Positive experience: i’ve been going to this dentist for a few years now and they’ve always been so nice and do a nice as well as quick job at cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service. The team and staff is very helpful and kind. Dr. Patel is great and very patient and understanding.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this Destiny Dental location in Niles. I originally scheduled dental appointments for both myself and my daughters last month. The office canceled our appointments the day before we were supposed to be seen. I called back and rescheduled all of our appointments for June 9. Earlier this week, someone from the office called me only about my appointment and told me there was an issue with my insurance and that I needed to contact my insurance company. Today around 3:45 PM, I called the office back and told them to go ahead and cancel my appointment because of the insurance issue. Then, at almost 5:00 PM, they called me back regarding my daughters’ appointments and told me there was now an insurance issue with them as well. I was informed that because my daughters have MetLife HMO listed as their primary dental insurance, their Public Aid/BCBS would not cover the visit. They told me I needed to contact MetLife and have my daughters removed from that plan. My issue is this: Why was I being told this less than 24 hours before their appointments? The authorization employee told me that they only verify insurance the day before appointments. But that doesn’t make sense because someone from your office had already called me earlier this week about my insurance. If someone was already reviewing our insurance information, why didn’t anyone check my daughters’ insurance at the same time? Had they called me earlier in the week about my daughters instead of waiting until almost 5:00 PM the day before, I would have had more time to try to resolve the issue. I work in healthcare myself, and we contact patients well in advance when there are insurance problems so they have a fair opportunity to fix them before their appointments. Waiting until the last minute is not good patient care. To make matters worse, the authorization employee became argumentative. She told me that 24 hours was enough notice and then said, “If you work in healthcare, you should’ve known that.” That comment was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Patients should not be blamed for an office’s failure to communicate insurance issues in a timely manner. When I first scheduled these appointments, I provided all of our insurance information, including my UnitedHealthcare dental coverage and my daughters’ insurance information. I even mentioned the MetLife plan over the phone. The first scheduler told me I could simply bring my insurance cards to the appointment. Then after my original appointments were canceled, I had to provide all of our insurance information again when I rescheduled. Looking back, that should have been a red flag. After the conversation, I asked the authorization employee for her name. She refused to provide it. I then asked for her supervisor’s name and the corporate office phone number. She claimed there wasn’t a phone number and that there was only an email address. She placed me on hold for about 20 minutes, never came back to the line, and someone eventually picked up and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with someone named Ava. I calmly explained that I wanted the supervisor’s name and the name of the employee I had just spoken with. Instead of answering my questions, Ava ignored what I was asking and said they were closing and could only take a message. I reminded her it was only 5:08 PM and the office wasn’t supposed to close until 6:00 PM. She then placed me on hold, disconnected the call, answered again when I called back, said, “We’re closed,” and hung up on me. After that, no one answered my calls. I was never given the authorization employee’s name, the supervisor’s name, or the corporate contact information I repeatedly requested.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. My mother and my wife were both scheduled for appointments at the same time. When we arrived, the staff informed us that they would only see one of them and refused to provide service to the other, even though the clinic had scheduled both appointments for the same time. We understood that mistakes happen, so we agreed to reschedule. The staff then told us they could see both of them on Thursday at 1:00 PM, and we agreed to that appointment. However, they later called us and said that because we did not agree to come at the different time they wanted, they were canceling both appointments. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair. We accepted their mistake, worked with their schedule, and they still canceled our appointments. The scheduling staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. It honestly felt like we were being treated as second-class patients because we have Medicaid. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of the type of insurance they have. This clinic accepts Medicaid and serves many Medicaid patients, so there is no excuse for treating people differently because of their insurance. The dentists may be good, but the front desk and scheduling staff are disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone until they improve the way they treat their patients.

Negative experience: The front office staff here is incredibly patronizing. I called to cancel what was supposed to be my child's first appointment because I was literally in the ER, and they immediately launched into a lecture about cancellation fees. When I explained the emergency, they then explained that they waive up to three cancellations for emergencies but then condescendingly kept reiterating that they only do this three times before they start charging. If you have an emergency policy, lead with that! Don't lecture a new patient who is already dealing with a medical crisis. This was only my second interaction with the office, and their lack of grace and 'penalty-first' attitude made it clear I’d rather take my family elsewhere.

She definitely has steady hands and was very gentle throughout the process. Dr. Patel did amazing work, was thorough, and explained everything clearly. The whole team was welcoming, efficient, and made the visit stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Destiny Dental to anyone looking for quality dental service.

Negative experience: Me and my daughter vist this garbage dentist at front desk she ask my daughter name and she clearly said har name 2 times and also she spelled it but the lady keeping asking and I was with her I said little bit louder than usel, she said don't get angry I was not i was trying clearly the name she start shouting on me and also didn't Check my daughter toots, and also kicked me nd my daughter out, I requesting all the people don't go there thay have very bad staff they don't no how to talk. Fantastic experience: Destiny Dental Niles is an outstanding Dental practice. The team led by Maria is very professional, kind and thoughtful. They work collaboratively to give the patient the best experience. We walked out of the office with a care plan that was well thought out and effectively explained. Looking forward to our next visit. Fantastic experience: I’ve had other dental work done before and it was good but today I saw Dr Patel and Viviana and let me tell you, they are great! Dr Patel was thorough, explained in great detail and has a steady hand. I had a cleaning and fillings with no pain or discomfort. They are a 5+ stars for sure!

Negative experience: Very immature Very unprofessional went here for a deep cleaning about a month ago and they noticed some cavities they wanted to fill them i denied because of past service with them of where instead of going off the articulating paper the dentist ask me how my bite feels......hmmmmm my mouth was numb I wouldn't know so it felt off and they began drilling my molars down to they felt even the drugs wore off and now my bite was significantly uneven fast forward right after the completion of the deep cleaning I left without a treatment plan then I called trying to get one the receptionist told me verbatim the dentist was nonchalant and dentist care because I didn't want to get the fillings there lmao are you kidding me you lucky I even came back for a cleaning please go elsewhere pls

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this place. So I schedule a apoimant to have a feel up.They jump on me that I need Xray. Finally I accepted but I told that manager lady that in the end they will tell me that's nothing we can do. And the Dr recommend to removed 2 tooth that dosen't hurt me.How in the world you tell people that?? Very bad experience. I don't recommend this place find someone more professional.

Negative experience: STOP CALLING ME EVER SINGLE WEEK SINCE THE PAST 3 MONTHS!!!!! Their quality has really went downhill. I probably had around 6 cleaning sessions at this place and was satisfied each time. Recent visit, I waited a whole HOUR for the dentist. She then proceeded to do 2 cavity fillings and regular cleaning...BOTH in 22 minutes...I do not know if that is a good or bad thing...seemed she was super rushed.. will definitely not be coming back and going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Me & my teenage daughter hae been coming here for many years & can't say enough good things about this Dentist Office. Maria is always welcoming (love chit- chatting with her)and helps in any way with my scheduling needs. Anishi Patel is Awesome, She's great with my daughter, she breaks everything down to where I don't have extra questions. I definitely recommend this Office, they have become a part my extended family.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough stars for Dr. Patel and the staff at Destiny Dental. As a person who had not been to a dentist for far too many years because of severe dental trauma I can honestly say from the 1st phone call I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Patel has the kindest voice and truly takes her time getting to know her patients. She worked with my anxiety levels which were extreme at times and never judged me, which was a huge relief. Dr. Patel and her assistant have spent many hours together with me the past few months and each and every visit I have become more and more comfortable. I can honestly say that because of Dr. Patel and her staff my dental anxiety is gone and I will be a regular at her practice for LIFE!!! Thank you Dr. Patel!!

Fantastic experience: I want to start with saying that I absolutely love this place. I had an appointment today was running a bit late due to traffic when I called to inform them about me running late they said no worries they will still see me couldn’t be more grateful for that. Dr Patel is such an amazing Dr she so patient and so remorseful towards her patients she makes you feel so welcomed and that alone is outstanding as I’m sure many of us hate going to the dentist but this dentist office is different they make you want to come back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so welcoming and kind! Dr. Patel has consistently provide excellent care and service. The staff is kind and attentive, and they are very generous with their time to help sort out anything you need to talk to them about regarding your oral health. They did a very thorough exam and explained everything in detail. For example I needed a night guard to prevent further grinding of my teeth and was recommended to use a waterpik to treat my gingivitis. I will be back again and highly recommended this office and Dr. Patel for all you dental needs!

Negative experience: Unacceptable conduct at the Niles location on 7/2. Dr. Patel rushed the visit with no X-rays and dismissed serious concerns about jaw pain. When the patient followed up, Maria, the manager, was aggressively rude and unprofessional—going so far as to threaten removal from the clinic. An alarming lack of care and basic respect.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful. This clinic treats patients like an inconvenience. I was rushed out in under 10 minutes with no X-rays, no real exam, and zero answers. When I followed up, the manager Maria spoke to me like I was a problem, not a person — rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. She even threatened to deactivate me as a patient just for asking questions. This place is a joke and a danger to anyone seeking real care. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few years now and everytime I get a service done it’s easy and breezy! I just got my first crown done and was very nervous, Dr. Patel reassured me and explained everything to me. I didn’t feel no pain or discomfort she and her staff were so kind and amazing!!

Negative experience: I received a called from this office threatening me they were going to deactivated my daughter and I account because I called a day prior to canceled the appointment. The dentist is amazing, but the office staff are all new they don't know my family history, including my son that I just lost. I spoke to Maria apparently she is the manager, but then she said she was the owner, she is extremely unprofessional and rude. I explained it to her the situation that my daughter and I we always see the destist same day because I'm a single mom. She didn't have any sympathy or empathy to the fact that I just lost my son and I'm a single parent. My family and I we were part of this office for so many years. I need to speak to corp.

Fantastic experience: A very clean and welcoming office! They always receive me with a smile and are on time with your scheduled appointment. Leilani was very gentle and patient with me. She also disinfected after checking my teeth which makes me think they’re a very clean and attentive team.

Negative experience: I booked a basic cleaning that was covered with my insurance. Upon arrival they informed they would not preform any services without upgrading out of pocket. The receptionist was also incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Came here last year. The only friendly person was the lady working the front desk. Other than that, no one was personable to me. Had some cavities filled and they drilled into my teeth way too excessively and I still have occasional tooth pain from it. Also, seeing that they used a used plastic water jug from underneath the sink to refill the water tank right at your feet was a huge red flag.

Fantastic experience: just took my children for a routine dental appointment and was well pleased with this location. the staff was friendly putting myself and my 3 children at ease. Admin was accommodating and professional. the location was clean and presentable. it still had those normal cosmetic wears showing that this business has been operating for a while and has seen multiple clients. my children had their school forms filled out (thank goodness they had extra forms since i forgot mine.) and they all received little goodie bags. i love that the i was able to go in the back with my children and have that open communication with the dentist. thanks!

Negative experience: This was the worst service I ever received. I had to get a few cavities done so she numbed me. After she had numbed me I waited awhile but when she got back the numbness went away. She was drilling my teeth without any numbness and it was the worst pain I ever had. It felt like a knife digging into my teeth so I kept asking for a break here and there and she got so aggravated with me. She had to numb me for a second time when they could've done the service when they first numbed me. Secondly while the dentist was working on me her assistant was trying to hold my tongue. When she was doing that she was holding it to tight and further into my mouth so of course I reacted and gagged. The dentist just stopped and looked at me and said "DONT YOU DARE MOVE WHEN IM WORKING" when it was obvious that it was her assistant's fault holding my tongue to tight in the first place. All of this I had to endure for two hours in the dentist office! Any of you who are thinking about coming here I do NOT RECOMMEND. There are other places that will give you better service and will treat you with respect.

Fantastic experience: I called to get my mother in for a dental appointment and the receptionist was extremely helpful in promptly answering my calls and questions; smooth/efficient process of booking a quick appointment for her, I had many insurance questions and they were able give me accurate policies and info, they went above and beyond and even did a same day cleaning! Administration helped ease a lot of questions and always picked up the phones. The dentist was thorough, welcoming, I did not feel rushed. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pala Shah, her assistant Viviana and the rest of her staff are awesome! She did a root canal and deep cleaning as painless as much as possible! Thank you once again, Dr. SHAH!!! Don't cry anymore since you've done an excellent job! I can chew some steak now once again

Negative experience: I came in for a routine cleaning and was told that I needed a deep cleaning, to fix cracked fillings, and a guard worth over $700 with insurance. The last time I was here they did 2 or 3 fillings which have "cracked" in the last year. I asked if the filling I got when I was 15 years old was cracked, I was told no. I have the feeling they're using cheap ingredients. On top of that, I hate how this place always rushes the procedures. You wait 20/30 minutes to be seen and then the dentist rushes the procedure in 10/15 minutes but they will charge your insurance for a full appointment. This place was better than IHS services but now that I have insurance... I am steering very clear from this location. Becareful! They will give you free stuff if you leave a good review for them. Most of the reviews are based on that free gift bag.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency where a filling fell out and left a message. I’ve been a patient here for years and the whole staff is amazing. They called and were able to fit me in next day. I’m waiting but have had filling here in the past so I have no doubts everything will go amazingly. Thank you Destiny Dental! You guys are amazing! 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: Dentist referred us to Luries for extraction of only one wisdom tooth..... both lower wisdom teeth are impacted. And told me patient has a crossbite! Patient just had braces removed and is wearing retainers full time. Definitely confused patient with someone else.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. The dentist who attended me was extremely rushed. The whole experience felt financially predatory. They kept pushing different papers with service charges in my face the whole time and having me sign them. I was told I would need a "deep clean" (additional cost) and had 2 cavities which the dentist "showed" me. I didn't see anything, and she was so rushed she wouldn't take the time to thoroughly show me or talk me through it. The rushed demeanor made me suspicious that I even had cavities and made me feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I left after they came out yet again with another laundry list of overpriced services. My advice? Steer clear. I did not feel that they were honest or upfront with what they were providing, and the facilities were noticeably not very clean.

Fantastic experience: Just picked up my dentures today and OMG I love them the team at Destiny Dental are the best. Dr Shah was so patient and painless and her suggestions were welcomed. My smile never looked better. Always a pleasant visit. The staff is professional and always very helpful. Maria the Office Manager is so sweet. I will recommend Destiny Dental to whoever need Dental work or dentures.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist for awhile now that I felt comfortable with since I have had such bad experiences in the past. So happy to have found Dr. Shah, she is a professional and explains what she is going to do. She took care of what needed to be done and while working on me always asked if I was ok. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Destiny Dental for almost 10 years. Both the management and the dentists have been very responsive to my special dental needs. They are pleasant to interact as well.

Negative experience: To keep it short, don't bother. Go somewhere else. I went in for just a cleaning, nothing else. I've been to a handful of dentists in my life and this is hands down the worst experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked into this place I felt unwelcome. The front desk girl has an attitude of not caring and not wanting to be there. The location and equipment all seems old and tired, as though nothing is kept up. I could go on and on and on about these tiny details but let's just move on. Before starting the cleaning they needed to take x rays of my mouth, normal that's okay. What's not normal is needing to take OVER 25 X-RAY SHOTS. I've NEVER had to go through that many X-rays at once. The girl doing the X-rays wasn't even leaving the room??? Does she not care about her own well being or does she just not know what she's doing?? Either way, afterwards the dentist actually performing the cleaning came in. She mentioned some fillings along with other things I needed and I denied everything but the cleaning. I like to feel out my dentist before letting them do more than a cleaning and I am glad I did. After denying everything the dentist left the room and had me waiting in the chair doing nothing for OVER 40 MINUTES. Again, I'm patient but I've NEVER had to wait in any medical office for that long. After the wait, the dentist came back into the room (coincidentally when I heard the cleaning in the room over finished up) and it seemed like the attitude of the dentist went out the window. Like she didn't care since money wasn't involved anymore. And this is where the actual cleaning started. Horrible, rushed job, felt like nothing was cleaned. Took her less than 5 minutes and before I could even wipe the spit off my lips she was out of the room. No floss work, no recommendations, absolutely nothing. I could still feel the plaque behind my teeth with my tongue. Almost like someone just "scratched" my teeth clean and it had "streaks of clean" (I confirmed this later with myself after looking at a mirror, my teeth looked exactly like this, dirty, unclean) The last nail in the coffin was STILL getting a treatment plan invoice after denying everything and even with my ID in front of them THEY MISPELLED MY NAME. I know I sound like I'm being petty here BUT ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. HOW DO YOU MESS THIS UP. H O W. To end it off, this place is a joke. I feel like I'm usually level headed with these types of things and wanted a 2nd opinion about them. My family originally recommended them to me a few months back but after telling them about my experience they recounted a couple recent bad experiences too, all similar. This place looks like it used to be much better but that time has come and gone. Go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Came here today and had a cleaning for my oldest who is 9 and a first time appointment for my 2 year old. I’m a mom of 3 just had a baby 2 months ago so I brought her with me. I’ve been here before in the past and never had an issue until today I left my stroller in the car because I didn’t want it to take up so much room. Anyways as we are waiting they finally call my 9 year old into the back for his X-rays and then tell me I can come back after X-rays. The lady at the front then proceeded to ask if there was a baby in the car seat I had with me I told her yes. She then tells me I can go back but the baby could not. Umm who was I going to leave the baby with if it was just me and my kids.Then I proceed to ask her why could the baby not go in the back she didn’t have an answer. She was like I’m not sure we just don’t allow it. Why not well i don’t know it’s a policy. I’m like I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes and you just now said something. Well I thought it was an empty car seat. Why would I carry an empty car seat. I’m like just give me back my 9 year old and cancel the appointment for both then says can my 9 year old just be in the back with my 2 year old while I wait in the waiting room. Excuse me I don’t know you guys and you want me to leave my children unsupervised absolutely not. They ended up talking to the manager and finally compromised on me waiting at the door of the room. Maybe say that you guys don’t allow babies under the age of 2 at your facility or post a sign other than parents supervise your kids

Negative experience: Unorganized stuff and they don’t want to work at all. Front desk lady was rude and yelled at my wife and didn’t give her X-ray and asking for more money and after money too she said we will sent whenever we want because we don’t have time. We are busy

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. They all are about money. I paid for my visit and I ask about my X-ray after few hours they said you need to come back and sign papers to get it so I went back to sign it again. They said you will get it in two weeks I waited but nothing I was keep calling them every after two days they said don’t call us until 14 days are over. So today I called them and then they said ooh we sent you X-ray if you don’t open in a week you will lose them and if you want them again you will have to pay us. When I argue with them that I was keep calling you guys but you said wait 2 weeks and no one told me that you guys sent X-ray and plus I checked my email everyday trust me I have not received anything then they said we are really busy and we don’t have time to check everything when you called . I am so angry I’m paying for them for my visit and I can’t get my own X-ray they want more money and they don’t have time for their customers to check information for them.

Negative experience: What kind of medical professional organization denies a patient access to preventative medicine because they've missed an appointment? One that makes more money yanking teeth than they do cleaning them. You are an absolutely horrible Healthcare provider. You're a horrible organization and I've constantly been lied to. Corporate Destiny Dental lied as well had an appointment scheduled for noon today because they I had a cancelation and I'm being denied Healthcare by someone for some reasone. I'm guessing because of the truth of what a horribly run business this is.

Negative experience: I have to leave a comment the girl on the reception desk refuses to take my son because he is autistic and telling me to take him somewhere else since we can’t take any special need people and when I ask her name she hung up on me I don’t understand how people use there profession very lightly your job to make an appointment not telling people to go find someone else very unprofessional I was very heartbroken when in America people treat other people like that please change your staff or you guys losses your license.

I was trying to make an appointment for my mom who is extremely ill and can not do it herself but the appointment lady refused and said I have the wrong information which I didn’t. She argued with me the whole time instead of just making the appointment.

I had such an amazing wonderful experience with all the staff from Dr Shah, Cynthia, Maria and Jessica, I have not been tested like that in such a long time keep doing an amazing job made me feel so welcomed I am DEFINITELY COMING BACK AND MAKE THIS MY PRIMARY DENTIST!! you will not be disappointed!! Fantastic experience: I was a little skeptical coming here from some of the reviews but after actually getting treatment at this Niles location, I am glad I came. I had gone to another Destiny office last year and oh what a difference. I'm doing a review because people need to know that the staff here at Niles is fantastic, I had had several appointments now and from the very beginning they have been so wonderful. at first they couldn't find my insurance because of a mixup from the insurance company and Maria went above an beyond calling them and getting it all worked out before my appointment, then not only did they take care of me right on time, Dr shah explained everything and was very patient. Cynthia is so sweet and works great with Dr Shah. I had a lot of work and when it came time to explain what was covered by insurance and what steps they were going to take, Maria explained everything in great detail, she has great professionalism and care and was able to get me in right away to start my procedures. also, the office is clean and has great vibes of great management and team work. I am glad I finally found my forever dental office and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: I strongly suggest you report this company to the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois IF ANYONE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH DESTINY DENTAL LOCATED AT NILES! Called this morning to reslove an issuse with MARIA CABALLERO (Front desk manager) Just so YOU GUYS have an understanding how incredible unprofessional she is. I asked her to refund me and she said: (MARIA): " There's no way to contact corporate, because you have to go threw me and I send your information to corporate and they'll reach out to you." At this point I said "Well that seems a little fishy and there is always a higher up, I'm assuming I'm speaking with Maria?, because if SO you've been useless, I would like to speak with YOUR higher up". (MARIA) : "What are you going to do?? Keep writing bad reviews? Do whatever you want, nothing is going to happen." With this being said A. MARIA CABALLERO thinks she can get away with it. No one has hold her accountable, therefore she thinks she is untouchable and has power. B. The fact that she tells people they have to go through her for corporate is proof she is doing something shady and maybe should be looked into. C. If anyone else is having issues with this location. Please feel free to email me. We can discuss how to get corporates attention on this matter. [Just listen to the all bad reviews. It's not worth it. Customer service, is horrible. Especially don't go to the Niles location. Only reason I'm writing another review, is to hoping they just give me my refund that I've been asking for since last week. It's wasting my time, just trying to get a hold of someone and being promised something. You would think they want to get it over with, since they drop me as their provider, that was a month ago, because I made a complaint about Maria (NILES LOCATION). Then wrote a google review and afterwards got dropped by them, because Maria didnt like what I had to say and her response was "Thats too bad, you feel that way". But a month later they are still charging me. Even though they refund the first time around. At this point, it's getting way to unprofessional and I shouldn't have to hunt you guys down through a bad review. I just want this over with. Negative experience: Please listen to the bad reviews. Beware of this place. Still charging monthly, when they dropped me in Jan 16 2023. They've been still charging me since then. HR will not do anything. At this point, this place is a scam.

Fantastic experience: My experiencene at destiny dental was great. The dentist and the hygienist were so kind. The dentist provided a gel for my sensitive teeth and was able to fill my cavities the same day.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I just went for a cleaning and never in my life did it hurt so much. My gums were bleeding so much and even when I left there’s dried up blood between my teeth. Awful. She was so rough.

Negative experience: Edit:Maria charged me again for services that were never received. Dropped as a patient, but still being charged. Very fishy. When I called to speak with corporate about reversing the charge Maria told me good luck and to "bring it on". Lady I'm not trying to fight you, I'm trying for my money back. Let's start with the obvious that's already been said by multiple other reviews, Maria is a horrible human being who treats everyone disgustingly. She has no right to work anywhere that deals with customer service. She is beyond rude and very unprofessional. My partner came here recently and Maria treated her like a child and was very condescending. She needed a tooth pulled, they gave her multiple shots to numb the area but when they tried to pull the tooth it wouldn't come out and my partner told them it was causing her excruciating pain. The dentist told her that is was only pressure and ignored her cries. After all that they still didn't remove the tooth and had to refer her to UIC. They never sent the referral and after my partner made a bad Google review. At this point we received a letter in the mail stating that they have drooped her as a client. There was no signature from a manager and I feel Maria sent it to us herself since there is no name or reason for dropping. I have never been treated this poorly before.

Shout out to Dr.Shah and Cynthia (dental hygienist) for being very nice, informative, and all in all give them A+ Two Thumbs Up for their outstanding service, thank you so much guys...Also, the office I must say is very clean and the receptionist is also very professional in all ways... Negative experience: Rude staff, was trying to make a appointment , was given a hard time about some kind of form for blood pressure I explained my blood pressure is fine now and they can take it now with normal reading as the dentist told me,if next visit is normal BP it would be ok to proceed with work, no need for form as I was told. By doctor shaw. Was being told not to speak , or be dismissed . WoW! This is the way you speak to customers.

Negative experience: The manager and the front desk girl are very rude they have no idea what's customer service mean I work 15 years in retail dealing with all types of customers so I know what's good customer service is and what is horrible I went their for my daughter first time ever dentist appointment she has autism so gets distracted very quick so my wife usually works with visual cards to help her and she have it on her phone their policy is no phones I understand but my wife told the dentist about my daughter conditioning and she was fine with it but the manager came back and pulled the dentist on side saying no phones they could be recording while my wife heard all this even the dentist told her the situation I highly HIGHLY recommend no one goes here the place is very dirty you Walk in it feels you walk in the dump nurses and dentist were very nice they need get rid of manager and the lady at front with glasses you didn't want phones so you afraid someone will leave bad reviews well it's your lucky day please VERY HIGHLY recommend not to goto this dumpster of dentist clinic

Fantastic experience: I was recently there for a root canal, and I’m giving my honest feed back. I’ve been to other dentist offices where the service has been horrible especially if you have a medical card you know you get bottom of the barrel. However, their service surprised me. I was hesitant because of all the reviews I read on here. I took a chance and was surprised of how I was taken care of, I felt no pain during my procedure. The dentist took her time and asked if how I was feeling, even explained as she was going. Lastly, root canals are expensive ball park $2000+. They have a reasonable price and assist you with your insurance to pay as minimal as possible. I’d definitely give them a chance, because it was a good experience on my end.

Negative experience: This review is only for the manager at the front. The dentist and the rest of the staff are kind, professional and very nice. The manager needs to learn customer service, I'm surprised the dentist hasn't fired her because after our treatment is done we aren't coming back purely due to how rude, mean and highly unprofessional the manager is. In the past when the clinic was running behind, we have waited and never said anything. But when we ran late coming to our appointment once, the manager screamed when we arrived and said "you're late!" It was highly embarrassing and we have never been treated like that. We also own a medical clinic - we don't talk to our patients that way. The manager has also made it difficult to facilitate routine antibiotic prophylaxis to be prescribed to prevent the risk of endocarditis in a patient with known heart disease. We have called our surgeon to prescribe it for us, this is insane. The manager needs to go.

Negative experience: Worst Dental clinic. Not professional at all. they do not verify your insurance until last minute. Front desk employe does not know what she’s doing. Never going back.
