Experiencia fantástica: Dr. J is hands down the best Dentist I have ever been to! The care, compassion and comfort him and his staff give, is out of this world! I literally had to stop myself from falling asleep in his chair, it's that relaxing and comforting. Thank you Dr. J for all that you do and the wonderful smiles you restore!!
Experiencia negativa: If you have Medicaid run!!! If you have Medicaid, RUN!!! Absolutely horrible experience at this dental office. I felt that Medicaid patients were treated differently and with much less care and respect. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The office is outdated, and based on my experience, the dental work was poorly done and resulted in infections and additional problems rather than actually resolving the issues. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone, especially Medicaid patients. Please do your research and find a dental office where you will be treated with dignity and receive quality care, regardless of what insurance you have. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
Central Florida Dental Care, LLC does NOT accept Medicaid. Just call the office yourself and ask. They are an adult only practice, private pay and insurance.

Experiencia negativa: Very Disappointed With This Dental Office I brought my son here in March for two separate visits to have 3 cavities treated. Unfortunately, it feels like the office was more focused on billing the insurance than making sure the work was done properly. About two months later, all three fillings came out. I tried taking him to another dental office, but they wouldn’t see him for treatment because this office had already used his insurance benefits for the cleaning and dental work. I filed a dispute with the insurance company, but it was denied because they said the services were performed. That completely misses the issue: I’m not disputing that the work was done—I’m disputing that the work was done correctly. Now I’m being forced to pay out of pocket at another dentist to have the same issues treated again, for work that should have been done correctly the first time. I believe this office should reimburse me for the cost of the corrective treatment I now have to pay for because the fillings did not hold up. Very disappointed with this experience and with how this situation has been handled.

1). FIRST and foremost, you did not take your child to this Dental office. We do NOT treat children here at Central Florida Dental Care, we only treat adults. Further, we do NOT accept Medicaid Insurance (Liberty) here as well!
1). FIRST, YOU WERE SEEN ACROSS THE HALL AT THE PEDIATRIC DENTAL OFFICE.
2). SECOND. Dr Graham is an excellent experienced Dentist and does great work. He does NOT rush! We do not know all the facts involving the filling: how deep or wide; does it need a crown, did your son eat some hard candy afterwards, etc. But when a filling is lost, you are supposed to go back to the office where the filling was done and ask to speak to the Dentist (in a calm and nice tone). Express your concerns and he can add extra retention grooves (undercuts) to retain the filling in place better or heavy occlusal forces.
THE SOLUTION IS VERY SIMPLE, CALL THE OFFICE AND LET THE DR SEE WHAT'S WRONG AND ADDRESS IT AT NO CHARGE TO YOU.
I will forward your name and this
complaint to the PEDIATRIC Dental office next door and have them call you and you MUST CALL THEM YOURSELF TOO. That review must be removed because you are incriminating the wrong entity AND YOUR ACCOUNT OF THE SITUATION MAY BE FLAWED LIKE THE OFFICE YOU FALSELY ACCUSED. You could be held liable for slander & tortuous interference of a business by defaming the wrong business on an international forum...just put yourself in the owners shoes if someone INCORRECTLY accused your Dr & Office of wrongdoing.

UPDATE:
After consulting with the Pediatric staff next door, here is there reply:
"This patient was a Pediatric patient with medicaid. The only treatment provided was pulpotomies and placement of medicated temporary restorations of 2 primary teeth. NO PERMANENT FILLINGS WERE DONE! The patient was to return for the permanent restorations. The child has missed 3 appts - no showed. Did not even give the courtesy of a cancellation call.
Never came back for the final restorations and he had more dental treatment needed. Very poor oral hygiene and a history showing lack of proper dental care."
This mother is obviously not aware of exactly what treatment was rendered to her child. NO TREATMENT WAS RENDERED WITHOUT PARENTAL SIGNED INFORMED CONSENT and explanation of treatment to the parent. Dr Graham went above and beyond in treating to save these badly decayed deciduous ("baby teeth") versus just extracting them. The mother is at fault and no one else - parental negligence.

DIRECTLY FROM THE PEDIATRIC OFFICE SUPERVISOR:
"The child had a pulpotomy, sedative filling, prescribed Rx's, scheduled for 1 week follow up for restoration, they did not show to 3 appts, did not return all voicemails left for them."
WE TAKE OUR REVIEWS VERY SERIOUSLY, ESPECIALLY INACCURATE OR INCORRECT ONES. THIS WAS NOT A PATIENT OF CENTRAL FLORIDA DENTAL CARE, IT WAS A PEDIATRIC PATIENT FROM ACROSS THE HALL. AND THE STAFF OVER THERE DID ALL THE RIGHT THINGS. IT WAS THE MOTHER'S FOR NOT GETTING THE CHILD BACK TO THE PEDIATRIC OFFICE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND NOT RETURNING CALLS TO THE OFFICE - NEGLIGENT LIKE SO MANY, UNFORTUNATELY...

Experiencia negativa: Id give less than a one if I could. I would never go back there again. I transitioned to another dentist as soon as I could. I stayed only long enough to find someone else restricted by Medicaid at the time. He initially was all I knew of to take my insurance.

You review is of the wrong office. You meant to review the Pediateic office next door and NOT THE ADULT PRACTICE ACROSS THE HALL.
HOW AM I SURE? Because the Adult side does not take MEDICAID at all but the Pediatric practice does, but ONLY for kids (NO ADULTS). You specifically stated you had medicaid and sought another provider who also accepts Medicaid. So that eliminates the adult practice next door that you wrongfully accused. The Lord forgives us all for our mistake of "BEARING FALSE WITNESS" [Exodus 20:16; 9th Commandment].
Sorry if you or your child were unhappy. I know the Dentist over there and he is good so not sure if you were upset because your expectations were not meant. But you degraded the lady Dentist on the adult side which you have never seen and I know she is excellent because I have worked with her personally.
But a bad review is an insult, especially if untrue.
In my 30 years of practice I have noticed most Medicaid patients are not appreciative of FREE treatment whether Medical/Dental. We tax payers find that insulting because we pay dearly for you to receive care, even those who could join us in the work force but wish to stay home and have lots of kids (many with fathers not present). Needless to say, we know what happens to these innocent kids.
I'm speaking firmly because I know both of these Dentist are good caring health providers who try to help EVERY patient they see. That's why I'm very vocal in defending those Dentist.
In conclusion, next time you wish to slander a business, put yourself in their shoes. "Integrity in Jesus", if you follow the scriptures as your online name infers, you should know better and follow Mathew 7:12 & Luke 6:31: "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU".

Experiencia positiva: Well, I let my mouth go over the years. So had a total extraction done at this office. And was fitted for dentures. Knowing little about dentures when I received them. My original set of course. When the dentures came back. I think a week later. The new dentures were small. And look Cheaply made. I asked numerous times about the quality of the appliance. And was promise they would be premium dentures. Before they were made... Which the dentures certainly were not. Well to make a long review shorter. I'd paid a great deal of money for a inferior set of dentures. That i struggle with for a year. That were not completely fashioned properly. Which I finally got to find out about. When having them relined at another Demist office. In one day. Instead of waiting 3 weeks to get my teeth back. As i was told it would take at this office to hard reline them. The office staff is nice. But not completely truthful about the product. The exam and procedure area cramped and a little dirty. The dentist and techs were excellent. Kind and compassionate. And much thanks to her and techs. I would never use them for Denture work again though. I know now. From what I experienced at the new dentist office. I was misled on the quality of the appliance that I received. Update: There rebuttal is full of inaccuracies of the facts. To many to laid out for the purpose of this update. And as a previous customer. I'm dismayed on how easy they let theses untruths flow out of their business. But I accept this is their business model and have moved on. My review, every word is a honest reflection of the service or lack of it I received. Or would have if I would have chosen to stay with their services.... And disparaging my character doesn't change the truth...And you know another thing i find distasteful. Using a bible quote to offhand my truth. Shameful

I checked with the office staff before replying here to be sure I had all the facts correct. FACTS ARE OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!
To begin with, you declined the upgraded teeth. You settled for the immediate economy dentures which your Insurance company covered 100% at $730/arch. If you google Immediate Dentures Cost you will find that: "Immediate dentures typically cost between $1,000 to $3,500 per arch, providing a temporary set inserted right after tooth extractions to maintain appearance and function while gums heal"... So you got what your Insurance paid for, Economy teeth; you paid nothing for the dentures and declined to upgrade so you had your facts all wrong misleading the public. What you paid for was for the surgical portion which included extracting all of your remaining teeth (18) and 4 quadrants of alveoplasty. That was a year ago in 2024. Several months ago you called inquiring about a reline; you got your information and that was the last we heard from you until 5 days ago with your insulting and false review. As our staff quoted: "His comment is completely inaccurate Dr J". You went to Affordable Dentures to get OUR dentures relined and you were ecstatic. Those were our dentures that you chose the size, shape, and color for. We made sure not to give you large teeth as your request because your wife has huge teeth (dentures made elsewhere). We honored every one of your requests. These were the same dentures you criticized in your review, yet praised once the reline was done following 6 months of bone remodeling and tissue shrinkage, which is usual & customary.
Dr R did a great job on you and took care of your needs. You should be ashamed of yourself for reviewing her so poorly. She has never had one bad review ever.
If someone didn't know better, they would think you made a living off of bad reviews. By clicking on your name, you have insulted so many businesses with bad reviews: Mt Dora Vet Hosp, The Valley, Perkins, Mt Dora Tire, American Signature Furniture, Miller's Ale House, Rosemont Park, Lewis Environment, Walmart, etc. Wow! You are very hard to please.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 100stars I would! Don't go anywhere else in all of Central Florida. Long Review: My 4th upper tooth on the right side was already pretty weakened, then I bit something a bit hard and it cracked and then my toddler's head bonking on my jaw area finished the job. I had a hanging anterior portion of the tooth just flapping and the back portion still in my gum! I was totally freaking out and I am terrified of dentists as is. I work in Winter Garden and live in Mt Dora area so I literally called EVERYwhere between here and there. Some places don't accept insurance, others aren't sure but will bill you afterwards, most didn't have any emergency appts available. I finally went to a different location Private Pay just a couple of days ago and they said I needed to come back and schedule an extraction appointment at a later date. When I asked for any short term temporary solution they said they couldn't do anything "because the tooth was still in my jaw", to sit up at night, and that I'd most likely be in pain if the piece fell. To not let it fall and go to ER or take ibuprofen if pain started. They also couldn't even answer me if Ibuprofen, Amoxicillin, and anaesthesia were ok to take while lactating and to just contact my OBGYN to ask...(what?!). So, yesterday I went crazy again because the piece was literally hanging and I couldn't spend another night worried about it falling and being in pain. I called this office Central Florida Dental Care at 4pm and they so kindly heard me and then asked the Dr/Dentist who graciously squeezed me in at 430/5ish pm at the end of her day! I was worried she'd be rushed and maybe couldn't do much either but I was just happy. She took her time, quickly was able to assess that my tooth would not be in pain, used her quick clinical reasoning and blew the piece off without my even noticing or feeling pain! She also cleaned it out and was so kind and caring throughout. Then, she cemented it temporarily until I can come back for the extraction asap within the next couple days to complete the additional dental work. She literally spend almost a whole hour when she didn't need to. The most impressive was that she was 100% knowledgeable on how to move forward while breastfeeding and gave me all the tips to help protect my baby. He's a NICU baby with some sensitivities so this was a huge priority to me. So, anyways, breastfeeding mamas....definitely come here! The ladies at the front desk and the x-ray hygienist/assistant were also superb. Thank you so much! I'm so grateful!
So sorry to hear that you had a hard time finding a provider that would take their time and care for you properly. We are very glad that you chose to come to our office in allowed us to Show you how we care for our patients. We are a private practice and not corporate dentistry which many offices and shopping classes are so we know how to do dentistry the right way and take care of patients as if their family not just another random number. We will continue to give you the attention and care that you deserve.

Dr Santana, which I don’t even know if she still works there, performed a malpractice on my teeth resulting in 4 root canals and a tooth extraction.. she drilled out the cavities and stuffed them with filling without even bothering to make a tooth separation, left me with an awful uneven bite and the pain and pressure was unbearable, all four teeth ended up needing root canals because guess what? THEY ALL ENDED UP WITH INFECTION. And I’m not the only one who got bad dental work from this place. Do not recommend unless you want to risk it or if you just don’t care about your teeth

We did some research and this is what we found:
1). Dr Santana NEVER worked for Central Florida Dental Care
2). Dr Santana worked in the same building but across the hall treating Pediatric patients and Medicaid Liberty Adult 5 years ago.
3). This person must of had Liberty Medicaid Adult Insurance since she is referencing this office and location because our name is the main anchor on the sign out front. However, Central Florida Dental Care does NOT accept Liberty Dental (Medicaid). She got our office confused with across the hall, which has happened a couple times over the years.
4). Central Florida Dental is an Adult Only Private Practice with THE VERY TOP EXPERIENCED, KIND & CARING DENTISTS! Just look at the reviews over the years (with the exception of this incorrectly assigned one).
5). Dr Santana has not worked across the hall at the Medicaid office 5 years ago. She has NOT been at that location since 2021 when she opened up her own private practice. This is her contact info. Complain to her and go see her to discuss your issues with her work:

Thanks Ian. That's exactly how our PRIVATE practice(s) are set up. Our fees are lowest around; Our quality and workmanship is the highest around. Unfortunately, corporate dentistry is slowly taking over but will NEVER affect us because what you want is what most people want; they want a PRIVATE practice NOT a Corporate practice where production is #1. OUR REPUTATION & QUALITY OF PATIENT CARE IS #1. We see patient's DAILY coming from Corporate Dental offices who are upset or feel that they were taken advantage of. It happens daily everywhere. There are still honest Dentist out there operating Private practices. Dentistry is expensive but can be affordable...

What needs to be done was thourghly explained, with a detailed printout given to me. I was very comfortable with the Dentist, I could tell he knows what he is doing. That has not always been my experience in the past.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in a ca accident in 1997 that shattered my jaw and was in a mouth brace for months and out of work for one year, I had perfect teeth and only one tooth that had a root canal with a crown. Needless to say my teeth were so damaged that I didn't have any luck with good dentists and bad hygienist that hurt me every time I went to get my teeth cleaned. I dreaded going to the dentist office until today. The hygienist by the name of Hailey Donavan at Central Florida Dental Center was an absolute miracle worker, she was the only hygienist that didn't have to shot me full of novacane at all, she sprayed my mouth and cleaned all my teeth and gums and I didn't feel any pain I was 46 years old at the time of the accident and in a few months I'm going to be 76 years old. I recommend the entire office from the Doctor to to office staff cause to me they're the best that I've ever had. Neli Knauber

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the hospital for a week. I had a super infection in my teeth and my face. As soon as I got out of the hospital they helped me get and emergency appointment. Also got me the correct antibiotics. And finish a root canal for me and ordered my crown.
