front desk receptionist is rude and very unprofessional. My husbands teeth never fit right and she constantly blamed his mouth for changing. They broke less than a month after getting his final pair. She told him it would cost over 250 bucks to fix them. She was rude and very hateful. Funny when he first started going she flirted like crazy but when he complained she turned aweful. DO NOT GO THERE

I typed this posted it then read everyone else’s and mine just sounded lame. So just take it from an old lady who HATES anything to do with teeth. These people really are amazing! I wanted/want to make another appointment just to visit with them. I honestly had a GREAT time, learned a few things AND got my problem fixed! All in one visit! AND my mother and I got our teeth at the same time different places. To date she has spent over $15,000. and still cannot eat or wear her teeth without being in pain. Mine cost less than 1/10th of what hers did and I can eat anything I want to from day one! Beyond happy!

Fantastic experience: I really thought I would end up waiting at very least a month before we even started working on my teeth. But the staff here was absolutely fantastic. They thoroughly explained every pricing option and the details of each set. Once I made a decision, they had me in an operating room that evening to begin. Best of all I was able to leave with a smile.. a pretty one at that!

Positive experience: The dentist is nice. I paid for the ultra fit. I was so excited about getting my teeth and something I've saved for years to do. I've been told I have a small mouth so I'm sure that can be difficult. It's been 3 months and I still can't eat pretty much any but noodles that's about it. Today I went back and they might be a little bit better but the top is built up abit on the back My next fitting is in 3 months and I'm told that if I come back extra times it will be over $200 each visit. I know that they're going to use these temporary as a template to make my permanent dentures. I haven't given up on Affordable and I pray it gets better yeah maybe I can update you when everything is good
