I have an irrational anxiety about going to the dentist. Even for a routine cleaning. I felt the hygienist explained everything thoroughly and professionally to ease that fear. All the the staff was kind and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this dentist office for years and I love it. I am always treated with respect, listened to, not waiting in the lobby for long periods of time either. All the staff I've interacted with are very personable. The dental hygienist are always very thorough when doing my cleanings. The dentist, Dr.Dahshan is very knowledgeable and seems to really care about his patients. I have some work to get done but my teeth are slowly getting to where they need to be to be their healthiest and save them. I would recommend them always.

Even with the dentist out of town, the team did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. My cleaning was very thorough, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. The office was calm, organized, and efficient with just a small team working that day. Gena did a great job with my cleaning, and Tuttle at the front desk was as friendly and helpful as always. Amy, the office manager, was there as well and everything seemed to run seamlessly.

It is a very welcoming and professional office setting with an amazing staff! Dr. Dahshan has wonderful bedside manner and is very attentive to the patient. He always ask if you have any questions or concerns about your dental health/hygiene and explains all dental concerns concisely and clearly. I always leave feeling assured about my appointment and any dental plans I may need. The staff is very accommodating and they make for a very comforting dental experience! They are always very pleasant and patient with anything you may need! Very personable staff that connects with the patients of Raymore! One that would also take medicaid as well as my Aetna insurance. So everything went very well here & I got my dentures started & they got my dentures molded. So now im waiting on the oral surgeon. But I had a great experience at Dental Care of Raymore. Thank You All for making me feel so comfortable & safe!!!!

Both the dentist and dental hygienist were amazingly comforting while procedure was on . The front desk staff was also very friendly. It made the whole experience was much better than I ever expected.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely does not treat people as people if you have any special needs or issues. If you don’t fit in their box they won’t adapt their service or care. I went several times and finally was done.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Dental Care of Raymore as a new patient for a standard cleaning. I was informed that I needed a "deep scaling' cleaning. This procedure was going to use 100% of my benefits for the year + cost me $380. I have never had any issues with my teeth and get cleanings every 6 months. Went to my former dentist to get a second opinion, only to find out the "deep scaling" was not needed. I chose Dental Care of Raymore because I live in Raymore and my old dentist was in Gladstone. I will gladly drive one hour to Gladstone Family Dental to get the truth from a dentist. I am very disappointed and feel as if Dental Care of Raymore wanted to do an unnecessary procedure which caused me much anxiety about the state of my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our two young children to a pediatric dentist a few years ago. The dentist was so rough with my kids and my son was absolutely traumatized. We brought them to dental care of Raymore and gena is an absolute miracle worker. She was kind, and gentle, and now my kids look forward to see her every six month. We’re so lucky to have found her as a hygienist!

They allowed me to stay back with my husband, who has severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and came and got me when my room was ready. They were extremely thorough and kind. The dental technician kept checking in with me and she was great with giving direction. The dentist was very kind and thorough. I am looking forward to my 6 month check-in/dental cleaning in March!

Experiencia fantástica: For the past 40 years I've been going to a dentist that died last year. He was a great guy, but a one-man-show. The day I showed up to Dental Care of Raymore and after all the x-rays I knew I was in for a ride. Gina (hygienists) is a wonder!!! She worked 3 hours on my left side and 2 hours on the right. I had absolutely no pain during or after her work. Her work has paid off in a big way for me. So thankful and actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Dr. Ayham, Kat, and Jessie worked wonders on my two crowns. No pain what-so-ever, great conversations, so completely professional. I can't say enough. The staff up front - Amy and team make me feel at home when I walk in the door. The facility is equipped with amazing equipment. How is it that a person looks forward to going to the dentist. Well, here I am to say - yep! It's true.

Experiencia negativa: Always a problem - original appointment canceled and rescheduled for their conscience; additional charge for dentist to do cancer screening, require taking antibiotics to have teeth cleaned, change of dentist and each time a different hygienist. No consistant service. When explained needs to be done sound like a recording, if stopped just start over again using same words.

Experiencia negativa: I've been going to them for around 2 years. When I was a new patient with dental work to be done, everything was fine. As soon as the big work was done, I lost any sense of customer service. All three of my check up appointments were canceled the day of, and the first two were rescheduled more than a month away from the original date. I did not even bother to reschedule the third appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Mala was great. The tech was rude and argued when I asked her to not push so hard on my jaw with her fingers and when I asked her for a tissue after she sprayed water that was running all the way down the back of my neck. She huffed and was annoyed with me. Also instead of asking me to move my head she kept trying to adjust my head with grabbing my jaw or pulling my lips. She didnt polish my teeth as there was hardly any touching the product to my teeth. I understand that there is some pulling and moving of lips and parts of my mouth but this extremely excessive and instead of her doing something different she told me my teeth were sensitive and said she wasn't doing anything wrong. I also see that im not the only patient that's had a poor experience at this location.

Experiencia negativa: Needed a preventative antibiotic prior to my dental appointment and this office failed to have this ordered. Called 1 week prior to my appt and was told the med would be ordered at my local pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy the day before my appt and was informed that there was no order. When I arrived for my appt and asked about getting the antibiotic at the office, I was told by the front desk receptionist “ you should have had your primary doctor to order that for you!” This also happened to me 6 months ago when I had my last cleaning appt so I thought I would give them another chance to redeem their competencies. Did not happen! Besides this issue with the medication, I have been billed for several things that I was told that my insurance would pay for at the time of my appts (which I asked prior to having the x-ray/ fluoride tx completed.) Luckily I was able to call the billing dept to have these charges adjusted. I am wondering how many patients are paying for services that are not covered. Will not be recommending this office to anyone I know.

They send several reminders so I never forget the appointment and greet you with great customer service. In addition to regular cleanings I’ve also had a crown placed with them too. She listened to me, we made a plan, she was very gentle and the procedure went smoothly and was pain free! Her assistant was equally as wonderful. I thought the price was reasonable. Experiencia negativa: 3 times now I have gone for my 6 month cleaning covered by my insurance and have felt pushed into extra unnecessary work. I am not comfortable going for a free cleaning and walking out in shock spending close to $300 for extra cleaning and not even getting my teeth polished afterwards. I understand sometimes extra work is needed but that should be scheduled after my free cleaning where I have time to save and budget for the extra expense. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: This is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen. I had retainers made after my permanent retainer came out. When I went to pick them up, I raised concerns that they were too tight and I was dismissed and told that's how they are supposed to be. I wore them once and they cut into my gums and caused them to break and bleed. When I was leaving I asked to pay the balance for the retainers and was told by TWO staff members that I did not have a balance and if I got anything in the mail it was in error. Fast forward, I keep receiving bills in the mail and have called multiple times and left multiple messages for the billing line when you call the main number. I never received calls back and I wasn't going to pay something I was told by two people I did not owe. They canceled my appointment without telling me, lied to me on the phone about the original charge -it was $270 and now magically it is $290. Thing is, I was always happy to pay any balance and tried to while in person. This place is a scam and will lie to patients about if a balance is owed to hike up the costs and then tell them later they do in fact have a balance. Never experienced such unprofessionalism. Will never return and suggest you don't come here as a new patient! They also always try and add things on to a cleaning that you don't need to get your free, insurance covered, cleaning to cost you out of pocket. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
