Experiencia negativa: I've been coming in for over 2 years now. I have had nothing but issues with my dentures. They haven't fit right since day one. I tell them the problems and get treated like I'm stupid. The dentures were loose the teeth were to large and went out like horse teeth. I try to explain my issues just to be told to go somewhere else, to get a refund. I've been very patient and have tried working with several different people. This place as no bedside manor. I am so disappointed in my service, such a waste of my time and money.

Experiencia negativa: This was my first time visiting this location for a tooth infection that I had. The dentist did confirm that I had an infection and she said that she would provide me antibiotics for the weekend since they would be closed for the 4th of July. I go in the next day to CVS to get my antibiotics and they didn't even bother to send my medication through. So now I'm suffering the entire holiday weekend with a tooth infection because it was too much of an inconvenience.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned at 11:00 a.m. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited at 11:30 a young man walked in told the receptionist, his name and that his appointment was for 10:30 (he was an hour late). The receptionist told him to have a seat and they'd be right with him. 15 or 20 minutes later they called his name and he went back. Now I've been sitting for 50 minutes. This whole time I've only seen them come out and get one person other than the young man that came in an hour late. There was a woman sitting in the waiting room with me that came in before me. I asked her what time her appointment was and she said hers was also at 11:00 a.m.. we got to talking about the fact that the young man came in an hour late and still got to go back before we did when we were sitting there waiting the whole time. The receptionist then said that they were running behind and asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I told her NO that I had already taken off of work to be there today. So I sat and waited longer. Finally after being there an hour and a half and still not being taken back to a room I got up and left. That was so rude of them. The guy that was an hour late should have been rescheduled not the people that were sitting waiting for their appointment time that came and went. I should charge them for not holding up to their end of the deal with their appointments. My time cost me money and is important too. I will not be going back there!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had a wisdom teeth extraction scheduled, Time off put in everything ready to go from Insurance to starving myself for 8 hours. I waited patiently for my appointment date just to have it rescheduled after going through everything because they had a cancellations and the Oral Surgeon just left wasting my time and money because because I wasn't able to come in earlier. That's just disrespectful and rude. I got told I should have had the hole day available to come in but I was not told that when making the appointment especially because I would have to have someone drive me back because you're not supposed to drive after the removal. (So in short I've gone 8 hours with no food, 3 days unpaid unless I'm able to ask to come in those days, and for sure one day pay gone for nothing. Now I have to decide if I reschedule or Cancel because I'm uncertain on the reliability of them and if it's a Dental Care System situation then I don't feel confident in the system entirely. The Oral Surgeon themselves seems to be the big issue in this situation. The staff is nice just maybe with a bit of a communication issue. Other wise they're kind at least.)

Experiencia negativa: My daughter went there to just get a filling replaced. After an hour and a half, she was told that her tooth was too soft to replace the filling and it would need pulled. Additionally, she would need several teeth pulled and she would need to get veneers because her teeth “were going to fall out.” To scare a young girl this way in order to sell services or products is disgusting. Fast forward a week, she went to my family run dentist who was able to fill her tooth and said that her teeth were fine. She was in and out in 30 minutes. I will NEVER suggest anyone go to any Aspen Dental ever. Putting sales over the wellbeing of a patient and using scare tactics against a young woman is despicable and reprehensible. They should be ashamed.

They took unnecessary X-Rays that we will probably be billed for when the X-Rays had already been sent to their other location. I feel this place is only about making money. My husband went in for emergency treatment and got nothing. They lied about what they could do. We will never go there again.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough great things about Dr Hall. Saw her for a wisdom tooth consult and he was extremely understanding and informative about how to navigate a care plan. The following week I found out after a consult with an oral surgeon that I wouldn’t be a candidate for general anesthesia. I called back and Dr Hall got me in immediately and was able to accommodate and walk me through the process and as someone who has a big fear of dentistry she did a wonderful job.

Experiencia negativa: I went to get a root canal and crown and they never did the procedure never got the root canal or crown, and they kept sending me a bill for the work they didn’t do. And I called them to fix this mistake and they said they would get rid of the false charge. And I’m now getting a collections letter in the mail for the false bill don’t use this shady money hungry dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hall is absolutely wonderful and so kind, my visit was nothing but great. I was so nervous going in and had lots of concerns and she addressed every single one and definitely made sure I knew what was happening. We established a treatment plan and went over the costs.. now it’s a lot and I do have to pay a lot of my own pocket but my dental insurance seems to cover little. They do have a finance program you can apply for to help with the costs and Jen was super nice and helpful during that process and understood this was a lot and tried getting me the best possible payment plan. Overall best dentist I’ve ever been to and I will continue to use Aspen Dental as my primary dentist. Wonderful team as well!

This the the third time in the last 2 year that i went in only to be told they canceled the appointment because the hygienist was not here that day. This time knowing that they could cancel, i called last week to confirm and was told everything is good. Was told they called and lvm also emailed none to be found on my side. Beside this there has been billing issues which got charged wrong and months later i received a invoice which i had to solve. This was the last straw, avoid this place if you can, you have been warned.

After agreeing to a price for dental work and paying in the 2 equal payments they wanted paid over 1 week we received another bill in the mail for $1,400. Where that amount of money came from is unknown We also received no help from Brianna who.never returned our calls even after actually admitting we had no balance due. We have been getting notices of this balance due with threat to turn it over to collection. Our next step is to turn this over to our attorney (with additional cost to us) and go to court if necessary. We never in our 85 years have had something like this happen to us and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A REPUTABLE DENTIST OR YOU MAY GO THROUGH THE AGREGATION WE HAVE..... BASED ON THIS UNAUTHORIZED EXTRA CHARGE, LACK OF CONCERN, LACK OF RETURN CALLS AND JUST PLAIN UNPROFESSIONSISM AND A JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN ATTITUDE I WOULD NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Experiencia negativa: I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about Aspen Dental in Streetsboro. My boyfriend was treated there in May 2025 and paid his full responsibility in two separate payments, exactly as quoted. Months later, when he tried to reschedule an appointment, he was suddenly told he had a “past due balance” that was about to be sent to collections. I had to help him make calls to the office, which turned into an extremely frustrating experience. The staff member we spoke with (Brianna) refused to listen, talked over us, and would not escalate the issue to a manager. She eventually hung up on him. Despite providing proof of payment, Aspen has still not corrected their records or given any reassurance that this won’t be wrongfully sent to collections. This situation has caused us unnecessary stress, wasted time, and serious concern about potential damage to his credit. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Patients deserve better than to be threatened with collections after paying their bill in full.

Experiencia negativa: I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at Aspen Dental in Streetsboro. On 5/28/25 I was quoted a treatment plan showing my responsibility as $1,465.82. I paid exactly that amount: $700 on the day of service and $765.82 on 6/5/25. Months later I was blindsided when told I had a “past due balance soon to be sent to collections.” I never received a call or email about this supposed balance until I specifically asked. When I called to resolve the issue, office staff member Brianna Ghann was dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, refused to review my account, and offered no help. When I asked for a manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then told no one was available. I left a message and never got a call back. Today I followed up again, asked for management, and was told they were unavailable once more. I then asked for contact information for someone in management and was told no. Brianna ultimately hung up on me. This office failed to credit my payments, threatened collections without justification, refused to escalate my issue, and treated me with complete disregard. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The girl at the front desk whispers when she speaks and looks as if she just woke up. They told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done on my teeth and couldn’t answer any of my questions about the work they are saying that is necessary. They said if I don’t do it then my teeth will need removed and replaced so the false teeth. Best park was the doc was telling me all of this without even actually looking at my teeth. I went to another dentist 3 weeks later to get a second opinion and they said my teeth look great and no further work was needed. I tried to call the Aspen dental office for more information on the work they wanted me to get done and they never answered my questions and never called me back. Corporate Aspen Dental is scamming people out of their money. Shame on them. Do not go here.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a cleaning with the dental hygenist, Allie, and a check up with my dentist Dr. Hall. She showed me that one of my old fillings from 20 years ago had cracked and explained to me why it would need to be replaced with a crown. She kept me well informed every step of the way (this was my first time getting a crown) and the end result was perfect! I was pretty nervous on how close the crown would fit but I'm shocked at how natural it feels. Dr. Hall is great and I'll keep her as my family dentist as long as I can!

(Which I was unaware of before I had walked in) I know they can get people in quickly, but not worth your time or money whatsoever.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited this dental office for a standard cleaning After the initial examination with lot of xrays and scanning the doctor recommended a deep cleaning to remove plaque and tartar below the gumline, stating it was necessary for my dental health. I shocked when they quoted me over $2000, with $1200 being out-of-pocket for cleaning service. I requested to proceed with the standard cleaning since my insurance would cover that. However, I was informed that because the doctor recommended a deep cleaning, I could no longer opt for the standard cleaning. This felt unfair, as I believe I should have the right to choose what treatment I receive. While taking appointment and in office I stated multiple time that I came for basic cleaning . So this visit felt just a consultation with almost $8000 teeth treatment that might be good but not necessary or requested. Now I am not sure if I can go to other dental for general cleaning as my insurance need doctor assigned. I really felt that they should hear the patient first, what patient came for other than up selling and eventually not treating basic treatment.

Went in with a slight toothache and the office performed several procedures without checking to see what the cost would be incurred after my insurance did not get permission for anything and ended up running up $162 bill even though I have good dental insurance. And came up with a treatment plan Over $9000 on which my insurance doesn't cover anything. This office is all about up selling The patient. This is sales dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental of Streetsboro assisted me, early in the morning, even though I didn't have an appointment. I had a tooth that had a hairline crack, but had not bothered me. I went on vacation and on my last night away from home, I noticed some discomfort. When I arrived back in Cleveland on July 10th, I called 2 other dentist/surgeon's offices and I couldn't get an appointment until July 28th and August 7th, respectively. My husband was aware of the pain I was experiencing so he started looking. He came upon Aspen Dental in Streetsboro and realized they were open the next morning (which was Saturday) and they took walk-ins. When I got up on Saturday, I was in excruciating pain. I told him, let's go. We arrived right after they opened and they took me right in. My experience with Dr. Sawhill was THE BEST. The office and dental staff were also awesome. In addition, from the start, Brianna, receptionist was so welcoming and concerned about my condition. Ruby took care of me by performing a thorough diagnostic of my teeth thru x-rays. Diana assistant Dr. Sawhill with the actual surgery and post x-rays. I also had an implant completed in place of the extracted tooth. I didn't even know you could do that. I asked Dr. Sawhill how did I do as a patient thru all of this and he said I did really good. I told him that he was great. He had to tell me that my tooth was completely out, otherwise I would not have known. PAINLESS! I'll be honest with you, the worst part was becoming numb. Once they completed that task, I was good to go, In summary, go to Aspen Dental of Streetsboro and see Dr. Sawhill and his amazing team. You will be glad you did and on your way to recovery. Although, I'm still healing, I feel 100% better.

I only went there because they could get me in same day, and now I know why. They also wanted to secure payment up front, and have me come back a different day in order to get the work done. These people even go as far as trying to collect the full amount even after the bill is already paid. If you go to Aspen, make sure you have a lawyer ready to send them a threatening letter once they try collecting on a bill that has already been satisfied. VERY SHADY BUSINESS.

I was open to preventive measures but was shocked when they quoted me over $2000, with $1000 being out-of-pocket. When I expressed my inability to afford that, they suddenly came back with a new quote of around $400 out-of-pocket. Even then, that amount was still too steep for me. I politely requested to proceed with the standard cleaning since my insurance would cover that. However, I was informed that because the doctor recommended a deep cleaning, I could no longer opt for the standard cleaning. This felt unfair, as I believe I should have the right to choose what treatment I receive, especially considering I have never had a cavity or any tooth decay. It's disappointing that patient choice seems to be overlooked in favor of more expensive treatments. A general cleaning should always be an option, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I won't be returning to this office.

They got my husband in for denture repair within 3 hours and fixed within an hour and cost was very fair! The office was very clean and all the staff were very positive and pleasant! After much difficulties through my dental travels, through another disappointment of another dental office I was referred to Aspen, I was immediately seen and telling my story to Dr. Hall, she wasted no time in getting me started after waiting for 2 yrs due having not able to smile or enjoy my favorite foods once again! the process with very quick in a very short time, I got my new dentures! She was courteous and knew exactly what I wanted and they came back perfect! I got my smile back! thank you Dr. Hall, she went above and beyond for me. You will not be disappointed! You got me for life!

I was promised after financing my root canal they would work with my dental to get me a credit of 1000…the fill all the forms incorrectly…wrong tooth wrong dr on file, npi or license number called and spoke with supervisor and they NEVER call me back to fix this

Experiencia negativa: I showed up needing a tooth extraction made an appointment informed them of my insurance show up just to be told we don’t take your insurance I said so when I got told you did, you lied and they just shook their head and shrugged their shoulders and said I’m sorry about that. You’re sorry you wasted my time when I was in need of help Would not recommend this place unprofessional do not know what they’re doing giving false information out.

Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled an emergency appointment and was able to get in very quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone working seemed to be very happy and were having fun at work. Even though I was in pain my visit was great.

Experiencia positiva: The dentists and staff are always very nice and welcoming and have always done a great job. I give less than 5 stars however because it seems like they don't know what's going on with the finances half the time. Was quoted a price. Put down a large deposit thinking id owe a little bit. So after the first visit was told id owe x amount of money. Next visit I dont owe anything and they still have half my deposit to use. Go in again and was told I owe x amount and after telling them I was told half my deposit still needs to be used was told never mind. Make sure you get a print out of where your money is going because that is very sketchy in my opinion. As much as I love my dentists I think I'll be going elsewhere to not be scammed out of money.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a mouth injury, getting in was very convenient, when my dentist was not available. I felt injury was infected but accepted doctor's order for rinse and no oral abx. The problem arose when I developed fever the next day and no other cold/gi symptoms. I called back and informed them I thought it was infected. I was told there is no way it is infected, it's not related go to your primary care. I got in with my dentist only to find out it was infected. They should have scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure, but didn't. I was told "my son had a fever for no reason the other day lots of stuff going around".
