Experiencia negativa: Doctor is not the most personable person in the world.. I think he may have said 3 words total to me.. I tried several times to start conversations with him all fell short. As soon as he pulled my tooth (a 850$ bill by the way plus smacking my front teeth in process) never said a word to me, backed his chair away got up a walking away never speaking a word to me. Gives u that feeling that he just wanted ur money and doesn’t really care about patients care or satisfaction. But I work in healthcare so I know how they really feel about patients. I wouldn’t recommend this office. Way too expensive but I guess that’s why he has so many openings in middle of the day.

Experiencia negativa: AVOID. random bills for services not provided, other patients charges on my account and they will not provide an itemized bill. Made a cleaning appointment after some dental work in October of 2025 for January 2026. Sometime in December / January (they don’t know when - they’re ’working on the paperwork to be in network’) they were no longer in Cigna’s network and failed to disclose this in January then increased a bill after I paid it the day of the service. Today I asked the lady at the desk to print a copy of the itemized bill and she said she couldn’t get it to print out and would have to email me - which they still have not. I went in for a cleaning today and they handled me a $280 bill and couldn’t explain what it was for OR provide a copy. I was told I could proceed with the cleaning for an ‘expected’ $92 but they’re no longer in network so I declined while i was in the lobby. received a text 4 hours later with a $70 bill for last minute cancellation. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM RUN BY INCOMPETENT FRAUDSTERS

An itemized statement of your account is absolutely something you're entitled to, and I want to personally make sure you receive one and that we review every charge together. Experiencia fantástica: My brother recommended Greenbrier Dental to me. I was looking for a good dentist because my previous dentist retired during COVID and I've not seen one since. I knew i needed some work . Im glad I went to Greenbrier. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The office was well kept and pleasant. Dr. Ellis was very professional and straightforward. I appreciate that quality. Wait time was minimal. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day I called. I felt like I was getting personalized service, unlike some places I've been.

Most recently I had 4 extractions, 4 implant post put in and a crown all in one setting(other than coffee rental payments!). The first extractions completed and I did not realize it was being done. No pain at all. I really like the practical path laid out for my dental restoration.

Experiencia positiva: Started off good, but after my husband decided to throw his iced coffee at me in their parking lot their whole attitude towards me changed. They saw how I reacted to what he did and decided I was a villain. Now communication with them is nonexistent. Had me sitting at the pharmacy for 45 minutes waiting for meds I was told was called in but never was. Im glad his procedure is done because I don’t have to see any of them ever again. And won’t. The actual dentist is nice as can be. And it’s nothing personal against anyone in particular. But I don’t like people who side with someone who assaults you or others. Some of those ladies need domestic abuse classes. Treating someone who got assaulted like they’re the problem is extremely wild. Please do better. SMH

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. ELLIS went above and beyond with his care. I had to get one of my front teeth removed and won't be able to have a replacement tooth put in for another 5 months. He made sure that he could get a retainer for the mean time so it wouldn't look like I was missing a tooth. The day after Dr. Ellis himself called to make sure I wasn't having any troubles. He did such a great job I don't even have pain from the removal and the retainer looks aesthetically pleasing! Thank you Dr. Ellis!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to get in quickly because I had a filling come out and it broke off, two days later I had another tooth break into on the opposite side, I though what in the world is going on, I have to get into a dentist as soon as possible , the pain was unbearable and all I could do was eat soup. So I got a hold of Greenbrier dental and they got me in with in a day and a half. I went in expecting to get 2 or three teeth pulled, I had another one that was pretty bad as well, I got all three teeth pulled the same day and I had bone graphs done for future implants. I get to go back in October, I can’t say enough about Dr Ellis and his staff, very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain to me what options I had and what that outcome would be. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ellis is the only dentist I’ve been seeing the past 7 or 8 years. My past experiences with dentists, especially in my early youth, were terrible. Sometimes horrifying! I’m comfortable and pleased every time I visit Greenbrier. Dr. E is knowledgeable and skillful. He’s the only one who does the work in the office. No interns, etc! The staff is great and helpful, as well. New and reasonable finance options became available, too. I wouldn’t hesitate referring anyone to Dr. Ellis. The drive is worth it.

Experiencia negativa: I had my cleaning done today, July 3, 2024 when I was done, the hygienist told me to wait for the dentist. She didn’t say why, she just asked me to wait. I waited for a little while then Dr Chad Ellis (Greenbrier Dental Excellence) looked into my mouth just to check after the hygienist was done. He took the Dental instrument (tool) and pushed so hard down into my teeth that the tool broke in my mouth and the rest of the tool that was in the dentist hand rammed into my gum and sliced my gum open, I started to bleed. Being on blood thinners, I was so worried about bleeding but the pain I was experiencing also added to my worry. I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I am very surprised that the dentist, (Dr Chad Ellis) needed that much pressure and force to check my teeth after a routine cleaning. That kind of forced that was used in my mouth that caused the instrument to break into my teeth cutting my gum open was negligent and excessive. Dr Chad Ellis then asked me if there was a piece of tool lost in my mouth. I was so afraid that I would unknowingly swallow that piece of instrument. My gum was bleeding I was hurting. I was in so much pain. This really traumatize me and I don’t trust this doctor to do anything in my mouth ever again, I cannot eat right now because the cut in my mouth burns so badly. I can’t understand how this kind of mistake could happen.
