Brush Rinse Floss of Milford

Experiencia negativa: Ever since this practice was sold from the original owners this place just hasn’t been the same. The front desk is great and welcoming, but every dentist I dealt with felt like all they were trying to do was to upsell me for something they say I needed done. I did have two crowns done there both of which fell off. Found a new dentist I’ll be going there in the future. Good luck to anyone that goes.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy! They are very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was warm and welcoming and worked as a team. Dentist suggested watching an old filing rather than replace at this time.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were very kind and professional. The dentist was gentle and very cautious and concerned. All the staff made sure you were comfortable and they all had a great sense of humor which helped to lessen anxiety.

Experiencia fantástica: A big thank you to Dr. Anjelina Milanova for my new, beautiful smile! Everyone in the office is super caring and helpful. Sam and Jordan are awesome.

Experiencia negativa: In November Dr. Milanova said I NEED to get a cavity filled or else she “promises” me that I will need a root canal by December. I went and got a second opinion elsewhere and they couldn’t even find my cavity. I never write reviews but she should not be receiving business until she stops lying!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist and staff are professional and friendly. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable.

Experiencia positiva: PERFECT. Thank You

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff and easy visit

Experiencia positiva: Had to tell the hygienist that I didn’t want the water pic. She didn’t ask. Waited for the doctor to do her final check after she asked the hygienist if she was ready, the hygienist said no that’s OK. Not the same since The business was Taken over. I’ve had problems with mis-scheduling and also having to wait well past my appointment time. P

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff, hygiensts and dentist are all awesome. I've been coming here for years now and I really hope the current staff stick around because I'm very happy with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very competent friendly dentist with staff to advise and help with any questions!! Look forward to next dental appointment

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Milford Main Street Dentist (from the front desk, to the hygenist, to our dentist) were fantastic, friendly and professional. My ten year old son is terrified of dentists. The hygenist worked with my son the most during this visit and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Our dentist from start to finish was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. This experience was reassuring for myself and my children and I will definitely refer family members here. It was a refreshingly pleasant experience for us.

Experiencia fantástica: I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very impressed and I'll never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I was worried about taking my two year old daughter to the dentist but after seeing how dr. Milanova handled her all my worries drifting away, she was so kind, patient and didn’t push my daughter , one of the best dental experience she’s had, I would recommend her to anyone, she’s amazing, Gental and kind. Defiantly will be bring my whole family here

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this office and Dr. Milanova. I was in dire need of locating a new dentist as my former dentist retired, let me tell you my family and I were impressed. Nothing less than an amazing experience. She is now our new family dentist and we reccomend her to all our family and friends! A+ service and a clean office!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always dreaded going to the dentist, until I was paired with Dr. Milanova at the Milford location. They have been extremely comforting every time that I have been in.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited here for the first time recently and I must say what exceptional and professional service I received. Dr. Milanova was very friendly and experienced and I felt so comfortable. Thank you for the impeccable service!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service, care, and friendly staff. I do plan on brining my whole family here. Annie is great!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is awesome! Always a please t and painless visit

Experiencia negativa: Would give a zero if possible. Strictly profit based, discount plan for patients with no insurance is $450 versus neighboring highly rated dentists offering the same for $280. Every patient is a sales number, with a treatment coordinator pushing unnecessary treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very kind and great at what they do. Great with kids and adults. We have only had great experiences!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, caring staff. State of the art dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: We are so grateful for both the dentist and the staff at Brush Rinse Floss! They took excellent care of my 8-yr-old son who needed immediate dental services. They were patient and helpful throughout the entire process!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. Great place even for those that hate the dentist (like me)

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy dental experience.

Experiencia negativa: This place tried talking me into a $4k payment plan within minutes of me walking in here as a new patient for a root canal saying a tooth of mine was infected and then the whole sales pressure of “this infection could spread and get really serious fast we can do this procedure right now today if you’d like”. The filling that was there in the tooth for 10+ years fell out 1-2 days before this appointment, I had no pain or discomfort or anything that would suggest an infection had developed. Just to be sure I got a 2nd opinion from another dentist that was recommended by family the very next day who shown me there was absolutely no infection, but that the tooth just needed a filling done again. It has now been roughly a year and the tooth is perfectly fine! This business In Milford has left me with a bad feeling about their practices.

Experiencia fantástica: I love milford brush, rinse, floss. The front office staff is great and the doctors and hygienists are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My teeth are getting stronger everyday!! Thanks to the staff for excellent service!! You guys are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Really professional office. Team works well together

Experiencia fantástica: Although it was a ton of work, everyone at the office was wonderful and entertaining and a pleasure!

Experiencia negativa: The front office desk staff is super nice and so were the hygienists. Cleaning was great, X-rays took a little longer than usual but I don’t mind. My only complaint was that when I booked my appointment and emailed my insurance info, no one told me that they were out of network for me so I ended up having to pay a pretty penny for a cleaning, exam and X-rays. Also I felt like the Dr was trying to upsell me with procedures that I’ve never been told I need in my entire life. I probably won’t be back but just be proactive and make sure they’re in network with your insurance and don’t fall for any high cost procedures without a second opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha is lovely. Staff is always efficient and understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything today was excellent and informative. Appreciate all the good advice the hygenist and doctor provided.

Experiencia fantástica: They are working with me to solve my toothache troubles. Very caring and supportive staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Brush Rinse Floss of Milford did an awesome job of fitting me in as an emergency last minute and were very professional and knowledgeable about the condition I had. Would recommend them highly to anybody needing dentistry work.

Experiencia negativa: They were great. The first time I went there. But every time I go now they seem to find other ways to charge me more money. I have a head of tooth Extracted.Charged me twice in 1 day. And they still say a owe $13. The time before that the dentist was like hour before she came into the room. She was breastfeeding her baby and her nipples for pointing through she shirt. And had breast milk on her shirt. Went in to get my crown and the girl was trying pull my temp crown off and it was the wrong tooth on the other side of my mouth so.the dentist wrote down see was working on the wrong tooth

Experiencia fantástica: Great doctors and wonderful staff they do a wonderful job and they gentle when they are working on you

Experiencia fantástica: So courteous, not high pressured @ all, & feel very confident of their abilities from dentistry to the office employees ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone made me feel very comfortable today.. Having major anxiety going to the dentist is such a challenge for me.. So glad they were patient with me.. Thanks
