Dr. Ceraso is very experienced and virtually pain free when it comes to treating your teeth I’ve been going here for over 10 years.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely do not enjoy the experience of going to a dentist. Having said that, the level of personal care is exceptional. Sometimes I think I forget to say thank you because I’m just so relieved to get out of the chair! So thank you. You guys read my charts, you know my history, you are very personable, and from the moment I walk into the office until I leave it , the communication before and afterwards, I feel taken care off. The staff are not pushy, I feel like it is a family run business, but they are on the cusp off efficient service and up-to-date with their communication systems as it relates to AI and also as relates to human interface. Thank you for making a very unwanted experience feel like my family are going to take care of me.. Sarah at the front office you’re amazing, Dr. Ceraso you are amazing and the lady that cleaned my teeth today looked after me and was very thorough. You too are amazing.. Dr. Ceraso performed my scheduled review as well. He explained my latest developments and shared his recommended treatment plan. Dentistry is a necessary evil for us all but Dr. Ceraso and his team always do an amazing job! I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!

She is also an artist when it comes to cosmetic dentistry and offering realistic plans to achieve desired goal. Casey was my hygienist and she was wonderful also. She fixed a painful spot on my tooth with ease. Casey also cleaned my 5 year olds teeth. She could not have been better. She explained everything to him before it happened and answered all of his questions. She made sure he felt comfortable through the entire process. Kelly at the front is also always incredibly helpful and truly cares! Would highly recommend for adults and kids!

Dr. John Ceraso and Team did an excellent job in making me comfortable and relaxed as I have not had fillings done or replaced in years. I didn’t feel anything, the numbing wore off rather quickly so I did not have to feel numb on the one side of my jaw for hours later. But when the dentist is great ok, I did not say this, his staff even better, it makes the whole process even enjoyable. If you have teeth and you value keeping them I do recommend Dr. Ceraso and his staff. I could hav attached my smile after the cleaning yesterday but the brilliant flow from my teeth would not have permitted you to read the text. I know a bit over the top, but when you have a good experience and you want to share it sometimes you have to go the extra effort.

Experiencia fantástica: What a remarkable operation. Not being a big fan of dental offices to start with, I was apprehensive about any treatment...even cleanings. Dr. Ceraso and his team of highly skilled and professional staff did a wonderful job of explaining what was needed, why it was needed, what to expect and how long it would take. From the receptionist to the dentist...and everyone in-between, I was impressed. Communicative, confident, caring and compassionate. You can tell quality work happens in this practice. My wife and myself both have a great deal of respect and admiration for Dr. Ceraso and his staff. We have a great deal of confidence the work that is performed is first-class.

Dr. Ceraso worked his magic and got me in the same day I called. And it was a FRONT tooth!? He fixed it so quickly and so perfectly you can't even tell it was ever chipped!! Looking forward to great dental care from someone who is clearly detail oriented.... like me!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Ceraso for more years than I can remember, and I would not have remained all these years if I did not feel I was in the best of hands for my dental needs. I could not be more pleased with every procedure that I have had over the years, a minimal number of cavities, a chipped tooth, crowns, and an implant. When I needed to see a specialist for a procedure that Dr. Ceraso did not perform, I was always sent to a very qualified professional, and I was always made to feel comfortable, and was well pleased with the outcome. I cannot recommend a more qualified DMD than Dr. Ceraso. His staff is excellent, from the front desk to all the professionals in the back. If your looking for an excellent dentist, who knows what he is doing, do yourself a favor and make an appointment today.

I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment the last minute and they were able to fit me in with the same schedule as my husband’s appointment. Very kind and caring staff. My husband and I don’t mind driving 1 hour to see them. The dental staff are always attentive to the needs of their patients. During the dental procedure and exam, they explain every detail and steps on what they are doing so that you are prepared and aware of what’s going on in your dental procedure. And lastly, they begin and end your appointment with the friendliest smile. Thank you, Dr. Ceraso for having such professional and caring staff.

He has a great bedside manner. On a side note, they have a great and varied musical playlist. As long as I live in the Southern Pines area, I will use Ceraso Dental for all my dental needs.

My hygienist was kind, thorough, and explained each step of my visit. She was cognizant of the time I needed to leave to pick up my son from school and took steps to streamline scheduling my follow up visit after re-confirming my preferred days and times. Dr. Ceraso was friendly and connected with me while he did my final check. They came up with a treatment plan for me and had me out the door and on time for pick up! I felt very comfortable in the office and at home with the kindness of all the staff, including the front desk. Lol BUT, I was absolutely blown away by how at ease I was during my first appointment a John F. Ceraso. My hygienist was super informative, and walked me through everything that was being done. Sara Moghul was absolutely amazing and pointed out certain concerns that other dentists had overlooked. She was professional and well informed, and had a great personality! Definitely will be back for all of my dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Be wary of when they hold their lunch meetings in relation to your appointment time. Since writing this review I will say that Dr. Ceraso's attitude changed towards me. He is short and a bit rude. So rather than repair a relationship he prefers to treat you as below him.

The quality & competence of his care is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING - by any standard! Plus he is warm, calm, engaging, patient, very focused & a great listener! He is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had - and I’m 78. Plus the HIGH QUALITY of his hygienists, assistants & office staff - is EXCEPTIONAL. Especially notable here is his hygienist & key assistant Christina Kreitz. She is extremely warm, calm & focused - with a firm hand & gentle touch! She’s the best I’ve ever had in 60 years. Plus his office manager Sarah is truly welcoming & attentive to every detail. She keeps it all going with a radiant smile & spirit! The overall care you’ll receive with Dr John CERASO & his team is ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
