Office is clean, nearby, staff are polite and professional. Dr. VanSlambrouck is excellent in his work, knowledgeable and will discuss problems and options. He is detailed with his treatment plan and billing.

Experiencia fantástica: Great, friendly, caring, attentive staff! Dr. V is very gentle and is never rushed. I’ve never felt the numbing shot for fillings with him. He has even come in on his days off to do some dental work on my husband. The hygienists and office staff are amazing. This office feels like family. We recently had to switch dentists due to an insurance change, and we really miss this place.

I hesitate to write this review only because he is already in such high demand, but the entire office is so deserving and it's only fair. This is the place to go if you want to experience a level of care that is in my experience very rare.

I have nearly finished a rather extensive procedure (a few years' worth) and am incredibly pleased with the experience and the results. His is a great practice. I'm only sorry I didn't start with him earlier.

Experiencia fantástica: My 8 year old daughter was referred to Dr Vanslambrouck for removal of some baby teeth. He was so good that she didn't even realize that he'd given her numbing shots OR pulled her teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I am SO happy that I switched over to VanSlambrouck Family Dentistry. Everyone is so genuinely kind, attentive and fun to be around. The care I have received is thorough and considerate of my needs. There are already a handful of care options and skills I have witnessed or received that I have never seen at my previous dentist office. Some examples include the way the doctor administered the numbing shot, the way the assistant touched my shoulder to add distraction and comfort during the shot, the thorough x-rays during my first visit, consistently asking if I am okay and comfortable, the apparatus used to help prop open my mouth during the filling... I could go on honestly and I have only had two visits so far. I have already recommended VanSlambrouck to a few people I know and will continue to do so. My husband says all the same things. Every time one of us gets home from the dentist, we walk through all the great things we experienced and love that the other experienced the same things. One last thing. At my previous dentist there were a few staff members I tried to avoid for various reasons. I have not met one staff member at VanSlambrouck that I wouldn't want to work with again and I have met quite a few. If you can't tell, I am seriously impressed by this wonderful team!

Because of a swallowing problem that I have, I told the hygienist that I could not have the chair tilted all the way back, and she was very understanding about that and worked on me at half the normal tilt. I so appreciated that! She also gave me some flossing tips which was appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: It's unusual to say you enjoy going to the dentist but...I enjoy visiting VanSlambrouck Family Dentistry. Scott and the entire staff are highly skilled and efficient. They love what they do, care for their patient's wellbeing and are gifted craftspeople. I had chipped a front tooth so when I called for an appointment, Wendy was able to fit me in quickly! Dr. Scott repaired my tooth so well that I can't even see where it was chipped! I can't pick higher than 5 stars, but they are definitely a 10-star rating!

Experiencia negativa: Waited three months for an appointment, only to not be able to make it due to work obligations. When attempting to reschedule I was told that company policy doesn't allow a reschedule for a missed first appointment. I let the state of my teeth decay for three months, leading a cavity into a full blown root canal, because they were booked out, and then they refuse to service me. My oral health is actually worse after trying to use this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Let's be honest. Dental procedures can be uncomfortable, at best. Everything at VanSlambrouk Family Dentistry seems geared toward making patients comfortable while there. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and appreciative. The tools and equipment appear to be up-to-date and well-maintained. Dr. VanSlambrouk is personable and confident. Understandably, comfort is a subjective notion, but I feel that the staff there puts forth considerable efforts to make one's visit a better experience. This is why VanSlambrouk Family Dentistry is my Dentist of choice.

When Dr. Van Slambrouck was discussing my exrays with his assistant, I felt like I was in the presence of professional that was first rate. When I was having the Xrays done, the technician was careful to make sure even my lips were not being pinched by the devices. I never had anyone that caring. And, my continued experience has been pleasurable. Truly no pain dentistry. It is a long path back to a healthy smile, but there is a plan, and I am co5nfident in the direction they are headed with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Grateful that Dr. VanSlambrouck thoroughly inspected my mouth (not just my teeth) and noticed a suspicious area in the tissue under my tongue and he referred me to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon commented that it was a “good catch” by Dr. V. He took a biopsy (OUCH!) and thankfully it is not cancer but this needs to continue to be monitored. Glad that Dr. V. is on my team.
