My evaluation was with state of the art equipment and technology Mary did an excellent job coordinating everything. Dr. Judy Forrester was amazing on her thorough examination and assessment. She was referred to me by my oral surgeon, Dr. Bowers, MD., who is equally phenomenal!!! Her final analysis matched my goals. I don't want to ever have another extraction again and will ramp up my oral health maintenance, cleanings, and overall health. Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia negativa: Not happy with them. Almost lost a tooth because of their lack of knowledge. Thank goodness I went for a second opinion about the pain I was having and was told I had an infection in my tooth and needed to see an endodontist. Instead, Dr. Unger told me I had pain because I was grinding my teeth and sold me a $600-700 night guard, which aggravated it more. When I told them I got another opinion, they came back with an attitude. Save your teeth and find a better dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, our family will not be returning to this office after two disappointing experiences. Both visits fell short of our expectations. I was initially dissatisfied and encouraged my wife to give them another chance, but unfortunately, she also had a negative experience. We were consistently unimpressed by the office staff and doctors. We felt they lacked the attention, time, and expertise to provide the appropriate level of care. We sincerely hope these concerns are addressed.

The office manager Renee is such a sweetheart and after I told her about my experience with aspen she immediately saved the day and got me in right away to help me. Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient back in December 2023. I needed some work done which was scheduled for March 2024. The night before that appointment I received a phone call telling me that as of January 2024 they stopped taking my insurance. They stop taking my insurance and waited nearly 2 months to tell me. They also told me that I could still come in to have my fillings done if I paid them $400. It took forever to get my records and they only sent me the X-rays…nothing else. So it’s May and I’m still waiting on records and still trying to find a new dentist. They certainly don’t look after their patients.

When I expressed displeasure that I had to waste time and money she actually real life called me and told me to find another dentist because I have an "attitude". I've been going to lifetime dental for a long time and it was always great until I saw Dr Judy and had to experience this.

Experiencia negativa: All the dental work they've done for me has been shoddy to say the least. The crown they put on a tooth stays in for only a couple of months before it falls out repeatedly and the fillings they put in a cavity in a back molar had fallen out just a year later. I've never experienced anything like this. I've had to seek dental repair work elsewhere. For the amount they charge, the work should last. It's a shame. Most of the staff are nice when you talk to them. So there is that, I suppose.

Experiencia negativa: I had to remove my original review because it was very harsh and long. So my honest opinion: I wouldn’t trust getting any major dental work done here. I had a horrible experience with a crown done by Dr Judy. The crown is beautiful, but the journey was not. Remind you: I’ve gotten a crown and root canal done here by a retired Dentist who did it effortlessly and painlessly. Starting Nov 7th 2023, I spend a whole two months in severe pain and agony. The process was extremely painful and discomforting. They kept me with a temporary crown for 3 weeks that wouldn’t stop falling out. Dr Judy said we would be able to do it before Thanksgiving but she decided to take vacation while her patient was in pain. I lost so much weight because I couldn’t eat anything with how much pain I was in. It was an absolute nightmare and I missed so many hours at work because of it. I had to get a root canal less than a month later because of the trauma I had from the crown. Im grateful I went somewhere else to get my root canal because I didn’t even feel one bit uncomfortable there. I still haven’t mentally healed from the physical & emotional trauma I endured. I have been going to therapy to try to deal with this situation but I still come back to the same conclusion. I decided not to go into heavy detail on my situation but just trust me when I say I would never wish this experience on anybody.

Then the receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem like they were really concerned with my problem. After seeing the doctor I was more impressed. They did extensive imaging and took time with me even to the point of helping me get an appointment with a periodontist. Totally impressed. If you need a dentist go see them

Ive never seen my teeth that way—every surface clearly on the screen. It is a touch screen so they could move the 3d image of my teeth around. Dr Nelly pointed out what needs attention and I could see it perfectly on the screen. I have follow up appointments, dental plan, what insurance will pay and what I will owe all in one document handed to me before I left. Very cool.
