Experiencia negativa: Went in for teeth cleaning and was told I needed an exam first. Had the exam in which they did a million Xrays first and then told me my teeth okay. He did recommend that I fill a small chip and that I have "bone loss". They recommended a deep cleaning and planing with a antibacterial treatment at around $1900. When I refused, they then started going back and forth with the price like I was at a car dealer. After I questioned it's need and refused, they said they could no longer do just the cleaning. This place is a well disguised money trap. Staff must get some type of incentives or commission for upcharges. Stay away!

Experiencia negativa: My appointment is at 10:45, I show up at 10:35. I sit in the waiting room until 11:15. They finally call me back and ask what I’m there for. A simple cleaning. They tell me their hygienist isn’t there and they can only do an exam. Why would you let me make an appointment knowing I can’t even get a cleaning? I don’t know what they’re even doing there today then. Ridiculous waste of time

Experiencia negativa: Awful communication, ridiculous cost. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 (before insurance) and over $500 after insurance for a basic cleaning after the dentist specifically told me I had beautiful teeth. Refused and requested my X-rays to go to a different provider. No clear communication, was told I needed a separate appointment for cleaning (this was before I was told the outrageous price) If I could rate 0 I would!

Experiencia negativa: I believed that this appointment was to remove this broken tooth. I was disappointed that to get it removed won't happen now for almost 3 weeks. I'm not sure that I will, or would come back because the place is disgusting filthy. The equipment hasn't been cleaned for sometime. Even the schedulers, back side of the computer is filthy. I was told that my insurance was excepted, to be told that the surgeon doesn't oner it. I'm going to let others know what I followed and you won't get a correction from me. The healthy department should stop by soon, before someone gets sick. Office manager and any employee who should be taking care of their own station should be let go. I WON'T be calling medical board or the health department, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO OVERSEE THIS MATTER.

Experiencia negativa: Completely disappointed With the pricing I intentionally told them I did not want any surprise bills I paid the $95 upfront that they said would be my portion and this was for a procedure. I did not end up having I had a cleaning done I intentionally told them I want to ensure prior to having procedures done that it was covered under my insurance. I had a cleaning only a cleaning and was charged $212 per implant, which essentially was not covered under my insurance so now I have An Out-of-pocket expense of over $848 . I will never use this dentist again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ojiboye did an Amazing job at making me feel comfortable, and making my surgery as stress free, and pain free as possible. Dr. Lyn is also very nice, she has an answer for every question, and she is very caring, and she always makes my visits a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend that anyone goes here. They have a great team.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an immaculate surgery experience with them! While it was expensive out of pocket, I think it was fully worth it at this location. My surgeon and the support staff were absolutely phenomenal with my severe dental anxiety, and seemed to be extremely trauma informed through the whole process. I’ve never been less afraid to see a dentist, and I’ve been avoiding dental care for years from a bad experience. Extremely professional, extremely kind and understanding, and absolutely worth the time and money for me to be taken care of! Thank you to your whole staff!!

Experiencia negativa: Not only did it take me three months between this practice and the Beavercreek one to get a tooth extracted. Have the oral surgeon didn't read my paper work before hand when it stated many times that I and pregnant. Half way through I stated bawing because I was over whelmed with the procedure. But by the end is when I get asked what's wrong and when I say I'm over whelmed and pregnant, the surgeon says well you should of disclosed that in the beginning. Would that have really made a difference in my treatment? Or is this just being said to cover her butt. Will not be using services again!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was super anxious, but they made sure I was comfortable the entire time I had 2 teeth pulled. Cost is what you might expect if you have no insurance, but they helped out so much.

Experiencia negativa: This office will try to scam money from you. My insurance covers 100% of cleaning twice a year in-network and out of network. They tried to quote us $500 for cleaning first. Then realized an error and dropped the price to $190... Still wrong, it should be $0. It seems they literally cannot handle the basic functions of accounting/insurance billing that you would expect to receive at a good dental office

Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Everytime I went in they would constantly throw in additional charges and couldn’t even get a cleaning figured out. Tried to charge me almost $500 for a basic cleaning service! Was told they’d figure it out with insurance and rescheduled at the cost under $100. (My insurance covers 2 free each year but whatever.) Go in to said appointment to be told I have to pay $200!? Don’t waste your time!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for an overdue cracked. Tooth turned out to be a cavity. I’m sure everyone knows dental work isn’t cheap. I didn’t have the best of credit but still got approved for financial assistance and because it was my first time being there it only cost me 30 bucks for the x-rays and I only had to pay 15 bucks upfront out of almost a $400 procedure to get a tooth pulled. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to get any kind of dental work or a tooth pulled so I’m not quite sure on pricing I called around a couple places and you can’t beat it. If it comes down to some places were asking 160 just to get x-rays done so all in all with the customer service they were very friendly super helpful even in the middle of the procedure when they started to pull the tooth I told them hey I could still fill it some and they numbed it up even more for me and then I didn’t fill a thing so probably one of the best experiences I’ve had definitely recommend. I can only speak for this location because this is the one I went to. But as far as getting dinner work done here, I’d highly recommend it. Thanks and appreciate it.

They did topical medicine and made everything very comfortable. The doctor/dentist was amazing! She knew I was nervous and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I’m very impressed. I would recommend 10/10.

I can say everyone at this office was amazing from front desk, to Xray tech to hygienist, tech and Dr Lin! Amazing customer service and I can tell they cared about me, even as a new patient! Had my tooth pulled as that was more in my price range. Would recommend!

Additionally estimation of insurance benefits is not based on actual verification of benefits or network. Recommend verifying you’re in network as well as verifying your own benefits prior to having any treatment or signing said estimate. Zero stars isn’t allowed or that’s what I would give for their billing support.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a cleaning which I haven’t had in several years. They were able to get me scheduled within two weeks and the insurance and paperwork was a super simple process completed on my phone. The hygienist (Sarah) was very professional but friendly and informative. The cleaning process hurt a little (expected after 3-4 years since last cleaning) but Sarah was very attentive and did her best to ease the pain. She did a very thorough cleaning the first time around without having to perform a lot of touch-ups. She also made sure to stop and answer any questions and check if there was anything I needed. Afterwards, the checkout process was simple and quick. I’ll definitely be returning for follow up cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in with a broken tooth on my top denture. There was a hiccup with my insurance and they fixed it. Then the price to fix my denture was perfect. They had my denture fixed in 2 hrs! The people working there were so nice and understanding. They made me feel so welcome and cared for. The comfort level there is a 15 out of 10! I found my dentist finally. I will not go any place else ever again! Thank you all for the kindness and support!

Experiencia negativa: When I called to schedule new patient appointments for both of my teens. I was told that Molina insurance is IN NETWORK. After uploading the insurance online it said ELIGIBLE. Walked in for their appointments, lady behind counter was rude gave us a dirty look, sighed & asked “what are you here for?” (Wow & That’s the face of the company) Shocked by how we were “greeted” I said “well they have new patient appointments..” she rolled her eyes asked for name, gave it, then just stared at me so I spelled it out. She rolled her eyes again. Minute later she said “did you upload your insurance?” “Yes Molina” “we don’t take Molina, Molina is out of network” “scheduler and online said & shows that you do??” “Oh I see you talked to someone” then never said anything else just immediately thought that I would actually keep both appointments and pay 600 out of pocket!? Um NO, I was told you take our insurance why would I keep them & pay 100% when we have insurance! That’s the whole point of insurance & why I scheduled! After having my time wasted, front desk lady being rude, I canceled appointments and walked out. Don’t go here!

The medical field is horrible and all about money as to helping the patient. I could pay for the treatment but then would have to take another day off work for the procedure. Currently going elsewhere. So payment and procedure can be done sameday.

Experiencia negativa: Unethical and misleading—took advantage of my elderly mother. My 73-year-old mother had a tooth pop off her dentures while eating—and accidentally swallowed it. When she called the office, she was told the dentures were under warranty and to bring them in for repair. I took her top dentures in, only to be told she had to come in personally, even though I explained she struggles with mobility and it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They still insisted she come in. We rescheduled and brought her to the next appointment. Once there, we were informed she would need to pay for an office visit and x-rays upfront before they’d even look at the dentures—just to fix one tooth. After paying, she was seen, and then moved to another room, where we were suddenly told that the missing tooth was not covered under warranty and it would cost even more to fix it. In total, we were charged $414 to fix one tooth that they originally claimed was covered. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and blatant disregard for my elderly mother’s circumstances is unacceptable. This experience felt predatory and exploitative. I would strongly caution others—especially seniors—before seeking care here.

It took an ungodly amount of time and I Was misled with an advertisement which was not honored. they seem to have been very Frustrated with their equipment, not working properly. and they were not very knowledgeable At all about the products they provide.
