Dr. Joseph Skladany - Dental Design Innovations

Experiencia fantástica: THE BEST OF THE BEST IT IS A PLEASURE TO BE A PATIENT.. THANK YOU

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe is the best. He has a wonderful staff. Best dental office I have ever been to. Clean office, kind & helpful staff, and very experienced dentist with a wonderful personality.

Experiencia fantástica: All was fine and dandy. Splendiferous. Had a great time. Doctor even laughed at one of my jokes.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient with Dr Skladany for years. I think maybe when he started his practice here. Our joke: At my age I still have my teeth so he gets experience taking care of old teeth. He’s done this really well. Great care at that office. My teeth are really clean after a visit to his office. I would certainly recommend Dr. Skladany and his staff. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental appointments are not always the most pleasant of experiences, but Dr. Skladany and his staff are always so welcoming and friendly, they'll make you feel at ease right away - like you're their most important patient. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, you'll love it there. And "Dr. Joe" is just the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and his staff are wonderful in every way a patient should hope to experience when needing dental work of any kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke two front teeth due to a fall. They were able to see me when I asked. Dr. Skladany rebuilt the two teeth and they look great! The staff is fantastic as well. Thanks Dr. Joe for my new, young teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe Skladany, Jeanie and his staff are absolutely amazing from front to back! They have helped my husband and myself, and we are so thankful and blessed to have them a part of our life! He did an amazing job with my procedure and it has been a wonderful experience thank you guys so much. You are all amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skledany and his staff have given my husband and I top notch care for over 15 years. They are knowledgeable, polite, professional, punctual, and skilled in up to the minute procedures. They inspire confidence. We are lucky to have Dr. Skledany and his team in the Sandhills and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: It is always a pleasant experience when I visit this office. You don't normally find competency combined with friendliness, but you find this from the time you open the door on your arrival, until you close the door when leaving. I may start visiting this office every morning with my cup of coffee, just to get a positive start to my day. Len Tippett

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned and reviewed at Dental Design Innovations!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my first visit at the practice and was so impressed with the care. Steph and Dr. Joe were both very caring and thorough in there exam and the cleaning. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dentist. The staff has been very helpful in getting us transitioned from our dentist in Raleigh to Dr.Joe’s practice. We are extremely grateful for all of the help.

Experiencia fantástica: The BEST in the Sandhills - respectful, professional, and always available - supported by a great staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient with a specific need for an Oral Xray. Joe and his staff were very welcoming and provided efficient professional service to me. I will now become a regular new patient to Dr. Joe. thanks for your help and advice.

Experiencia fantástica: A warm and welcoming atmosphere greets you as you enter this wonderful practice. The staff treats you like family. The hygienists are efficient and gentle. Dr. Skladany himself is wonderful, and offers up to date technology for making onsite crowns and other amazing innovations. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Last week I was privileged in having the best dental experience ever! I didn’t have a local dentist, but I had a back tooth in need of attention and I called a dear friend who referred me to Dr. Skladany as she and her family said he is the best and have been coming to him for over 26 years! I walked into the bright, cheerful office and introduced myself to Judy and Cathy at the front desk. They asked a few questions and gave me some forms to fill out and the next thing I knew, Jeannie, Dr. Skladany’s professional assistant took me to a lovely sunlit room and looked at my tooth situation and said Dr. Skladany would be right with me. He couldn’t have been more gracious in giving my situation his attention and he and Jeannie explained what needed to be done…I agreed and they proceeded with their exceptional work. I felt completely confident and came back the next day for completion and for further steps in upgrading my teeth health! I can’t say enough about the skill of the professional work I received!! Dr. Skladany was so kind and even took personal time the next day to call me and make sure I was doing well. I am so grateful my dear friend referred me to Dr. Skladany! He and his entire staff are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them next week for a little more work!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional in every way!

Experiencia fantástica: Always the best, state-of-the art practice. Stephanie is wonderful, professional and highly dedicated to her job. Dr. Skladany takes incredible pride in his work. Here's to another 25 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe is able to complete many procedures in just one visit - as opposed to two-three visits by other dentists. He is also proactive, creative and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the overall experience

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dental Design Innovations since my move to Moore County in 2015. I am so glad I picked Dr. Skladany as my dentist.....he is terrific! All of the staff are wonderful, just can't say enough good things about Dental Design!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and his staff are the best! They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The services are fast and thorough. First class all the way, and the closest thing to a painless dentist you’ll ever find. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel like I get first-rate care. From top to bottom, the staff is friendly and skillful. They are proactive, suggesting practices that can avoid problems down the line. An absolutely top-flight practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Good work. I appreciate the level of professionalism and concern for my welfare.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe and his staff are always professional, friendly, and best of all SKILLED! Whether you are there for a routine cleaning, or in need of complex dental work, you are in great hands with Dr Joe.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent patient-centered care!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and his staff are incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel seen as a person—not just a patient. They are professional while still being personal, and they even make an effort to remember things about you that have nothing to do with oral hygiene. The team is thorough and provides high-quality care without judgment, especially when decisions need to be made based on finances. Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing, but I always feel comfortable in their care and confident that my health is benefiting. Thank you to Dr. Skladany and his entire team for taking such great care of me and my family. ~Heather

Experiencia fantástica: I can't believe I "like" going to see the dentist! Dr Joe and his "crew" have kept me with clean healthy teeth for over a decade! Comfortable, serene and relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent personnel, professional and thorough. Pay a little more than their competition but worth it. The Doc has a great skill set and the techs are way above average too.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service from all the staff members and phenomenal patient care from all of the providers! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had several visits to this office and from the first visit I was very impressed with the services I received. They made me feel like family and eased my anxiety. I would recommend Dr Joe and his staff to all my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the very best dental groups I have ever been to. I had dental work done yesterday and I cannot say enough about them. I did post a review after my initial visit but they warrant another! SOOO friendly and professional. I am very happy with the work Dr. Skladany did. The results are perfect! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great friendly service, on time and pain free

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist was excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Skladany and his team are awesome! I'm usually very nervous about dentist visits and they make me feel at ease. From scheduling to cleanings to crowns all experiences have been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Skladany to anyone looking for an honest and gentle dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Right down the middle of the fairway! Needed quick help and they got the job done. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe Sladany has been my go-to dentist for nearly 20 years. Without reservation, I recommend him to all.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a tooth just before Thanksgiving. I left a message even though I knew the office was closed for the holiday. Dr. Joe called me quickly. He was able to treat the tooth to prevent further damage and infection and so that I could eat turkey:). We scheduled an appointment for the Monday following Thanksgiving to permanently take care of the tooth. So Thankful for Dr. Joe.

Experiencia fantástica: From the first call to schedule the appointment throughout the entire process Dr Skladany and his staff were very kind. I had a great fear of needles, and hadn't been awake for a dental procedure for many years because I'd have IV sedation. Today, I had to have two teeth filled and couldn't have IV sedation, so I had to have two needles. Dr Skladaney was so gentle and professional, I never felt the needles. His nurse allowed me to squeeze her hand when the needles were being inserted. Everyone there is so pleasant even the receptionists. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and thorough

Experiencia fantástica: First time as a patient here, everyone was very welcoming. Janae was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Happy I finally found a great dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Dr. Skladany for a 2nd opinion on a crown. Turns out the tooth is fine, just needed a new filling. Thanks for saving me $$ and saving a good tooth. Great staff. He's my new dentist! Now two months later, I went for my first cleaning. Love Dr. Skladany and Natalie - great people!

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't have been treated by the staff or by the dentist any better above and beyond. Courteous, joyful professionally + just a great experience. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn’t have gotten better service/treatment. In the last few months had gone through a toothache due to an abscess around my back molar. Not amenable to fixing with a root canal. Tooth pulled and post placed by Dr Neilly. Then while eating a crunchy piece of 90% chocolate, I felt something really hard in my mouth. It was a part of one of my teeth. Oh no, I thought. I’m going to have to go through all that again. Called Dr. Skladany’s office the next afternoon after getting off work early. His secretary said come on over now. I get called back to the dental chair immediately. Within 20-30 minutes, I’m walking out of his office with my broken tooth fixed. Couldn’t have worked out better. Thanks Joe. I appreciated the great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and his staff are terrific. Thorough, kind and pain free. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and personal care I received from Dr. Skladany. My case was not a typical dental issue, but in spite of that he took the time to aid me in diagnosing my issue and even provided a referral that was a life-saver! His staff was also extremely helpful and patient as we worked through every step. I highly recommend Dr. Skladany!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is friendly and patient.Natalie is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Joe and his whole staff! Everyone is great.

Experiencia fantástica: For starters best view out a dentist window while getting your teeth cleaned. Then talented friendly hygienists and a really nice dentist! Winner winner winner! 2024--here we are 2 years later and still a five star experience! Always a positive one from check in to check out. 2025---well now I can actually review Dr. Joe! Needed a root canal and a crown. Went to endodontist for root canal (Dr Corcoran...very nice) then back to Dr. Joe. I have (unfortunately) had many root canals crowns implants etc over my advanced years...I can say that this was one of the most PLEASANT PAINLESS experiences I have ever had. My thanks to the entire Dental Design team and especially to Dr. Joe.

Experiencia fantástica: Always quality care.

Experiencia fantástica: A most caring and professional dentist. The staff is wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe and staff live up to their mission of providing outstanding care to their patients. My wife and I have been working with his office six or seven years. We have done routine cleaning and up to emergency treatments, and all are done with a smile and a wonderful touch. If you are looking for that type of treatment, give them a call for an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been patients of Dr Skladany for years. Not only is he wonderful and thoughtful but his staff is as well. I called the office with a broken crown and they got me right in. They were sympathetic and made me feel at ease. Great practice. Terrific dentist!

Our entire new patient experience start to finish was outstanding — from the front office to the hygienist and Dr. Skladany. Professional, kind, caring and informative. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Gow could a crown be a good experience, well with Dr. Joe it It happens. No pain and no numbness afterwards.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve recently moved to the area and are so pleased and relieved to find such a wonderful dental practice! The physical space is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and Dr Skladany met me with a smile, a very reassuring handshake, and the knowledge to guide me through the dental process I had ahead of me. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve dreaded trips to the dentist for the past 25 years. But I can honestly say that Dr Skladany and his staff have changed my perspective. He took a conservative approach with his recommendations and explained everything thoroughly, Jeanne as well. He had me laughing the entire time. My visit was more than pleasant, it was outstanding!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was the most pleasant for a dental office - the office personnel & Dr. Skladany were very kind and caring. Quality care at its best every time with my visit!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I and our 4 children enjoy Dr Joe and his staff. I was having a broken filling fixed the other day and he had me laughing throughout the appointment. Very clean office. Staff are super friendly. Everyone I recommend Dr Joe to has thanked me later. Dr Joe is an actual physician. I was told I needed all of my crowns replaced by another dentist who was a scam artist. Dr Joe told me that my crowns looked ok to him. That was 10 years ago and my crowns are still fine. He makes the crowns right there in his office and could have easily told me to replace them. He is honest and highly skilled.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist and the hygienist is so nice. The office is clean and everyone is caring and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe is the best !

Experiencia fantástica: There is a reason that I drive 1-1/2 hours to see Dr. Joe when I’m told there are plenty of fine dentists in Winston-Salem where I now live. love every aspect of his office from his kind reception staff to talented hygienists to the man himself who is never without a new Dad joke. On a serious note, he is the only dentist who has ever been successful at filling any cavities I have using Novocain only; with every other dentist, I have required sedation dentistry the day of and some kind of anti anxiety agent the night before the procedure. And then there is his Looney Tunes art collection which is worthy of its own visit. Thank you Dr. Joe and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and inviting. Highly recommend if your searching for a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe and his staff do a wonderful job every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office experience! So glad I started coming there!

Experiencia fantástica: Most people would not expect to have fun at the dentist but I always have a great time. A lot of laughing and support. I have never had them say one critical thing to me. They are always encouraging and supportive. I consider them friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and his staff are all a pleasure. Keep up the great work. We love the atmosphere in your office. Enjoy your staff AND clients. Stay well everyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Skladany and staff are the BEST! I cannot say enough kind remarks about their wonderful gentle service, and innovative work. They offer the latest techniques with precision. Moore county is fortunate to have his office here!

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and caring staff who makes you feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, Dr Joe and staff went above and beyond for me. Dr. Joe and his team, consistently, for the past 20 years have and continue to provide outstanding customer service. We moved from the area 15 years ago and do not mind the 90 minute drive to Pinehurst because we know we are in good hands!
