Experiencia negativa: They do not know what insurance they take. I called gave my ID number, policy information two weeks out from the appointment date they scheduled me for. They attempted to switch my time slot twice only to call me the day of to tell me they don't accept my insurance after they said they did. I took the time off work for my appointment and they don't care. Would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love you guys. Dr. Erin Leppek is wonderful. Very nice touch which crucial when someone’s hands with sharp pointy tools are inside my mouth. When Dr Langberg retired I was thinking I’d be looking for another dentist. But I stayed with the practice and thrilled I did. I understand it is probably hard starting with a new practice. And perhaps tough to keep good staff. What I am saying is I think I had 3 different hygienists BUT… they were all fabulous. I have another hygienist’s appointment coming up soon and feel confident that the new ones will be just as good or better. So if you need a new dentist or unhappy with your current one you have to check our Dr. Leppek and her team and you will be glad you did.

Experiencia negativa: It was 3 stars 2 hrs ago but as the pain from these bloody holes in my face get increasingly stronger i get angry so just wanted to be honest. super professional i like everyone. The dentist is nice. But the only reason i will hold off on coming back or having any other work done is because i had two teeth pulled and they were difficult to pull. Presently, i have decided to write this jolly little post to distract myself from the shooting pain, throbbing and a oh so deep aching until the tylenol and ice kick in. (I know, lets all laugh together. So i dont crash out as the kids say) But lucky for me, i got a reminder. This is exactly why i avoid the healthcare industry at all cost. They can cut pull, tug, rip, get paid and you just endure...the theme of my life....just endure. And one more thing, it would be nice if dentist was honest and said i will give you no pain care and then i could have went to an oral surgeon. But she didnt look like a sadist, so i didnt ask and my ability to make a proper choice for my needs was taken away. Also let it be known i asked for non narcotic pain relief. I ask for hydroxyzine an allergy pill that aids in sleep for me when i my teeth are throbbing with infection. I couldn't even get that. Maybe someone went into dentistry so they can hurt people and get away with it, i don't really know. So here's the dog whistle...certain groups should find someone that doesn't actively participate in healthcare disparities ....modern day torture mill P.S. if this dentist had a dog, do you think she would allow her animal to suffer after two teeth have been forcibly removed from its head? ...i wonder UPDATE: 2/21/2025 .....SINCE 2/20/2025 YESTERDAY EVENING MY LEFT EYE HAS BEEN LEAKING NON STOP ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE PULLED TEETH, THERE MUST BE FLUID SOMEWHERE CAUSING PRESSURE PAIN. WISH ME LUCK AS I TRY TO FIND A SANE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER THAT LISTENES TO THEIR PATIENTS AND DOESN'T PLAY THE "SILENT REFUSE/COY GAME ".

I have a lot of dental issues and I see slot of different dentists and when they hear that I'm a patient of Dr. Mark Langberg they usually stop, look at me and say "you know, he's one of the best in the country"and I reply "you ain't telling secrets" I don't want to make him any busier but man, if you need a great dentist that will put you at ease and take awesome care of you Dr. Mark Langberg is it - he's in Cooperstown. Update: Dr Langberg has retired and the new Dr. Leppek is also EXCEPTIONAL! The care and concern didn't change, the staff, still excellent and I fully trust my awesome new dentist and frankly, I had a cleaning today and the hygienist is awesome, personable, exacting and straight forward. She is gentle as can be with your lips on teeth and again I recommend everyone at this practice. This crew is the best in Metro Detroit.

Experiencia fantástica: Starting at 18, I set out to achieve a smile that reflected who I am… #1. I am kind and i wanted to look like it. #2 but equally as important, I have very good oral hygiene and I wanted my smile to reflect that…I wanted it to look clean and fresh as it was. I had undergone/paid for 3 treatments of Invisalign with 3 dentists in 3 states under the impression I was taking care of my smile. Essentially all the time and money I spent trying to invest in my smile did was create notches of wear along my gumline that were painful and the other problem was that it destroyed my bite. Imagine how dumb you would feel spending a decade and thousands of dollars to destroy your teeth My Dad actually got online and found this office so I trusted him and he did not disappoint. Dr. Landberg is very literally the dentist I imagined all dentists should be when I was a kid. He’s very professional and truly mastered the artistry of cosmetic dentistry and you can tell that he genuinely enjoys his work & he’s not a crook ..his prices are fair. He treats you like a patient and not a paycheck which is a big deal when you feel as vulnerable as you do undergoing dental procedures. It took me a literal decade to find a dentist who really knows what he’s doing and I was fired as a patient for being late or missing my appointment? I don’t remember which because it was in 2020 ‍♀️ but, I’m texting this review in 2024 to tell everyone to be on time to see Dr. Landberg because not everyone is replaceable ‍♀️ and he doesn’t play about his schedule. Dr. Landberg did such a good job with my smile that now every time I’m at the dentist, the dentist and their staff want to see Dr. Landberg. Privately, one by one ask for his contact info. He’s literally the dentist that dentists want to hire. Also, his entire staff is amazing but that would take a whole new post! Every single one of them are kind, professional and yet still treat you like family. Thank you again because it meant a lot to me. I hope everyone is well That is all ❤️

I had my first adult cavity filled today and it was a painless process. I definitely had some anxiety and they were patient and accommodating. Experiencia negativa: I had been a patient for a few years and LOVED coming here. Awesome staff- Pia is amazing in front. I had several procedures done, from cleanings to whitening. I had need for a crown. The crown went well, but after a few days was uncomfortable. I was able to have it looked at and reset but then a few days later it was so uncomfortable that I could not eat on the left side where it was located. No worries- this happens. I waited a bit to be sure it was not just swelling. After about three weeks, I contacted the office and was given an appointment. I am not aggressive, I tend to not complain, and I simply explained that if I eat on my left side I experience extreme sharp pain that causes soreness for the rest of the day. In the exam room, the assistant spoke in an extremely condescending tone as she explained to the dentist that “she can’t eat any food on her left side”.. I was then told by the dentist that if I keep having problems, I will be charged.ummmmm I didn’t think dentists were free Ok… I mean I wasn’t looking for a hand out I just would like to be able to use my teeth…I felt like I was in the wrong..so i just let it go. I figured it was just me. I have not been able to eat on the left side for several years and have too intimidated to go back to ask and have been worried to upset another dentist. I recently made the decision to call this dentist the other day after a dental emergency where a tooth cracked (that had been filled by this dentist) and was told that I could come in that day for an emergency. They asked my last name as I said I was a patient in the past. The woman then paused and told me “I’m sorry we don’t have any appointments until late next month”. Lol I guess I was red flagged for having dental pain that I would have been willing to pay to have fixed despite other dentist offering this service as an extension of the initial treatment. I am NOT that patient or customer- I do NOT require much, I am NOT demanding or high maintenance, and I never have an outstanding balance. EVER. I am kind to and appreciative of the staff, and easy going. You can see by my lack of negative reviews here and on Yelp. I’m just not that lady. I am not hard to deal with and do NOT deserve to be treated this way nor do I appreciate it. My advice, is to find a dentist that doesn’t punish you for having the audacity to have dental problems.

Experiencia fantástica: This is Dentistry at it's best!! Dr. Langberg and his team provide optimal service. I had braces as a teen; so I've experienced discomfort and pain. I've also been acquainted with Dentist who gave substandard care...I honestly feel that I have met a professional who is at the TOP OF HIS FIELD!!! I had to have a root canal done last year, along with 2 wisdom teeth pulled. I was referred to 3 Specialist and I saw for myself how Dr. Langberg was admired by his peers...by the way the Doctors referred were pretty amazing. 5 Star Dentistry!!! You will be soooo thankful you found Dr. Mark W Langberg.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend referred me to Dr. Langberg and I am so glad he did! Dr. Langberg takes great joy in assisting his patients and making sure they have a comfortable experience. I felt very safe when I went in for my cleaning. I wasn’t sure what to think prior to my appointment because of the pandemic. They have air filters throughout their entire building, including a personal one for all of the hygienists attached to there mask/shields that they wear, as well as Dr. Langberg. They even have a vacuum to suck out any saliva immediately while cleaning and polishing your teeth. I needed a filling replaced and went back for that too. I didn’t feel a thing! Not the first or second shot and nothing during the procedure. Dr. Langberg asked me if there’s anything I don’t like about my teeth and I had a couple of bottom front teeth that were taller than others. He said I had enough enamel to re-shape them and he did it at that same visit, free of charge! He even said “I have so much fun doing this I should be paying you!” I’m so happy with how they came out! Everyone is so nice at this office and I highly recommend them! I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Langberg has been my dentist for more than a decade, and he has kept my teeth healthy and strong for that entire period. His staff is well trained, pleasant and professional. It has been said that no one enjoys going to the dentist, but there are times when I chip at tooth, or bite my cheek, or my gums bleed, I do look forward to seeing Dr. Langberg. I also make sure that I follow his suggestions for regular appointments because when he finds that I have neglected some of my gums or teeth have a coating of tartar, I can correct those problems before my next visit.
