Both Lise, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Dinh are exceptional. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at family smile center is amazing. I love Laura who regularly cleans my teeth as well as Dr. Dinh's assistant who worked alongside him on a recent filling. (sorry didn't catch her name) Dr Dinh is very gentle and all three of them have a very calming presence while they take care of your teeth. Having a filling done here is painless. Dr Dinh is so good with everything from the novocaine to the procedure. He is an expert at administering novocaine pain free. Having a tooth repaired is nothing like it was at my old dentist years ago. Laura and his assistant are also very knowledgable and you can tell they generally care about you. Kristi is always very friendly and greets you with a smile and always helps us with insurance. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dinh and his staff are fantastic. We are always seen on time and they always fit you in if you are having an emergency. Recently, Dr. Dinh replaced a very old crown for me. When it failed (of absolutely no fault of his- it was just a brittle tooth that had had a root canal 20 years prior) and the post came out a few months later, Dr. Dinh credited me back what I had paid on the crown so I could use it towards the tooth extraction and new implant. His patient care was extremely appreciated :)

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and was not disappointed! I was badly overdue for cleaning and my only excuse is my former dentist retired and I was too busy to find another. I am particular and spend great deal of effort researching the right fit. I think I found it. Loved the location, staff were friendly and engaging, the facility was light bright modern and had right feng shue, Dr. Dinh (sp?) was great. I don’t like going to dentist, a bit of a phobia, but felt very comfortable. Not gonna lie, I was gripping the chair, but was not necessary. I did not have any issues so my visit was short since I didn’t need extra care. Actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Will update if anything changes.

Experiencia fantástica: What sets Family Smile Center apart from other dentist offices is their commitment to cutting edge technology and the latest in dental science. Over the past 10 years I've moved around a lot and I've gone to...I think five other dentists. Family Smile Center is the only office that really stands out for being very thorough, using technology, and telling me information beyond just, "you have some cavities, and you grind your teeth." People there talked to me about oral cancer, tooth enamel, the health of my gums, TMJ, sensitivity...and the list goes on and on. It was because of them that I FINALLY found floss that I could use on a regular basis without causing my gums to bleed. I FINALLY decreased my tooth sensitivity so I could eat cold things again. I live almost an hour away from Family Smile Center now but I still go there twice a year because they're worth the drive. They're awesome!

Experiencia negativa: I was talked into having a good tooth pulled. It needed some work, but removal was extreme. After the procedure they gave me a proposal for an implant... $4,000. Big money! No wonder he was so adamant about pulling that tooth. The missing tooth is causing more problems now. Sad. They are much closer to me. I'm going back to my previous dentist. Stay away from Family Smile!

I hoped that after a few days my mouth would heal and I wouldn’t notice but its still a bother. Really disappointed as I have been going to the Family Smile Center for a number of years.

The staff is extremely polite and friendly, Dr.Din is if very knowledgeable, he explains the procedure, problems , issues and how to maintain healthier teeth and gums. NO DENTIST EVER IM MY LIFE BEEN SO PERSONAL. I would recommend everyone who has, had bad dentist experience to go here. You will not be disappointed!

They also let me hold onto the tube that sucks up the water after your done rinsing. I can't imagine gojng anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been Family Smile Center patients for several years, we have always been happy with the care they provide. The FSC team has always been kind and you get the impression they are a work family. At forty+ I still have all my wisdom teeth, never wore braces, and have never had a cavity. I've never had the need for any major dental work, I'm a boring patient, until a recent fracture of a molar changed that. I found myself in the ER on a late Saturday night with severe pain in my lower jaw. When I woke up Sunday the pain was excruciating so I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Dinh and an assistant. I am so thankful they took the time to see me on their day off. Dr. Dinh's recommended course of action eased my pain tremendously until my visit for a root canal three days later. During the root canal Dr. Dinh confirmed that the vertical fracture in my tooth extended from the crown to the root. I needed to have my tooth extracted, that's when Dr. Cha stepped in. The tag team effort by everyone at FSC was very much appreciated. Everyone was kind, patient and explained my options and what I could expect. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, I didn't experience any pain during the procedures. I generally don't write reviews but based on the extraordinary care I received I feel compelled too. I highly recommend the Family Smile Center.

Experiencia negativa: Closed due to weather (snowed two days prior - roads were completely clear ALL day long) and never informed me for a 3p appointment. I had to call the emergency number - because no one picked up the general number after multiple attempts (with no ability to leave a voicemail) and was informed that they were going to call the following day to reschedule. Very disappointed.

Cha and Dinh and the entire staff are personable, professional, and genuinely care for their patients. The Drs. will provide any and all options for resolving dental issues, the hygienists are detailed in their delivery of services, and the administrative staff are efficient in scheduling appointments, as well as offering numerous options to resolve financial concerns. I trust FSC and I highly recommend FSC to other families.

It’s great to get a quick text reminder of my appointment (thank goodness). As I walk through the front door, I am greeted with smiles from Christie and Ryan. These two women are just awesome!! Extremely professional. Always polite. My hygienist Laura is terrific. Before she gets started, she makes sure I am comfortable (I love the neck pillow). Laura is very professional and will listen to all my concerns and will make great suggestions or talk Dr. Dihn. Dr. Dihn is the greatest. He is PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and he knows his stuff.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Dinh is a very nice man, if you like a con. Unfortunately, I realized it to late. When I became his victim , I had no pain in my teeth or gums. I had several old silver fillings that I wanted replaced due to cosmetic reasons, a build up from a route canal that had no pain and a tooth that was slightly chipped . Dr. Dinh refused to replace the fillings until I had agreed to let him crown both teeth with no pain. I should have ran. I finally agreed to let him crown the two teeth ( one was a molar). After he finished, I had to return to him approximately 7 times complaining that food was getting trapped in between the molar and it had became very painful. Instead of replacing the crown he continued to give me the run - around. Mind you, I had been going to him every 6 month to have my teeth cleaned , examined and x-rayed. All of a sudden he said i had bone loss where he put the crown. I ask, "how could this be"? As a result of his negligence I have severe bone loss where he put the crown and now the tooth has to be extracted. The tooth in front of the molar has constantly hurt every time I bite down on it. He continued to con his way through every visit. Please, run from him if you want to keep all of your teeth in your head. Wait time 10 minutes

Today a temporary cap came off and they were able to work me in to replace it with the permanent one that was ready earlier than expected.
