Fortson Dentistry Milford

Experiencia fantástica: Great Follow-up.. Chrissy will answer your call whenever, to help put your mind at ease.. It’s not just lip service!

Experiencia fantástica: I had very extensive surgery done about a week ago by Dr. Fortson----2 teeth removed which had failed root cannels and 3 implants inserted. I could not have been more satisfied. I was well prepared in advance, taken on time by a very user-friendly staff and have come through it all with almost no post-surgery discomfort. I was very impressed by Dr. Fortson's obvious expertise and willingness to explain everything in advance who opted to do my surgery in a less intrusive manner than originally discussed. Kudos to Dr. Fortson and his terrific staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute best dentist I have ever been to, I can’t exaggerate that enough. Dr. Kroll is above and beyond amazing!!! These people are so sweet, friendly and very professional with their services.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place. Staff is great & very friendly. Great with people who are fearful of the dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: Check-in was quick and easy. Waiting room was clean, organized and modern. Beverage counter with coffee and water is a nice welcoming touch. Wait time was short. I was 10-minutes early. Todays appointment was for the hygienist/teeth cleaning. Jennifer and Taylor were both very kind and understanding to my sensitive teeth. The examination room was private and spacious with a window view. The examination chair was comfortable. Dr. kroll and Dr. Fortson we’re both in the office and said hello. Dr. Kroll did my oral examination. She was very thorough and polite. My over all experience was excellent. Thank you Milford Fortson Team.

Experiencia fantástica: Love having the ability to have a 7 AM appointment. Jenn, my dental hygienist was awesome as usual. Dr. Kroll and all the staff especially the front desk are always friendly and make going to the dentist. No big deal. Experiencia fantástica: Great experience the entire staff has a good attitude

Experiencia fantástica: The Fortson team was ready for my appointment with no wait. The facility is large and well equipped. The personal attention with the doctor explaining what they intend to do and why. The results were reviewed and any questions were answered or concerns were addressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service from both Taylor and Dr. Kroll. Professional, thorough, and caring every step of the way. Came in for a routine cleaning and they fixed a problem I had been dealing with for a year and a half in 10 minutes! Thank you! Lori

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient with this practice for decades & was nervous when I learned there were new dentists in town. I'm sooo glad I decided to stay!!!! For starters, the staff makes you feel like family, very friendly, fun atmosphere. In less than a year, I've had two big procedures & decided to give IV sedation a try....What a game changer!!! Dr Fortson can give his full attention to working on my dental needs, while James is the nurse anesthesiologist. This duo are like dental rock stars . Thank you to everyone in the office for taking such incredible care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Everyone so nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience as usual. Best staff and absolute best Dentist “Dr Kroll”

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff. From the front desk back to the hygienists! I (as most people) dread the dentist. Dr. Kroll and hygienists really care for you as a patient and as a person. I cannot say enough kind words about this clinic! Thank you very much to the Milford office for making my experience as comfortable as possible!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, comfortable waiting room, terrific dentists. They make going to the dentist, even with that dental work stuff, if not pure pleasure, nothing to frighten children (young or old). They enjoy their work and it shows. Well done!

Experiencia fantástica: EVERYONE was fantastic. Front office staff, hygienist to the dentist! 100% recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: There are no words to describe the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for the staff at Fortson Dentistry. During a hard time in my life and getting custody of a child who needed major dental work done this staff was there for me every step of the way. After taking her to another dentist who did nothing but blow us off and make assumptions like I could not afford the treatment needed for this child Fortson dentistry did not one time judge her or myself and wanted nothing more than to help her and make her feel comfortable with her extreme fear of the dentist. We are beyond pleased with the results and will be having the whole family switch to receive care from this wonderful practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentists and hygienists. At my cleaning 6 months ago they measured gum or periodontal pockets up to 5mm, indicating gum disease. I didn't have their deep cleaning procedure done, but took their recommendation to start using a water flosser to keep the pockets clear of bacteria. At my cleaning today, to our surprise, the largest pocket they could find was 3mm! I hadn't known those could close up. "Yes, they can; keep up the good work!" Further, they recommended I try a free app, over an expensive mouth guard, where I could set the frequency of reminders to not be grinding my teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Fortson and your incredible staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kroll is amazing. Everytime, I see her she is so friendly, kind, tentative, and always makes you feel comfortable. She is informative and explains everything in detail. She is the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t like going to the dentist but Dr. Kroll And her assistant (I’m sorry I forgot your name) are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable before any procedure. I won’t go anywhere else

Experiencia fantástica: Don’t shame me. Took 4 years to go back to the dentist for a cleaning. They have an excellent staff and go above and beyond. I am a high anxiety person. It took a lot to make an appointment. I’m also OCD i use the highest end water pick and electric toothbrush money can buy. I knew I needed to go in. I was having some issues without telling them they identified the spots that needed to be addressed. They are very thorough and not out to sell you something you don’t need.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good treatment. Dentist and Hygienist were very kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family. I left well informed and pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Always get well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Happy atmosphere! They’re extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions, and will make time to help. Can’t recommend highly enough

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to Fortson Dentistry and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Taylor did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and Dr Kroll explained everything so thoroughly. I’m so glad to have found their practice and highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The office is beautiful ! The staff is friendly and welcoming ! My dental hygienst ,Taylor, was so kind and gentle .Dr. Kroll was very pleasant and I left feeling like my dental health was A+.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to many dentists over the years and Dr. Kroll is by far the BEST! She is extremely good at what she does. She also has a great team working with her. And, everyone I’ve met has been very personable. I would recommend Fortson Dentistry to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Very sweet, caring people. Always making sure I am happy and comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Fordson Dentistry, we are so glad we found you! The best staff ever! Keep me smiling! THANKS AGAIN!

Experiencia fantástica: Our whole family loves Fortson. Everyone is so professional and nice. My kids (ages 3-17) all love it there and feel comfortable. Dr. Kroll is an awesome dentist. Everyone, the entire staff, is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great first visit

Experiencia fantástica: My fear of the dentist kept me from going for way too long, but from the moment I called and told my story and made an appointment, to going in for the first time I felt a level of comfort I never had, and through my appointment taylor was so comforting, supportive, non-judgmental and explained everything to me, then when Dr. Kroll came in she explained everything to me with her game plan and had me smiling, this is just the beginning but they have won me over so far, Thank you all so much!!! Well I just had my 3rd visit with a bit more work done and Dr. Kroll and her assistant were the absolute best, I have a huge fear of needles and I never felt a thing, they even had me laughing afterward, I've never felt so good about going to the dentist, the whole staff there is so personable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is fantastic! I came here about a year ago after leaving my old dentist of over 10 years! My first visit was the most informative and thorough dental visit I've ever had. They explained things to me that have never been said to me about my dental health. I will happily make the 45 min drive just to keep coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I have finally found a dentist i can trust my teeth with. And its rare to find a dentist that also prioritizes my well being and budget.

However, the Fortson team, specifically Taylor, Dr. Kroll, Dr. Fortson, Michelle, and the entire Milford office staff, have provided exceptional service. Their professionalism and care have significantly alleviated my dental anxiety.

Experiencia fantástica: As a mother who has experienced her fair share of dental visits with my children, I can confidently say that Fortson Dental has been a breath of fresh air! After several disappointing experiences at various dental offices, including pediatric dentists, I was beginning to dread these appointments for my kids. However, our visit to Fortson Dental completely changed my perspective. My 4-year-old daughter needed a tooth pulled, and I was understandably anxious about how she would handle the procedure. In the past, my kids had been apprehensive and scared, leading to tears and distress during dental visits. But from the moment we walked into Fortson Dental, I felt an immediate sense of relief. The staff greeted us warmly, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made a world of difference. The dental team was phenomenal with my daughter. They took the time to explain everything in a way that she could understand, using friendly language and even fun visuals. They made her feel comfortable and safe, which is so crucial for young children. I was particularly impressed by how patient and gentle they were throughout the entire process. They engaged her in conversation, distracted her with fun stories, and made her giggle, which eased her anxiety tremendously. When it was time for the extraction, they handled it with such care and expertise that my daughter didn’t even realize what was happening. She emerged from the chair with a big smile, and I couldn’t believe how smoothly it all went. The staff celebrated her bravery and even gave her a little prize at the end, which made her feel like a superstar! Fortson Dental has restored my faith in dental care for children and adults alike. Their compassionate approach, combined with their professionalism, truly sets them apart from any other dental experience we’ve had. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially for parents who have struggled to find a suitable dental home for their little ones. If you're looking for a place where your kids will feel safe and cared for, while you also receive top-notch care, look no further than Fortson Dental. Thank you for making such a positive impact on our dental journey!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kroll is awesome. I always have a fantastic experience and will continue to make the drive for all of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed with how many hours Michelle worked to get the medical (vs. dental) portion of my procedure covered by Medicare. I didn't even know Medicare would cover some tooth-related procedures that involve a problem in the bone like infection, such as a root canal or the extraction of a tooth with placement of an implant. Very rare to find a dental office that will go through the trouble to get themselves, and then their patients, approved by Medicare. Medicare part B and my Medicare Supplemental insurance covered it all up through the implant; saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you Michelle and doctor Fortson!

Experiencia fantástica: I have moved around many times in my life and have never been to a dental office like this one. Outside of the lovely office itself, each and every staff member clearly goes above and beyond to make your experience as meaningful and pleasant as possible. It is so hard to find service like this in dentistry these days. I truly cannot recommend Fortson Dentistry highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't been to the dentist in years. Because of bad past experiences, and my fear of going to the dentist. There is nothing negative I can say about this place. The whole staff is super friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Kroll was super nice, and completely non judgemental. She made me feel at ease. Highly recommend if your a coward like myself.
