Springfield Family Dentistry - E HIGH St, Dr Linda Zhang DMD

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zhang's office staff were kind, on-time, and professional. I got the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had there. Dr. Zhang is very thorough and gentle. She was able to show me a picture of a cracked tooth and explain what needed to be done to stabilize it. It was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my second visit to Springfield family dentistry. The staff was very friendly, professional, caring in and quick. I was given some great information and very helpful pointers about the health of my gums and teeth during my cleaning along with tips for future care. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place, they are very professional and friendly people.

Experiencia fantástica: Thr doctor and staff are great.

Experiencia negativa: Very unhappy with this office. I was initially told I had gum disease... a common scam practices run because deep cleanings pull more money into the practice. When I had a temporary crown placed, damage was caused to a seperate filling. when I went for the permanent crown I mentioned the pain and discomfort from "a sharp spot". The dentist proceeded to roughly file several unaffected teeth in a blind attempt to fix the sharp edge. When I stated that he was missing the area that was sharp, he kept filling other teeth until he finally realized it was the damaged filling that resulted in the sharp spot. He stated that the filling would need to be replaced and never buffed the teeth he had roughly filled... further adding to my discomfort I am still in 2 months after the initial crown appointment. I have been very unimpressed with the professionalism, level of care, and dated facility and equipment. Most dental practices can finish a crown the day of these days. The worst dental experience I've had.... and I was in the military for 9 years, so that says a lot!! Giving this place the opportunity to make it right, but I don't have high hopes. They requested multiple times I remove my review as well. Update: I was told the Crown they placed was good when it was done and that I’d just have to get used to it. After seeking a second opinion I was told the margin was bad and the crown would eventually have to be redone because decay was going to occur due to poor margin. FYI, crowns are usually under “warranty” for a year but decay won’t happen that fast. So now I’ve paid another 800$ to have this offices poor work re-done elsewhere. Moreover, the office placing the new crown has uncovered that this horrible dental office drilled a large indent into the adjacent tooth to make room for the ill fitting crown meaning I will now how to pay to have that tooth fixed as well. I stopped going to this practice long ago but my now ex husband still went here and noted that they routinely spoke to him about a desire for me to remove my bad review… leading me to believe that this is how they have so few bad reviews. I have encounter many who have expressed negative experiences at this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was so friendly and informative and the dentist openly discussed the issues and options for treatment.
