Experiencia negativa: I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I had a 9:00 AM appointment that was confirmed via email. Despite dealing with a family emergency the night before and being up all night, I still made the effort to show up, driving 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was told there was no hygienist available and that I must have been mistaken. I showed them my appointment confirmation, but instead of acknowledging the error, I felt like I was being blamed for something that clearly wasn’t my fault. Mistakes happen,I understand that. But the way this was handled at the front desk was disappointing. There was no real accountability or empathy, which made an already difficult day even worse. Because of this experience, I will be finding another dentist office. I hope the office improves both its scheduling processes and how it communicates with patients when issues come up.
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially given the difficult night you had prior to your visit. We truly do our best to be respectful of our patients’ time and circumstances, and we appreciate you making the effort to come in.
That morning, our hygienist unexpectedly called out sick. While situations like this are rare, they can happen in healthcare. We did have a backup plan in place and offered to still see you and address your concerns, but unfortunately we weren’t able to come to a resolution before you chose to leave.
We always strive to communicate clearly and handle unexpected changes with empathy, and we’re sorry if that didn’t come across the way it should have. Our intention is never to place blame, but rather to find a solution for our patients in the moment.
It’s disappointing to see this experience reflected here instead of being resolved together in person, but we still remain open to helping you if you’d like to give us another opportunity.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! What a great experience! I accidentially went to their office (mistaking their office for my new patient appointment down the hall). They were so kind and helped me locate my actual provider. When I went to my scheduled appointment at the original office I found out that they wouldn't take my insurance. I went back the SALD and asked if they would take my insurance, and sure enough...they did! The best part of this whole crazy experience...they got me in right away to resolve my issue AND a cleaning! The staff and dentist are incredibly kind and sincere. I highly recommend making this office your place for dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very honest and professional experience at this office. The doctor took the time to explain that while fillings are sometimes covered by insurance, repeating the same treatment after it has already failed isn’t always predictable or in the patient’s best interest. I appreciated that they focused on long-term durability rather than quick fixes. They were transparent about insurance being determined by the insurance company—not the office—and even encouraged confirming details directly so everyone was aligned. What stood out most was their refusal to keep doing something they knew wouldn’t last, just to satisfy a request. The care, materials, and communication were excellent. I felt the recommendations were based on what would actually work long term, not profit. I would recommend this office to anyone who values honesty and quality dentistry.
Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely dishonest and frustrating experience with this dental office. I was repeatedly told that I had to wait two years for my insurance to approve a filling if one fell out. Because of this, they constantly pushed me to get a crown instead, which is far more expensive and clearly more profitable for them. After weeks of confusion, I finally called my insurance with this office on the phone—and surprise: I was told I have unlimited fillings, not “2 every 2 years” like this office claimed. The filling could have been done the entire time. Once they were confronted with the truth, their attitude completely changed. They became hostile and told me they would no longer fill any of my teeth at all, only offer crowns. That alone says everything. On top of that, the fillings they did place were poor quality and didn’t last. I lost valuable time believing their misinformation when I could have gone elsewhere and had my smile fixed much sooner. This office lied, pressured me into unnecessary procedures, and treated me poorly once they were called out. I will be reporting this experience and strongly advise others to stay very far away.
We respectfully disagree with this characterization and believe it presents an inaccurate and highly exaggerated interpretation of what occurred.
Every patient’s situation is different, and treatment recommendations are based on clinical findings, material limitations, and long-term predictability—not profitability. While we absolutely take a patient’s wishes into consideration, there are times when repeating the same treatment that has already failed or fractured multiple times is not in the patient’s best interest. In those cases, it is our responsibility to recommend the option that has the highest chance of lasting success.
To clarify, we use top-of-the-line materials and follow evidence-based standards of care. When a restoration repeatedly breaks, fractures, or fails, continuing to place the same material over and over will predictably lead to the same outcome. At that point, recommending a different solution—such as a crown—is about durability and function, not pressure or profit.
Insurance coverage can also be complex and varies widely by plan, tooth history, and timing. While general guidelines exist, final determinations are always made by the insurance company, not the dental office. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm or discuss specific details publicly, but it is important to understand that coverage rules and clinical recommendations are not always interchangeable.
We will never continue providing a treatment that we believe will fail simply to satisfy a request, and we are always transparent when we feel a particular option is not appropriate or predictable for a given situation.
We stand by our clinical judgment, our materials, and our commitment to doing what is right for each individual patient—even when that recommendation is not the easiest or most desired one.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is awesome! Everyone greets you with a smile, Dr explains everything to you after exam. He never pressures you into getting work done, if a tooth can be “watched”. He is kind, knowledgeable , does great work ( I just had a bridge done and it looks and feels great) ,asks about my family and also how I am doing. Amanda is my hygienist and absolutely the best one I have ever had. She is so engaging, knowledgeable, kind and thorough and genuinely interested in how I am doing. Experiencia fantástica: Place was nice, under going renovations soo honestly I didn't expect much. But the staff was super sweet, the lady who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job. Very clean atmosphere even with renovations, the dr was surprisingly super sweet and didn't show an ounce of judgement (which I strive for in any place). If your looking for a new place I 100/10 recommend this place!! From the check in lady to the checkout lady I felt welcomed, heard, and most importantly safe. Not to mention if you don't have insurance/medicaid they do offer a patient plan, their prices were pretty good compared to other places I've been.

Office itself is clean, subtle, and the room they put me in was comfortable, chair was cozy and a huge flat screen TV in front of me to watch and listen through my cleaning session.
