I’ll definitely be back. My wait time was short. I completed all my paper work online. My appt was at 3:00 I was on my way and out the door by 4:00pm. But what sold me on this place was the HOLY BIBLE in the waiting area, That was my confirmation that this would be my new DentistHome. Where ever God is included I want to be. I’ll definitely be scheduling my next appt for my surgery.

A little back story I overslept and missed my appointment and was able to reschedule the next day. When I got there i was asked to pay another deposit. I know I was supposed to pay it but me being ignorant and not thinking thought it was a good idea to tell them I'm leaving to find someone else. One of the worse decisions I have made. From the moment you walk into a clean entrance with smiling greeting faces til you escorted to the back for your exam in a nice clean room with a tv to keep you entertained eventhough your wait is never long. Everyone there has been sweet. The best part is, you & your kids can be seen at the same place keep you from having to find a new place once those little ones become teens, so they with you till the end, so go ahead and give them a try.

Experiencia positiva: As always very nice. My first review was sabotaged by my child climbing all over me and not paying attention to what I clicked after a 12 hour shift in the sun. We did have to do some painful gum corrections 3x over because the first two shave attempts on the molar weren’t satisfactory, which I completely respect. The dentist and her attendant were amazing and very professional and also made me feel very safe during the procedure.

Experiencia negativa: My experience has been horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The scheduling process has been extremely frustrating. I scheduled an appointment, completed all of the required information, and then my appointment was canceled. This has now happened twice. Each time, I had to fill out the information again, only to have my appointment canceled. The lack of communication and repeated cancellations have made this a very disappointing experience.

From the initial X-rays to my time with the hygienist and finally meeting Dr. Knight, my experience exceeded every expectation. I overheard the hygienist complimenting a dental assistant on a job well done while providing my care. From the time I walk in the door until I walk out they are extremely patient and kind with me. One thing that I love is they explain everything. The check in/new patient process was done before my appointment. So when I got there for my appointment there was no more paperwork to be signed (halleuh!) Next, let's talk about the aesthetic of the waiting room. It gave homey, warmness. The color combinations and the interior selections should grace the front of an interior design magazine. The front desk members are sweet and welcoming. Carmen, my dental hygienist, was so sweet and made sure I was educated on what and why she was doing something during my cleaning. Carmen thoroughly assessed my teeth and educated me on some important tips to ensure that I maintain good gum health. Dr. Knight was so kind and welcoming. She made sure I didn't have any questions and commended me on the health of my teeth. If I could give this office ten stars, I would. If you are looking for a new dental home, try them! And if you have little ones, there is a pediatric dentist in there as well. You won't be disappointed.

It started with a very friendly, engaging, phone call with Crystal at front desk when calling to make appointment; She was patient and informative. I called on Tuesday and was given appointment on Thursday. On day of appointment, I was greeted with Southern hospitality and smiles from front desk staff. Within 10 minutes of waiting, I was greeted by hygienist Sharicka, who took my X-rays, explained in details the process and had a welcoming and kind disposition. She explained the results of X rays and introduced me to hygienist Camryn, who further highlighted the results. Afterwards, she performed a detailed, thorough teeth cleaning. Camryn gave me constructive feedback and expressed pertinent recommendations. Afterwards, Dr. Knight, entered room with warm greetings, performed final checks, and expressed concerns relative to the preventive maintenance and future dental enhancements. If looking for a well qualified team of professionals that are detailed, committed, genuine, and understanding give KOS a chance to earn your business. I am highly impressed and grateful.

She smiled from the time our telephone conversation begun, until I walked into the office. and until I left the office. Stephanie and Andrea were amazing as well. Experiencia fantástica: When my family and I walked in the atmosphere was very friendly! Everyone had big bright smiles on their faces and greeted us! We felt so welcomed! When my sons received their cleaning and exams, I loved how Dr. Freddie and his assistant Stephanie educated me and my sons about their teeth. Dr. Freddie is real down to earth and very cool! Stephanie is cool too! When I left , I learned so much! My family and I most definitely found our dental family!!!

Dr. Knight, who was professional, gentle, and reassuring during a stressful time, gave me options related to the type of care I needed to receive and was able to deliver as always. The office is so welcoming and even opens its doors to training students enrolled in dental and other healthcare programs.
