They are always efficient and very friendly. I believe I have seen three different hygienists and all have been knowledgeable and caring about me as a person and in caring about my teeth. He’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable. Today was my daughter’s very first trip to the dentist, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing the entire team was. They made what could have been a scary experience so fun and relaxed. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was welcoming, patient, and so sweet with her. They helped her feel comfortable every step of the way, and she left all smiles (and already asking when she gets to come back!). If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients—whether you’re an adult or bringing your little ones for their very first visit—Darrow Family Dental Centre is the place to go. Both the doctors and staff know their stuff and do a great job. It was also easy to get an appointment and their location is in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The dentist was to the point, but I am concerned that she is trying to give her husband business by recommending that I get my wisdom teeth remove by his office. I will be getting a second opinion and likely won't be returning to her.

She is very gentle in her technique, very friendly and puts me at ease whenever I am lucky enough to sit in her chair. Give that girl a raise!

We are very satisfied with their service for general cleaning as well as more serious issues. You can generally get appointments for emergencies within a couple of hours. In addition to good care, I love their punctuality. They value patient’s time.

Experiencia negativa: Would give a 0 star review if I could. Lucky enough this business has good/nice receptionist and dental hygienist. They will get you in there for an appointment and make it sound promising, however once the Dr comes in. Be prepared to be talked down towards, treated as if you're much less then he is because you have things wrong with your teeth, be prepared to leave feeling worse about yourself then when you went in. Be prepared to be asked "why are you here" as if it's not obvious, to get the medical professional help you need. The DR. Has absolutely zero bed side manor or understanding that not every one can afford hundreds or thousands out of pocket, because we all aren't Drs. Came to this terrible establishment in hopes to get a second opinion, only to pay more money for X-rays that they already previously had from my other Dentist. And walked out with 0 help, crying and being treated as if I was much less or had the worst teeth out there. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

He is soo good that I dozed off and nearly fell asleep while he was doing extensive repairs on my teeth. Yea! You read that right! How many people can say that!? Not only is Dr. Caruso the best dentist in the mid west, but everyone that works there is on your side! If you need something ran through insurance the girls in the front won't stop until these insurance companies give you the best price possible! This dental team does not try to nickle and dime you. If you don't need it, or it didn't take as much work to complete, then you don't pay for it. And if you fear someone might judge you because your teeth aren't that great, then worry no more! I can attest from my own experience that my teeth were pretty rough. Dr. Caruso and team didn't judge me at all. They talked me through everything and helped me begin to fix my issues and made me feel good about coming back. And his dental assistants are second to none! They all made Dr. Coruso's work soo seamless! And they are soo friendly! It's nice to have someone explain things in laymens terms because I don't know what a buckle on 9 means. I ain't got no belt in my mouth! Lol Overall, I would recommend Darrow Family Dental to everyone! I leave their office with a reason to smile. Especially since they do such a good job on my teeth! So, this is a BIG thank you to Dr. Caruso and everyone who has helped me through my process. It has been more than a year of hard work and patience from all of you there at Darrow Family Dental! Experiencia negativa: My first appointment here, I was told I needed two teeth extracted and that they don't do extractions so I would need to go somewhere else. The dentist refused to send a referral to the other dentist I went to. They also refused to send over x-rays. She claims she never told me about extractions. I don't know why she would lie about this. Confused, I called to ask them about it and was spoken rudely to by the young office lady. I kindly asked her to have the dentist call me, which she never bothered. Then I received a letter in the mail telling me to not come back. I will never go back there,letter or not! I have never been treated more poorly at any other dentist office. If you are thinking about going here, don't waste your time. If you need any work done that they don't do, and go to a place they don't like, they will drop you.

My wait was short, and they really paid attention to me when I was in the chair. They made sure I was not just comfortable, but also that I was satisfied with the final product. My procedure went quickly and was painless. I will be telling all of my friends about Dr. Caruso!

They were accommodating with letting me bring my toddler along and even gave her a kiddie toothbrush for being good. Parking was a little tricky to figure out, but it's a nice complex. I also wish the dentist was open longer hours/more days of the week. It took a while for me to get an appointment, but they were very kind and regularly reached out to me about cancellations so I could come in sooner.
