Fantastic experience: HFD East has consistently provided top of the line care for my partner and I. The awesome ladies at the front desk, Megan and Lisa make scheduling, billing questions and any other inquiries quick and easy. Doctor Tanya Wadhwa is a real rock star. She’s very patient and personable. Going in for a service I dread always turns into hangout where we chat and laugh like we’ve known each other for years. Lastly, my girl Jessa is a gem. Moma bear turned dental assistant. I feel so comfortable in her care because of how reassuring she is. All of her motherly mannerisms are on full display as she assist the doctor with the service and some good conversation. (Not to mention a good sing along, lol) Together this team of women work together to create the best experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Higginbotham in East Memphis since 2023 and have no complaints. Everyone there is always friendly and very thorough. I have recently started Clarity Aligners by 3M with Jessa and Dr. Wadhwa and they are great. They are patient with me and answer all of my questions. I also appreciate them letting me know what to expect during this process and always checking in when I’m in the office to see how I’m doing. I’d highly recommend this office if you’re in search of a dentist in the Memphis area.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, and Jessa, the assistant, was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining things clearly and checking in with me throughout the visit. Kaitlyn did polished me teeth and was awesome super gentle, really thorough, and took the time to show me how to floss properly without making it awkward or rushed. Who knew you were supposed to go under the gum? The entire team was extremely thorough and professional without ever making me feel rushed or judged. Everything was explained in a way that helped calm my nerves, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill, compassion, and warmth so seamlessly. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I can’t recommend this office, especially Jessa and Kaitlyn, enough. This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Higginbotham. Dr. Wadhwa was able to see me quickly after an old crown of mine broke suddenly and I had a new crown that fit perfectly in 2 weeks. It’s also been easy to schedule the cleaning and fillings I needed all within the same month. Karen, Shay and Caitlin have all been great between the multiple visits I’ve had this month.

Transferred to this location after a few mishaps with my previous dentist, and was promptly taken care of. Mrs. Lively takes her time to explain not only the procedures but also the post-operation care. I am beyond satisfied with the care I've received here.

I always purchase the Dental Plan to get the most bang for my buck! I’ve gotten my gums reshaped, my teeth whitened 3 times and I get regular cleanings all of which I’ve been throughly pleased! Ginger has done my past few cleanings and she’s taken such great care of my teeth!

Her communication made it very easy to understand the bite comfort I should feel when my procedure is complete. Fantastic experience: The biggest fear of my life is the dentist. I’ve had previous traumatic experience so I have avoided it like the plague! I can now say this is not my biggest fear. I’ve had the best experience with an amazing staff. Megan was able to get me in and make the paperwork and insurance process go so smoothly. Endia is the absolute best hygienist! She calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond to help with my fear and for the first time ever, I was in no pain with numbing and treatment. She talked me through step by step and made sure I was comfortable. She actually cares for her patients. Dr. Higginbotham calmed my nerves and sat with me talking instead of just jumping in and making my nerves worse. Thea people really car! I will go nowhere else and I will always refer these wonderful, caring group of people.
