Making appointments, you speak to a human (Kelly Anne was very helpful & did not mind all my questions), checking in is quick & easy, little to no wait for appointment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and personable. Dr. Sitchon is friendly, knowledgeable, professional & non-intimidating . Checking out, Sharon has the process down to a science & is very kind. The office is clean & the entire experience was warm & welcoming on a cold & snowy morning. Thank you to the team @ArborDental! They are super nice, and you can tell that they have the knowledge, the tech, the experience to do procedures right the first time. I believe saved my . Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I am 84 years old and have been to many different dentist's offices. This was my third visit to this office after discovering that Dr. Sitchon had moved her practice here. This office is by far the most comfortable and relaxing, which says a lot since most of us dread dentist appointments. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door shows caring and comfort to create a pleasant atmosphere. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was efficient, professional and thoughtful. Of course, Dr. Sitchon was usual happy self when she came in for her part of my check-up. It is definitely a four star!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sitchon and Yuri, my hygienist, are wonderful. They care about their patients and know how to best help them while also keeping them comfortable. Would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Arbor Dental is an exceptional practice. They respect your time and are ready and waiting when you arrive for your appointment. They are experienced, efficient and very friendly. The staff are long term employees, so that speaks volumes about the employee/employer relationship too. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always so friendly and kind. Yuri is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: It was wonderful being back with the dental staff I have come to know and trust. Thank you for always being so kind and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched to this dental office. What are the best experiences I’ve ever had with my cleaning yesterday I made a great choice. Office staff was pleasant. Nice and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: It my first visit to have my teeth cleaned. Dr Paulson & his entire team (i.e., hygienist, x-ray tech) were very thorough, efficient & professional. My dentist for over 25 yrs retired, so I had concerns about finding another dentist that would provide the same care. Dr Paulson & his team over exceeded my expectations....

Experiencia fantástica: Have you ever gone to a dentist & you’re not nervous or scared & you laugh, you feel good & you want to stay longer? Well, that’s how I feel when I’m at an appointment at Dr. Paulsen’s office! Whether it’s for a cleaning, examination, filling or even something more serious. I have 100% trust & confidence while feeling at ease when I’m in the hands of Dr. Paulsen &/or his staff! Best dental office & staff I’ve ever had! I appreciate him, his work, his team & I’m very grateful for this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very warm and friendly staff, from the minute you walk in, through the end of your appointment. So nice to have found such a great dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and friendly staff; clean facility equipped with hi-tech devices; They are good with kids too; I changed my kids dental cleaning / treatment from a pediatric dentist to Arbor Dental; My family dentist since 2013

Experiencia fantástica: Hello, My visit on 11/17/2025 was very pleasant. The hygenist was thorough and courteous. Dr. Paulson was very helpful to inform me of options for teeth replacement other than the $28,000.00 quote I was given at first. I appreciate Dr. Paulson and his staff for just being nice people.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent hygienists. Dr. Sitchon is great. I have followed her practice for years from my original dentist where she started.

Experiencia fantástica: Google “ two hour crowns near me” if nothing shows up, contact Arbor Dental and Dr. Sitchon will take care of you. Yes, crowns done in two hours. Dr. Sitchon had done two of them for me and still can’t believe how easy it is. The staff is great and they are always thanking each other for doing their jobs. Going to the dentist is not always the greatest experience, but if you need a crown, look no further. B

Experiencia fantástica: Been with them for 12 years now. They are always honest and straightforward and do great work.

Experiencia fantástica: It was so nice to see Dr. Stichon again. All staff that I met today were very polite professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Paulson in March 2020 for regular dentistry. After meeting him, and him learning of my mouth issues (Oligodontia) he was eager to offer me several options. Today, I walked out of his office with a partial denture that has filled in gaps in my teeth I’ve had for 20 years. The partial looks so natural and is comfy as can be. I cried tears of joy finally being able to smile and love it. Thank you, Dr. Paulson for giving me the smile I have always dreamed of!!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Paulson for any and all dental care needs. His staff are the friendliest group of people I’ve ever interacted with at a dentist’s office. I used to fear the dentist and now, I look forward to going!

Experiencia fantástica: We've been patients of Arbor Dental for almost ten years. The office staff is always patient and kind. We love Dr. Paulson and our hygienist, Yuri. You really can't go wrong at this office. We searched for a long time to find an office that was more personal and family oriented (not corporatized, like many are now). Highly recommend! They've been great for us and now our kids. My three year old just had her first visit and it couldn't have gone better!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there was very friendly. It was a relaxed but professional environment. Dr. Paulson was very thorough and explained the details of what I needed done in understandable terms. My hygienist, Karen, was very thorough, professional, and personable. I recommend Arbor Dental very highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sitchon has been my favorite dentist for years, with advanced skills in using computer aided tools for rapidly creating crowns, etc. Her staff took full mouth Xrays of all my teeth identifying one with a root requiring oral surgery. She referred me to a colleague for followup.Dr Sitchon advised an implant, has one herself-same tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife Nancy and I just had our first appointment at Arbor Dental Associates. After seeing online that Dr. Sitchon had joined this office we setup appointments right away., She is outstanding! She even got Nancy to stop dreading the dentist. We were disappointed a few years back when she left our last dentist office and happy to find her again. The waiting room and office here are bright and welcoming. I went though my setup exam and Nancy followed with hers. Jean then cleaned my teeth and Nicole came back and helped by recording gum information which helped with the flow of my appointment. Everyone I have met in this office seems upbeat, which made for a relaxed visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my hygienist and dentist. I do not feel like I’m just a number to them. I feel like family.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/27/2025 Fabulous Dental Practice ~ from the moment you walk in the door to the exam room. So professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She is always awesome, friendly, and takes care of any billing among many other things Thank you all, this is the best dental office that I have ever been to, can’t thank you all enough. Earlier comments I am constantly wowed by Dr Sitchon and her staff. My husband and I have been going to her for nine years and are thrilled to have her as our dentist. She and her staff are that good. When she opened her own practice in Novi, my husband and I were thrilled that we would be able to continue receiving outstanding dental care in her care. I have had a fair amount of dental work in the last couple of years, and everything has gone so well and pain free. She is definitely a perfectionist with such a warm and friendly manner. Dr Sitchon and her staff have always been so reassuring and comforting in addition to educating us on keeping our teeth as healthy as possible. My husband and I put our complete trust in them. From Dr Sitchon, Ola, Jean, Kelly Ann And the many others that I am now meeting, I cannot say enough how professional, friendly, and skilled they are. Dr Sitchon has made my smile something to really smile about! Painless and gentle dentistry is what you will find when you come here. Dr Sitchon has always been available and has referred me to some other very incredible specialists too which is another big plus. You will be more than happy and satisfied with the care that you receive at Arbor Dental Associates with Dr Sitchon and her team. I think you also will be wowed!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sitchon and her assistants are the best. Dr. Sitchon is extremely thorough, professional, and personable. Before coming to her practice full-time, I would fly from various other states where I was living at the time if I needed a crown done, since her work in that regard is perfect, whereas the crowns I had done elsewhere were a mess. All the employees in this office are exceptionally friendly, and the office is clean and modern.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been longtime patients of Dr Sitchon and followed her Arbor Dental. Great facility, great staff and the perfect doctor!

Can't begin to tell you the last time I needed a filling and this appointment was for 2 that were side by side (next to each other). Dr. Paulson and his assistant Amanda were great! I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure and even when I was finished I thought about how easy it had gone. Thank you for the great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff from greeting as I walked in, to hygienist to Dr. Sitchon. Very attentive to my comfort. Sharon excellent service of my cleaning and Dr Sitchon excellent at explaining necessary treatment . All " employees " very friendly.

Experiencia positiva: Cleaning w/ Sharon went very well. The computer kept crashing when scanning for a crown. The people are super nice. The reminder texts are a bit annoying for someone who never misses an appointment, but understand they probably have trouble with missed patient appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit to Arbor Dental Associates was very nice. The staff were courteous, professional, friendly & polite. It is nice to go to a company that makes you feel welcome. Experiencia fantástica: My wife, two daughters and I, have been seeing Dr. Sitchon for many years. We followed her to this beautiful facility. Dr. Sitchon has taken good care of our teeth. Dr. Sitchon and her team treats us all as family. Dr. Sitchon has always taken the time to explain treatments and provide us with excellent dental care.

Experiencia positiva: I had a very upsetting experience at this dentist office? I informed the dentist that I had not been premedicated and my concerns after having open-heart surgery to have my valves repaired that I would get a case of endocarditis where I have any probing of my gums after giving this information to Dr.. Paulson, he took a probe and started probing my gums after having the information that I was not premedicated. I felt that he didn’t listen to me at all and I was and I felt Violated.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding care, prompt, thoughtful service delivery. Everything you want and need in a dental professional!
