Experiencia negativa: Adler is a nice guy, nothing against him personally, but I wonder how experienced he truly is. The reason for this is I came in for a simple cleaning over a month ago. Got told I had 3 minor cavities. So minor I didn’t even feel these cavities one bit. I came back and had 2 of them fixed. One turned out fine and the other he had to grind down to correct bite after the filling. However, somewhere in the process something went wrong. I have yet to be able to comfortably eat on that side of my mouth. I was in a lot of pain any time I ate on that side but the temperature for drinks was fine. After a few additional appointments, he tried to relieve pressure between the teeth. This helped with the severity but the problem is still there. He talked about a root canal. I should not need a root canal from a minor cavity that I didn’t even feel from the beginning. I also shouldn’t need to take 3 days off as a result of a simple cavity repair. I own a trucking business, every day I take off I’m losing over $1k in revenue. If I can’t trust him to do a minor cavity repair then why on earth would I agree to a root canal? We have decided to find a more suitable and experienced dentist to try to repair the damage caused. I worry that he either did something wrong with the repair or possibly ground that tooth down too far. The front desk lady made a comment asking if I’d ever had a filling before. Umm… yes. I’m 33 years old. I’ve had fillings before. I also am smart enough to know the pain shouldn’t continue for a month after the repair for a tooth that I didn’t feel any pain or sensitivity with at all prior to the filling. To top this off, the day I had my cleaning the front desk raised concerns about a prior bill of my wife’s. Essentially repeatedly pushing or insinuating that she wanted me to pay that bill for her. I brushed this off, but technically that’s discussing someone else’s account with someone other than that account holder. Upon paying for mine, I believed that I had heard her mumble that she would apply the payment to my wife’s account as it was older. I wasn’t fully certain this was what she said. however, when my wife went to pay her bill, suddenly it was not the $60-$65 they told me at the time of my appointment. Now it was down closer to $20. So that made me feel as if they did in fact apply my payment to her account. I personally brushed this off and kept coming back for him to fix his mistake with my tooth but when my wife raised these concerns about privacy regarding her account, they continued to ignore her emails and contact until she made threats to report the matter to HIPAA. They finally responded but still did not give a legitimate explanation or plan of action to correct the matter. Don’t get this review twisted, Dr. Adler is a very nice guy. I wish him the best with his career. However, my experience was below subpar and I won’t return. I personally don’t feel I can trust the level of experience or level of care with this ongoing issue I have with a simple cavity filling a month later.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to find a new dentist that takes my insurance. I wanted them to be close by and not in I.C. Dr. Adler is new to the area and his hygienist CJ is thorough and friendly. Front desk receptionist is friendly and professional. Helpful when there was a bit of a snag in the network, but it's all straightened out now. I didn't meet the others but the environment is healthy. Dr. Adler is exactly the type of dentist I was looking for and the rest of my family are welcome too.

Came across Adler Dental and I went for JUST a cleaning to get a feel for the place and the staff there were great to work with. You can only imagine the degree of difficulty it is to fix another dentists problem. And Adler handled it without hesitation and no questions asked. Thats the kind of knowledge this man possesses.

Experiencia negativa: Update: They were right! I was very well taken care of at Solon Dental. Got my whole family to switch to them even. I called to become a new patient and was immediately put on a 4 minute hold after I said I am looking to become a new patient. Once the conversation started and the call was 8 minutes in I was about to be placed on another hold and I told them to forget it. I called because this practice had five star reviews but apparently thats only if you can actually get in the door. Right after I called Solon Dental Center and was scheduled with a text confirmation in literally 2 minutes flat. Night and day difference in service.
