Katie, my hygienist, was so good. She was friendly, took her job seriously, and I had the best cleaning I have had in several years. Dr. Mathis was easy to talk to and I think we have found our new dentist and dental practice! Thank you for a good first experience and I hope this will be our dental team now.

Both the attending dental assistant, ROSE, and Dr. Mathis put me at ease immediately. I highly recommend them both. They were genuinely pleasant, gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable, which are invaluable qualities when treating those with dental anxiety. Let me take this opportunity to say THANK YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: My insurance recently changed, so i had to find a new dentist in network. They got me in very quickly for a painful tooth that recently cracked that needed to be extracted. Everyone was so nice, and I can't say enough about how comfortable my hygienist Melody made me feel. 10 out of 10!!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is great! Friendly staff and always on time! I can’t say enough good things about them!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Goodman Road Dental is always uplifting! It is one of the finest dentist offices I've ever visited. The staff exudes warmth and kindness, and the dental hygienist is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Been to dentists, hygienists & front desks but they are the best from start to finish!! Great professionally and at the same time warm & friendly! I recommend this place however far you might be,worth the drive too!!! May God bless this place & prosper it for God’s glory!!!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Stonecipher and the hygienists are awesome. Wish I could say the same for the front desk. When I went in for my 2nd cleaning of the year they informed me I would have to pay for it because my insurance would not cover it. I contacted my insurance for confirmation and found out they would cover it. Not sure why they were trying to charge me. Guess I will look for another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at this office is extremely kind and understanding. They do great work and genuinely care

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy. My hygienist Katie and Dr. Mathis were friendly and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I have loved Goodman Rd Dental since the first time I went. They are gentle, kind, honest and make you feel at home when you're there. I've dealt mostly with Kerry, Michelle and Mel but the entire staff seems great. Best Dental office I've ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: All appointments have been exceptional. Recently, Katie, dental hygienist, made an unexpected necessary procedure complete in very professional and considerate manner. Thanks, Katie!

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist Cary and Dr Patrick are always prompt, courteous, and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: They are a fantastic bunch. They are very thorough, make sure you are comfortable and understand what is owed. What is needing to be done and will work with you and give you options to complete what's needed to be done. Thanks for your kindness and willingness to make my family feel comfortable in the care your office gives. And the only male straight hygienist:)( that's an inside joke not to be taken wrong by anyone) possibly in the area is knowledgeable on some pretty funny dad jokes. Shout out to you for a great cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so upbeat here, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists. I had both a different hygienist and dentist today because my regulars were both out on vacation. They were equally as friendly, efficient, and gentle. They discussed a small concern I had and gave me a quote of what the procedure would cost so I could make an informed decision. I will be going back in next week for the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was well trained very friendly. Seemed to enjoy and work well with all employees. My visit was very positive and I left feeling very good and satisfied with my visit

Experiencia fantástica: As always the people are great and I would recommend this dentist office to anyone needing a place. The only thing that was not pleasing was the complete absence of personality in the room of my dental hygienist that cleans my teeth. He is amazing but his room was stripped of all the personal touches of Christmas decor he used to have up which was very pleasant to people like me that have extreme anxiety to go to the doctor or dentist. Please bring back the lovely distraction that helped me as well as many others I am sure!

Experiencia fantástica: My visit to the dental office was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and provided thorough, informative care. I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire experience

Experiencia fantástica: Very profesional. Explain all details about the procedure, pricing and time. Great work.

Experiencia fantástica: Love my hygienist - she is thorough & friendly Never have to wait

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional staff. Made me comfortable throughout the procedure. Let me know everything that was going to happen.

Experiencia positiva: My visit at Goodman Road Dental was a really good experience. I gave four stars simply because I think there's always room to grow. Kerry, my hygienist, was absolutely awesome. He has a great personality, did a fantastic job; very thorough cleaning! I could tell he likes what he's doing and he cares. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and nice. I've been looking for a good dental office (hygienist, dentist and front desk personnel) for a few years. I think I've found it!! Thanks you all so much for your care and attentiveness.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience ever! I have never had problems with my teeth or issues with cleanings. I had a wisdom tooth become infected. Dr. Stonecipher gave me 5 days of antibiotics and scheduled the pulling 8 days out. After numerous shots and over 20 minutes of pulling, I couldn't take anymore. I was sweating and had tears rolling down my face. Thankfully, the assistant suggested a break. Stonecipher set down his tool, walked out without a word and never returned. I was handed a post it note with the tooth number and told to call an oral surgeon. Upon returning home, I discovered the tooth was half out of the socket. I was forced to pay an emergency, out of pocket oral surgeon to remove the infected tooth. Worst dentist ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Dental Hygienist who cares about his patients and is super efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Excellent staff and just very comfortable atmosphere

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patrick was excellent and very patient.Appointement was very precise. Would recommend

I’m so glad I found them.

Experiencia fantástica: I am usually scaredy-cat to go to the dentist, I fractured a tooth and leaving out of town so needed help quickly, Goodman dental got me right in, everyone from the front desk, dental assistant and the dentist , gave me all my options, and made me feel comfortable. I booked another appointment and going to start going there now.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my very first experience with dental practice in the United States and I it was excellent. Service, equipment, attention... everything was very nice and professional. Especial thanks to hygienist Jennifer for her patience and personalized attention. I also have to say that I'm very pleased to the administration staff that provided me within a blink all the info I requested. As I said: five stars as my first impression to this place. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and service at reasonable pricing.

Experiencia fantástica: We are newer to the area and have struggled to find a good family dentist…but WOW!! The dentist and the assistants are so kind. I had considered canceling my appointment because I didn’t have any one to watch my baby while I got the work I needed done. I’m so glad I didn’t! They were amazing with my baby from the moment we walked in! He was laughing and happy as can be the entire time! I was able to get the work I needed, which I am also thoroughly impressed with. We have finally found our family dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this office. The complete staff from the time you enter the office to the time you leave are always very professional, thorough, nice and personable. I wouldn’t entrust my dental health to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great group of people! I was really nervous because I’ve had the same dentist all of my life. I moved to Olive Branch last year and had to find a new dentist! They made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience! From the first phone call as a new patient all the way to the end of our cleaning appointment it was nothing but exceptional.
