Negative experience: Not good.After my extractions(2 teeth) i was fitted for upper and lower dentures and sent home.That evening i removed the gauze to see how they looked-to my suprise the teeth were not visible at all even when i smiled as wide as possible.Super small teeth,childrens size.

Fantastic experience: For someone who had full uppers surgery done by another place 12 years ago with a horrible experience and a lot of pain afterwards I was really nervous and dreading getting my lowers done. I will say when it comes to any dental surgery this was the most pleasant and relaxing experience I have ever had. I had to get 8 extractions 3 implants and one bone graph for a fourth implant down the road. I did the conscious sedation which I was hesitant but it really surprised me. I even think I fell asleep during the 4 hour procedure. Day after the surgery I really don’t remember a lot of it or really felt any of it and I really had minimal bleeding, minimal swelling, and above all else No pain. This is primarily a testament to Dr. Rice and her team. Not only did they take care of me like family, but they also took really good care of my horrible anxiety. To all the ones who took care of me and the entire team at Affordable Dentures in Wichita Falls. Thank you, and bless you.

Negative experience: I had two implants put in and when I tried to contact the dentist about calling in something for the pain, they didn’t answer; and this was during business hours! I left a message; and someone from Affordable Dentures texted me and asked what I needed. I answered her, but I never heard a word back.

Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd visit and once again the staff was AMAZING!!! I was upfront and honest and told them I was scared Because of my last dentist. It has taken me over 3 years to make this appointment. They made me feel so comfortable, had me laughing and joking. My first visit, my friend had to come with me, but because of the amazing staff, I went to the second visit by myself. I can’t wait till next week when I get to try on hopefully my last fitting. I never thought I would be so excited about going to the dentist but I am. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Over 2 weeks post op after 8 teeth removed. Had first soft liner put on bottom denture. Felt better but gums still sore and healing so still can't eat with bottom denture but now I'm able to wear them a few hours a day. Great visit getting the soft liner put in. Didn't wait long for the appointment. Still feel positive about the experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the staff was great. I just wish they would take a little bit more time to explain what happens on the next visit. For example: I had to return for my second visit for the second liner and I was not told not to wear adhesive and I put a little bit on them. And she told I wasn't supposed to wear adhesive but no one told me. And also before I had the procedure done no one explain to me on how to take the antibiotics. I was supposed to take some before I had my teeth pulled and they didn't tell me that until I took the first dose after the procedure. I think they want to do things too fast. And they assume you know what is happening and I didn't know what was going on, besides what they were telling but not being very informed of what would be happening.

Positive experience: My experience was ok but when there is a problem when you tell them about it they act like you just fell of of a turnip truck & you don't know what you are talking about. No compassion by no one.

But the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, she talked me through it and it went off without a hitch. I did not gag once. She asked me questions about my dentures, and mde sure that they looked how i wanted them. I would refer them to anyone who needs dentures!!

Negative experience: I’m not happy at all with my experience. The lady at the front desk Mona is very rude will tell you can’t make an appointment to see the dentist when having problems. My dentures fit at first now that I had my last appointment I hey just fall out of my mouth. There solution was to order soft line on Amazon. They had told me to go get a second opinion from another dentist due to my problems I was having and pain I was still having three weeks after having a tooth pulled and crown put on. When calling back to make appointment Mona would not let me. She said when I came in for my parical the doctor would see me. I went yesterday and at first I asked if my parical were done and they said no. Come to find out they were. The girls were shocked saying not supposed to be made until my last soft reline. They put in my mouth trying to make the bite match up which it didn’t. They did this several times cause me to have a big sore on the inside of my mouth left side. It hurt so bad kept me up all night. It’s a pretty big sore. My teeth now are three different colors. My dentures are now to big. My stepmom was a dentist in San Antonio And she was the board of directors for along time Dr Martin other name Dr Lyman she can’t believe the stuff I have been through with this company

Negative experience: Nothing was explained to me. Before I paid I was told that there was going to be gas used on me. Once I did pay $5,100 I was told that they don't even have any on the premise. They ripped all the teeth out of my mouth with no pain pills for afterwards. I was constantly in pain had to go to the ER the ER doctor had to prescribe me pain medicines. Because the doctor would not do it. They don't care if you're hurting if bone spurs are coming out and I'm not talking about little I'm talking like half of a tooth is coming out still. I went today because they are fitting way too big my dentures with the soft lines I was told ya no problem then when I get there they said oh we can't do that. If I would have known I would go through all of this I would have never gone here. NEVER!!!! I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO NOT HAVE TEETH AND NOT BE ABLE TO EAT AND TELL ME TO TWEEZE MY OWN BONE SPURS OUT. Apparently that's what 5,100$ is worth to them. I wish I could post pictures of it but it won't let me

Negative experience: Never tell them you have dental anxiety!!!! Was being honest because I do have dental anxiety, they have x rays and all that, they were able to look in my mouth, but because I told them I have dental anxiety they are saying that I wasn’t letting them look into mouth and weren’t able to get a treatment plan. They also are the ones that offered sedation but didn’t tell me that they would have to be sending me to another dentist for that. So because of that my case got screwed up.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth pulled last Friday, the 13th didn't feel a thing! Had the rest cleaned today Friday the 20th. The worst part of the cleaning, it tickled!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, and the whole process went very well! The small pinch from the numbing injections was the only discomfort, and the extraction itself I didn't even feel! They did an amazing job! I haven't had dental work done in 18+ years, so I was pretty anxious, but they made the whole experience a breeze. 2 days later the site is healing well, and aside from a mild headache the morning after extraction I've had zero pain (I only took standard Tylenol in the first 24 hours). I never thought a wisdom tooth removal would be this painless and easy to heal from. Wonderful office, wonderful staff, definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was about 4-5 months pregnant and I had a tooth break in half and was in a lot of pain. They pulled my tooth for me the same day of my appointment. I paid less than 200 for an appointment, x rays and extraction. Instant relief when that tooth came out. My son was with me too and they were super sweet to him and gave him a couple of toothbrushes he was very excited about.

Negative experience: Horrible, shouldn't have wasted four hours of my time and energy. I was dismissed, shoved off and literally told “find your own oral Surgeon” .. Zero compassion, zero help… Yet another dentist that just doesn’t give a damn.

Fantastic experience: The immediate dentures deal has worked out really good for me. The price is low and the staff takes great care to fit the dentures right. After extraction I had dentures and after a couple of weeks the first soft liner was set. I just had my second soft liner, with 1 more to go and then final adjustments. All in the same deal. I can eat normal again, great job ADI. I'm so glad I can eat everything again!

Negative experience: I drove round trip 200 miles after talking to the person who books your appointments. I told her that I broke a tooth and that I did NOT get my dentures from you. All I needed was to get a tooth replaced in my upper plate. They would not do it because I DID NOT BUY THEM FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS. You need to train you receptionists!!! I hope you inform your next patient better.

Fantastic experience: Let me say I work up Wednesday morning with a major issue I have been battling for a few years with my teeth and Wednesday morning I had enough the anxiety kick in plus we leave for vacation next week I look them up and made a appointment online they got me in the next morning which was Thursday at 8:30 am and went over what can be done WELL they got me in the very next day at 1:30 pm and got my issues going in the right direction I can’t wait to see the end process.
