Experiencia fantástica: By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist and I had 5 teeth pulled! Dr. Jeff Mathews was very nice and he was gentle while he was working on my teeth. They have a great staff the person that did my X-rays and assisted the dentist was also very kind and attentive. The front desk lady was awesome too it felt very cozy in there and it really seems like they care about you. I will always recommend them for dental services.

She was so knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. I was so comfortable during the entire appointment that I honestly could’ve fallen asleep! The dental hygienist Victoria did such an amazing job explaining everything, showing me X-rays and real time improvement with the cleaning, and not the slightest bit of discomfort (i actually started dozing off during the cleaning). Was like a dental spa treatment. Lucky to have found this practice!

Experiencia positiva: I like working with the young lady that helping me. But I have been dealing with trying to get my Dentures right since April and they are still not right. I have trying to eat with them and cannot eat on the left side. When I got my first set I only had to go back two times and I have not ever had no problems. This has been a huge problem with this set and I paying payments each month but they are not right yet. So I truly believe this needs to be fixed really soon or get my money back it’s been 5 mos. I just not happy with everything right now. I still wearing my old set

Experiencia fantástica: Therefore emergencies or monthly cleanings whatever you need they've got the key to solve your problems yes it is a dentist yes it does cost money but they will work with you they have in-house insurance available and financing through a company called cherry. The doctor that I dealt with was very wonderful and knowledgeable you could tell that he loved his job his staff loved him and the environment of the office was very pleasurable and pleasant. **!!! I would definitely recommend this dentist office over anyone else. (Tooth extraction) I had called several different places and none of them could get me in till after September this office was thrilled to help and found a way very quickly to fit me in.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in because I received a flyer in the mail initially. I am so glad I did. The entire team from the receptionist all the way up to the dentist was simply amazing. They are so friendly, professional,and down to earth. I must also say this is the most thorough dental team I have ever had. They do x-rays and utilize cameras by taking pictures inside your mouth before and after the cleaning so you can see the difference. They then go over your your dental health in great detail with you and give you a treatment plan . The dentist was so kind and knowledgeable and even came back to thank me and wish me a great weekend before he left for the weekend. I think I have found my new dental home. If you are looking for a dental office of excellence. I definitely recommend Goodlettville Family dental!!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. Temporary tooth came off 3 times and tooth broke. Dentist didnt charge for buildup but told me not to bite on that tooth after I got crown. Messed up my bite. Drilled down back of crown without smoothing it. Now its rough on my tongue everyday. Didnt wear lab coat to show off his clothes. Does Botox between dentistry. I do not recommend. Current status 6 yrs later: Crown is loose. Post was put in sideways.Will need to replace with bridge or implant. Only issue with previous crown was small filling came out from root canal. It was a perfect crown otherwise, before replaced by this dentist.

They were kind compassionate patient and help me walk through the office. Dr. Yang was amazing. He was thorough kind did a wonderful jobon my teeth. I was scared at first being an old age wondering if I could handle it he was comforting when I walked out to my daughter I said never in my life have I met such a nice people. The staff was wonderful. Over and beyond and Dr yang took my fears away I am very very please with my visit and the outcome of my visit. I am going again Monday. Experiencia fantástica: The veneer on my front tooth popped off Thursday night. My regular dentist was closed so, In desperation, I called over 20 dentists Friday morning. Most were also closed and others wouldn't take a new patient emergency; until I got ahold of Goodlettsville Family Dental. They were WONDERFUL! The Dr temporarily cemented it back on to get me through the weekend. They would have put a cap on it THAT DAY if I would have had time to stay. The front staff is adorable and kind, they go above and beyond to make you feel wanted and comfortable. The Dr was thorough as he replaced the broken veneer. And it looks like new. I do not enjoy going to any kind of Drs office - so for those of you that are apprehensive about dentists.... This is the place to go! If you want kind people, great work, and sensitivity to your needs, then try Goodlettsville Family Dental!

They solved the problem (constricting a replacement temporary bridge) quickly and at very reasonable cost. On the hunt for a Caring Dentistry outfit, I stumbled across Goodlettsville Family Dental!!! It's home now, a forever Dentist!! I Couldn't be happier with them and the services/ prices are very reasonable! Not to mention 10 minutes from the house!!!

I haven’t had the best experiences with teeth cleaning because some hygienists tend to be rough when it comes to the flossing part but Jaclyn was gentle and made me feel at ease. The hygienists in that office really seem to keep the flow of the office going. Dr. Matthews is a good dentist, he explained everything in a timely manner. He made sure I was numb and I didn’t feel any pain and I’m grateful for that. Dr. Kang, another good dentist, was thorough and did what he had to do in a timely manner. Beth, the person who does the insurance and billing was a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Best experience I have had @ a dental office in a long time.
