Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with my visit today! The hygienist was so kind. I was very pleased with the doctor. I never felt like I was being upsold anything I didn’t need. The doctor was friendly and professional. I requested to add the laser therapy to my procedure. My previous dentist charged 3X the amount for laser therapy… I look forward to returning in the future!

My dental hygienist, Brandy, was excellent—she did a very thorough job, and I can truly feel how smooth my teeth are now. Thank you, Brandy; you are, without a doubt, the absolute best! The assistant was outstanding as well, taking all the pictures with great efficiency. The front desk staff was very kind. I don’t have any issues with my teeth, and I appreciate the brief meeting with the doctor after the exam. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: I met Dr. Josh and his staff today (Tuesday, May 27) for the first time after calling over the holiday weekend (Memorial Day) after experiencing a dental emergency. Dr. Josh demonstrated professionalism, customer service accompanied by an informative guidance. Dr. Josh kindly fit me into his schedule the following day to address my pain. Jennifer (Dr. Josh's assistanat) also demonstrated a caring, knowledgable and skilled approch to customer care. If your looking for a dental practice: LOOK NO MORE, this dental team is the real-deal. Dr. Whitford is very compassionate to patients who dread going to the dentist and he is incredibly knowledgeable and keeps up-to-date with the science of dentistry and novel products. The medical and admin staff are very pleasant and accommodating as well! I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Experiencia negativa: Beware- they will cancel you as a patient if you miss an appointment! They said I had 5 missed appointments and said they no longer want me as a patient. I have asked for the proof of the 5 missed appointments they claim I had done but yet to receive those. I respect other peoples time and today was just a honest mistake. I don't think it warranted kicking me to the curb as a patient ! Pretty sure there is some miscommunication in this office and our family will gladly take our business elsewhere and they can have the day they deserve. Received the email back showing I missed 2 appointments. Last one was in December when I did try to reach them and no one answered or responded to my text. I even asked them if they was closed on vacation because No One was responding to me. They apologized but had no clue I was being held as a no show. Two other appointments was cancelled prior to the appointment. Anyway - not worth my time or energy. If this is how they do business - C- ya !

Experiencia negativa: It’s been about 9 months since I’ve been to this office. And the ramifications have only gotten worse. I got quit a few fillings that needed to be filled, but because of child care needed to do them all at once. They said it would be okay, knowing that I came in with a lot of potential tmj pain. They still said it was okay to do at once. Well after getting my fillings filled and my bite adjusted twice from it I’ve been in incredible pain. Adjusting your bite for those with tmj is difficult because your jaw goes in different positions and they sawed down too much teeth when in incorrect positions. My bite is completely messed up. My whole right side teeth touch way sooner and is completely uneven from the left side. This has cause tremendous amount of pain. Additionally keeping my mouth open for as long as it took for that much dental work at once cause trauma to my jaw. And now my jaw is remaining out of its sockets. Now I have to spend THOUSANDS TO FIX THIS. I need a splint, my entire bite fixed and more. The uneven bite is going to cost a lot to fix and I don’t even know how to start that. I’ve been in pain everyday since this appointment.

They are almost always running on time and everyone is friendly. The kids like going to the dentist so that says something. All around excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Bailey is one of the best hygienists in the area. We have coverage for visits every 90 days, and always a clean fresh feeling. Cannot forget about Doctor Josh and his Sister too! Wonderful and professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist visit isn't one of my favorite things to do. The staff at Silver Lake is always inviting and always makes me feel comfortable. I drive 30 min past countless other offices to go to a place where the staff makes me feel welcomed and no guilt.

They are very friendly from the greeting at the door to getting the job on the tooth done and making the payment for the work that was done. I love going to this office. There is no pressure and they are all wonderful to work with.

The hygienist with the long hair as well, always makes me feel so comfortable. The previous place I was going to (on the plaza) was obviously just trying to max out my insurance so when I found Silver Lake and Dr. Jess I was worried the same would happen, but literally the first visit she was like “your teeth are perfect!” I knew I could trust her. Fully recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Referred by my husband, he went here as a teen. First ever appointment was great. Staff was nice, experience was good. I cancelled one appt the day of and now I have to pay a non refundable $100 deposit for any new appointment I schedule, even if its just a routine cleaning that my insurance pays for. Husband missed/cancelled 6 appointments in 2019 (not on my insurance), he has to pay a non refundable $50 deposit for any new appointment, even if its just a routine cleaning that my insurance would pay for. It doesn't go towards anything, we literally have to pay to schedule an appointment. I'm a little person so I'm sure they don't care about this review, but if my service is free, why would I pay $50/$100?Health/Dental insurance is already robbery and this is just more robbery. Ill pass.

In fact we usually have double insurance coverage and for some reason they are out of network on one of our insurances but we didn't care, we'd prefer to pay out of pocket to keep the comfort we have with Silver Lake.

He is direct and confident yet friendly and I feel in capable hands. Experiencia positiva: Great people the are very kind. They are also very expensive and no guarantee you will get approved for care credit. I think over $2000 for teeth cleaning is a bit much. $1600 without sedation. Sure wish they would have explained that to me before cleaning a 1/4 of my teeth. Better communication would have been great because I would have found a cheaper dentist to do my cleaning. Very pricey and a little rude when you tell them they are pricey.

It caused me tons of anxiety when I spoke to groups about The Foundation for Exceptional Warriors. Dr. Whitford and his crack team of tooth fixers replaced my broken front tooth and I literally have not had a moment of anxiety since. I view my teeth like a good offensive lineman. If I am not thinking about them then they are doing their job. Dr. Whitford and his crew provide my with peace of mind.
