I have very sensitive teeth and she made sure that she numbed me so that I did not feel any pain. Five stars all the way. Dr. Ro came in after the cleaning and checked me for cavities. Experiencia fantástica: Every time I go to the dentist, I prepare for a mini torture session because of the amount my body resists numbing however, Gentle Dental goes above and beyond to make sure you’re numb and experience no pain whatsoever. This is the first time I can honestly say I’ve gone to the dentist and left without experiencing any pain from the drill. If you have sensitive teeth or have resistance to local aesthetics this is the place for you!! They will not let you suffer and they place your comfort as their top priority! I am very grateful to have found them!

After a military career with a lot of full contact training, I have effectively ground all of the enamel off of my teeth which makes them extremely sensitive. I've tried other dentists through the years (that don't trigger me) and have found the perfect group of people. After avoiding the dentist for a little over two years, I walked into my appointment with a healthy dose of anxiety and a not-so-healthy fear of what they might find. I was fully prepared for a lecture, judgment, and possibly a dramatic gasp when they looked at my teeth. Instead, I was greeted by the most amazing dental hygienist. Not only was he incredibly kind, patient, and informative, but he also had the most gorgeous smile... complete with fangs! Honestly, if a vampire is going to convince me to take better care of my teeth, this is exactly how it should be done. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down, explaining everything clearly and never once making me feel embarrassed about how long it had been since my last visit. His calm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for dental health turned what I expected to be a stressful appointment into a surprisingly enjoyable experience. He was truly fang-tastic in every sense of the word. If you're nervous, embarrassed, or have been putting off a dental visit longer than you'd like to admit, I highly recommend this office. The entire team made it clear that their goal isn't to judge—they genuinely want everyone to have healthy, beautiful smiles and the confidence that comes with them. Experiencia fantástica: First off, my dental experiences in the past have not always been favorable with other practices. All in the past from different dental offices being told I need a deep cleaning, charging my insurance for a deep cleaning I never received with a verbal altercation from the office manager, down to just shaming me for whatever (of which I know and told everyone going straight in to all of these places). I walked in to this very nice building today, and EVERYONE that I came across was amazing! I felt no dental anxiety, the process was thoroughly explained to me, everyone had a friendly face from check in to check out. I just needed a regular cleaning, and a couple of small things, not a giant expensive list and numbers thrown at my face with an instant you have to do this right now. My cleaning was done by Rob who was amazing, he talked me through everything as he went along and put my mind at ease! My original dentist passed away, but I will be a permanent patient here for as long as they are around! The office is amazing, the vibe of everyone was great, clean, big screens so you can see exactly what is going on. Sorry for gushing on, but please switch here!! Thank you everyone for your kindness, ease of my anxiety, you have me for life! ❤️

Experiencia positiva: They do an excellent job putting permanent teeth in. He made a mistake and had to put 3 permanent teeth in. Which made it more expensive but not by much. A thousand dollars, equaling $9,000. However, I wanted another permanent tooth and he said he could save me money and fill it. So, I agreed. Which cost me $1,200 but after filling the tooth, he made another mistake charged me $349 extra, because he made another mistake. So, I paid $1,539. Now when I eat, I have sensitivity and I'm hoping it stays in. I have never had a dentist make mistakes and charge me extra. I'm going to go back to my old dentist unless I need a permanent tooth. Do not buy their insurance because it does not give you a discount. They will make an excuse to charge the full amount anyway.

Even with the state of my teeth, I never once felt judged, they were just happy I was getting it taken care of. This has been my second visit and they have been wonderful. They take time to listen to you, get to know you, make sure you are comfortable, and explain everything in detail. They are also very courteous of cost and make sure you are ready to tackle your treatment plan. Tayebria helped me get signed up for their smile care program for self pay patients and broke down all costs for my treatment plan. I’ve never had a problem getting scheduled within the next few days. Thanks for being great!

He told me he was a dentist, and I asked him he could help me with a tooth implant. I had left location #14 in my mouth without a tooth for 5 years. Dr. Kayvon said he could help me and he did. He even went through several hours of training to learn how to do a specific technique for the implant that I already had in my jaw. The procedure went beautifully. His assistant was brilliant as well. And just to add another note as to how wonderful this office is, including all of the staff, my husband and I drove 6 hours to get here. I didn’t have my insurance card on me, but they were able to look me up by social. I originally booked for 8 o’clock Wednesday morning, and when I called in and asked to move the appointment up to Tuesday afternoon they gave me several options for an appointment. My hygienist was Izzy short for Isabel and My dental assistant was Abby both Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Izzy did an amazing job on my Cleaning, she was very thorough and as the name states gentle. I would recommend this office and those two team members to anyone. Can’t say enough about how nice Dr. K is, I haven’t seen him in over 10 years, but it’s always a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: I had some intense tooth pain that started over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and was told to come in ASAP and they would see me in between appointments, I had x rays, the consult, and ultimately decided to have the infected tooth removed, all was done and finished within 2 hours at an unexpectedly low cost. I scheduled my next routine well visit/ exam with them and they are now my routine dentist office! I’ll be scheduling my kids there too. Definitely 100% recommend!

The Doctor was very attentive making sure that my pain was controlled before and while he pulled my tooth. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone needing a dentist.

I first came here for an urgent issue with a retainer and they all jumped in to help even though I hadn't been a patient before. Dr. Ro has given great advice and doesn't pressure you to do something you're not comfortable with or can't afford. They are also community-minded and participate in community health activities and events.
