Experiencia negativa: I had the worst experience with Goodrich dental I had to get my teeth fixed in the front and they fixed it and left a gap and then proceeded to pull teeth so I can get a partial it took about 2 months to get my parcel for the bottom the top one I never got for about 6 months later and that was after the bottom one broke and they said that I couldn't get another one for at least 10 years from Medicaid and it's $800 if I want one so it's been a year my teeth have separated more I can put a thick toothpick between my front teeth I have no partial because it didn't fit right and broke and cut the roof of my mouth. I am missing 8 teeth on top and bottom in the back I only have two teeth left. Can only chew with those two and my front teeth have separated so bad that I HATE MY SMILE NOW! I HATE THAT I LISTENED TO THE DENTIST BECAUSE MY PARTIALS TOOK TOO LONG TO RECIVE. they never fit from day one they hurt and were so hard to remove I thought they were going to have to be cut out. I have had the one tooth capped since I was 13 years old and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT AND NOW ITS TURNING TOWARDS THE BACY OF MY MOUTH. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO GO AND GET IMPLANTS WHEN I CAN AFFORD IT ONE DAY I HOPE I CAN BECAUSE I MISSED MY TEETH AFTER THEY PULLED THEM THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME TO PICK UP MY PARTIAL 2 MONTHS WENT BY AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY WERE ON VACATION I LATER FOUND OUT THAT YOU CANNOT LET IT GO NO MORE THAN A MONTH BECAUSE YOUR TEETH MOVE. I FEEL UGLY AND HAVE not heard from them in 4 months and what do they call they told me it was time for me to come in and get ready to get fitted for my partial a mould for the top which I already had gotten weeks before? I told her I'd already picked them up and they were broke they didn't even know I'll probably be talking to an attorney because I was only a paycheck for them to take vacation and I'm suffering without a smile anymore or teeth to chew with ..I think they should pay for me to get implants somewhere else or bridges but I dont know how that would work without a tooth on the back right to bridge to or the top left I dont even go out anymore I'm totally depressed

Experiencia negativa: Kim Barnes is fantastic! She always does a wonderful job on my teeth. I was a loyal twice a year patient of theirs. However, after moving to another state and saw a new dentist, I was told immediately after my first x-rays with them that I had major bone loss in my lower jaw. This should have been addressed years ago from this dental office while their negligence costed me time and money by over looking this since being with them for over 10 years. I am now recovering from a major gum graft surgery hoping my bone grows back. Very upsetting.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Matt is the ultimate professional. I recently had implants on my uppers. Dr Matt is an implant specialist. Normally he would receive data from the lab so he could make a temporary set of teeth to send you home all in one day. The lab made a mistake and I was sent home without teeth. Dr Matt made the lab correct their error and scheduled an appointment the next day which was a Friday. The office is normally closed on Fridays, so Dr Matt, an assistant, and myself were in his office on his day off. How many doctors do you know who would do that. I only know one!!!!!!! I should also mention Dr Anna. She not only is an excellent dentist, but she is also a first class lady. The dental hygienists and the reception staff are first class. If you want to be treated like family, then this is the place.

Experiencia negativa: I was looking for a honest density with excellent work ethics for almost 3 years, and my first visit with Dr Goodrich and his mom was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about them. However I don’t know what the deal is with the front desk. They first gave me an appt card. I went in the day of my first appointment, then the check in clerk tells my my appt was at 10 not 3pm and that she has to reschedule. I was dumbfounded. I went to me car grabbed my appt card and showed her that 3 pm was my appt . All she said was “ well I’m sorry not sure how that happened but here is your new appt card, see you in 3 weeks” mind you I had an infection in my tooth that needed to be extracted so I went home and came back 3 weeks later. So now a few months later I think I might have an abscess on a different tooth, so I called the office several times during business hours and no one ever picks up the phone . I left numerous messages and no one has ever called me back. When i went to the office previously i never saw the waiting area overcrowded to where the clerks were super busy and over worker. No, they are sitting at their desk, one checks in and the other checks the patients out. My questions is , does the doctor know how poorly his front desk deals with their patients ? I like Dr Goodrich but why is it so hard for them to call me back for an appt card??? It’s not like they are too busy to make a 3-5 min phone call ? I still never got an apology for messing up my appt and claiming my appt was at 10am making me look crazy until I went and got my appt card and showed it to her and then she has nothing to say other than “ sorry not sure how that happened “ really I will write Dr Goodrich a personal formal letter vey see his front desk staff represents his business and his reputation. I’m a nurse and I could never treat patient this way.

Experiencia negativa: It was my first appointment with this office and I came there for a cleaning and it was the worst dental appointment of my life. To start, I was given heart shaped red sunglasses you would find at the dollar store to be worn during the cleaning as eye protection. These were not professional glasses you would be given for such use during dental work. My hygienist was not gentle or communicative during the cleaning. When my mouth would start to close, instead of asking to open wider, she used the cleaning tool to move my mouth open using force. When my hygienist was originally looking at my x-rays she said she did not see any issues or problems. However, when the dentist came in and briefly took a look at them, she would claim the opposite. The dentist never introduced herself, did not properly communicate dental information, nor did she take me or my dental health seriously. She giggled and made despicable comments as she told me I need crowns on my four front teeth without a proper reason. None of this has ever been seen on another dentist's x-ray nor has any previous dentist ever hinted at these 'issues'. She asked the hygienist which insurance I had, to which this dentist replied, "Oh good, [insurance company] is good with crowns". I came here because of insurance coverage, but also their website gave the appearance of a high-tech and sophisticated office, which I did not find to be the case during my visit whatsoever. Instead, I was left shocked and wanted to cry.

Experiencia negativa: I really felt like I went to the dentist today. I was really scared but I made it through. Not pleased with my partials. Top is too loose and the bottom is cutting into my gums. Very painful. Then to top that off the dentist prescribed a medication that I am allergic to. SMH Thanks to the cashier and the pharmacist. Now what am I supposed to do when the office is already closed What a day this has been. I don't want to transfer to anyone else because overall I like the Drs here. But meantime what am I supposed to do about my partials???

Experiencia fantástica: Updated: We have now been going to Goodrich Dental for six years! I stand by my review below. Yesterday, I had to have a cavity fixed -- and honestly, I don't think I've ever had such a seamless experience. And it was a bad cavity. Within hours, my mouth was back to normal. No residual soreness or pain. I'm truly no longer terrified of going to the dentist. We've been going to Goodrich Dental for three years and every single time is a great experience. I have some anxiety after some not great experiences at other dentists. We see hygienist, Dianne, who is super chatty and helps keep me relaxed - and we see Dr. Goodrich who is fantastic. They answer ALL of my questions and have been super helpful and patient with me. They also recommended an exceptional orthodontist for my child (Weaver Orthodontics). I never thought I'd say this about a dentist - but we couldn't be happier.

Experiencia negativa: This is my first time ever doing a review , because I haven’t ever been the type to blast anyone , but with THIS SITUATION I AM. It’s a must. If I could give 0 stars , I definitely would!! — I’ve always been a respectful patient and attended my appointments faithfully. Last week I went to go get adjustments and while “attempting” to get the adjustments Anna Goodrich DROPPED my wired bottom partials on the FLOOR and only washed it with ONLY water and started giggling. I nicely told her that my mouth was very uncomfortable and something was not right with my bottom metal partial and she told me to “just leave it alone” and basically told me to deal with it. So I left the dentist office and tried to deal with the discomfort , but as the days went by my gums started getting cut & irritated from the incorrect fix. She was very unprofessional and I DID NOT leave with a great feeling. So I made another appointment as I felt my gums being cut/irritated , but I specifically requested to see Matt Goodrich instead of his mother (Anna) due to the unpleasant feeling that she made me feel , along with being unsanitary and unprofessional. As I leave a long day of work , I head to the dentist for a re-fix on my bottom partial that Anna incorrectly “FIXED” the first time. As I get assisted to a dentist chair , Anna comes in (even though I requested matt when I made my appointment) she tells me that I need all kinds of work done on my mouth (work that has ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED) and then proceeds to take my partial and tell me that she couldn’t help me because my metal wire has been “warped” from being dropped???!!! As I stated above , she is the one who DROPPED it on the floor and did not wash it!! I proceeded to tell her nicely that I could not handle the way it was cutting my gums and how uncomfortable it felt in my mouth and she says “well I guess your going to just sit in the chair all day because I can’t fix it” I was baffled at her attitude , unprofessionalism and the disgusting DISRESPECT. I then had tears in my eyes (because she was telling me the pain and discomfort couldn’t be fixed due to something she messed up) so I then asked her to please try to adjust it because how bad it hurt. After I said that , she specifically stated “THIS IS MY PRACTICE AND YOU CAN LEAVE!!!!!!” With her finger pointed in my face!!! I was BAFFLED and my eyes were filled with tears due to her not fixing my pain in my mouth that she caused. I asked if I could please talk to Matt Goodrich before I left and she said “no you cannot” , so I then left in pain and discomfort. Her son (Matt Goodrich) never called to resolve ANYTHING , so I called and he told the receptionist to tell me that he couldn’t help me either (extremely unprofessional) Basically , he was taking up for his mom’s disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Me and my whole family have been going to Goodrich for so long that the disrespect and unprofessionalism disgusts me , but it also showed me their true colors and showed me that they truly DO NOT care about their patients. I’m PROUD to say that I have found another dentist that is GLAD to fix what Anna Goodrich messed up and refused to fix. I also hope this review is viewed by PLENTY. However , save your time and money , and find a dentist who CARES. I am also going to add to this by saying , of course ANY dentist has to remain professional behind a screen even though I experienced the DISRESPECT IN MY FACE by Anna Goodrich. I even had other employees at the office agree with me by telling me that working for someone like that is embarrassing. They will do anything to have a good “outlook view” to the world even if it takes telling a lie. I have never had an evening appointment (close to closing time) nor have a been a reason for them to stay late with others. My appointments were always during morning time. The people who done my mouth hardware made it fit perfectly. My mouth hardware was PERFECT up until two weeks ago when Anna done the WRONG dentistry work to it. I was NEVER offered new appliances or different options!!

I recently had an appt and Dr.Anna replaced Dr.Matt for my visit she was VERY disrespectful and talked down about those who were on medicaidI left very offended and in pain from her dropping my mouth hardware. I love Dr.Matt but Dr.Anna will be the reason I will no longer go to them!
