Experiencia fantástica: I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Isakov and the entire team at Arsmiles! I rarely write long reviews, but they completely changed my experience and absolutely deserve it. I found them last summer when I was desperate for help after my previous dentist’s work on my front implant crowns caused discomfort and left me needing significant cosmetic correction, less than two months before my wedding. I was missing one of my front crowns entirely, while the other would later need to be removed and redone. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and so worried I wouldn’t have my smile back in time for my wedding. What stood out to me immediately was how caring and helpful they were before I had even stepped into the office. When I called to explain my situation, they listened with so much compassion and urgency and made me feel genuinely cared for right away. They worked quickly to get me scheduled and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help. From my very first appointment, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Isakov took the time to explain every step to me. He used digital scanning to quickly send images to the lab and personally followed up to ensure my front crown would look natural, feel comfortable, and be the most hygienic, long-term solution for my implants. He was able to rush everything through for me, and I was absolutely blown away that my crown came back perfect on the first try. With just a few weeks to spare before my wedding, I had the new crown placed and finally felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. Fast forward to now, I recently had my other front crown re-done and once again had a quick, easy experience. I’ve also had cleanings and a filling done here, all with the same high level of expertise and comfort every time. Beyond the incredible dental work, the entire staff is just amazing. Every time I walk in, they know me by name and show such genuine care. Everyone is so kind, and it’s clear they truly enjoy being there. The office is beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. They’re incredibly responsive and accommodating, with great availability, which has made it easy to get seen when needed. I am beyond grateful for this office and truly cannot recommend them highly enough. They gave me my confidence back for one of the most important days of my life and helped me achieve the smile I’ve always wanted! :)

Once I got over my initial novocaine shot, because I'm afraid of needles, it was smooth sailing from there on out. I was asked if I have any concerns about the procedure and I told Dr. O that I'm scared of the shot. I felt heard, I felt listened to and I felt like my concern was not taken lightly. The team worked together beautifully during my procedure and it was perfect. The doctors, the staff, and even the location are as perfect as you can ask for.

I came to Dr. C at Arsmiles and she and her team removed the old crown, and created me a new crown, seated the new crown all In one day. The professionalism of everyone at the dentist office is amazing. Everyone is so kind and make me feel so welcomed. Experiencia negativa: I would give a zero if it was possible. The Dr. never would return my calls and staff covered up for the Dr. I was only a cash cow to them and not treated with respect. The office was to replace a flipper that cracked in three places. I advised that during the winter I would be out of town. Upon arrival back to Ohio, I called numerous times to bring it in to be paid for the bad, cheap job done by the Dr. and staff. I even had to get a loan. The office to me not well ran. Many excuses on why they could not give me my money back when poor services was given to me. I pray others stay away from being treated like a cash cow. It's all about money and once they get it and use up all your insurance. You are not appreciated and you no longer someone they want to deal with at all. Shame on you on how you went back on your word. Shame on you for never keeping the promise to call me back. I would never in life consider your office and hope others stay clear from your practice.

She's helped me significantly with my TMJ pain by crafting and adjusting a night guard to release pressure equally on all my teeth. I can't recommend this top-notch dental office and their amazing team enough. I've been a patient of Dr. Chegini at Arsmiles FAMILY & COSMETIC DENTISTRY for over 12 years now, and I've always been impressed with the excellent and professional service I receive. They truly excel in courtesy, skill, and attention to detail, setting them apart from other dental offices. Unlike some places, they don't pressure you into unnecessary procedures. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff, especially Danielle and Linda, are incredibly friendly. Overall, it's been a consistently fantastic five-star experience for me over the past decade.One thing I really appreciate about this dental office is their use of the latest technology like CEREC and iTero for one-day crowns. It's fascinating to see these procedures in action, and it also helps cut down on transportation costs while ensuring top-notch care. Plus, the background music is so soothing, which adds to the overall experience.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Chegini didn't look at my x-rays or perform an exam before "diagnosing" me with a bad bite and a need for a night guard, which she wanted to charge me $1,500 for. (An office would normally charge $300-600 for one, you can order them made for you for less than $200.) What I actually needed was an emergency root canal, not a night guard, which wouldn't have done anything. She also missed a number of needed fillings because she never really looked at my teeth. I don't think she and her assistant realized I could hear them talking about my case next door. The assistant barely told her anything from the case history, and the doctor never looked at my file. This practice seems like it's engaged in gross incompetence out of a mixture of laziness a desire to grab money from patients by proposing highly price-inflated procedures that aren't covered by insurance.

Despite not having dental insurance, the team at Arsmiles went above and beyond to ensure the procedures were affordable for me, which I truly appreciated. As someone who hadn't visited a dentist in quite some time, I was understandably nervous. However, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the comforting demeanor of the staff, immediately put me at ease. The dentist, in particular, was incredibly understanding and took the time to address all of my concerns, making the entire experience surprisingly pleasant. The most remarkable aspect, though, was the quality of the work done. I had two of the cavities filled in my front teeth, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The fillings are practically invisible, and you'd be hard-pressed to even notice that any work had been done. Their attention to detail and commitment to achieving excellent results truly impressed me. Overall, I cannot recommend Arsmiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry highly enough. From their affordability and friendliness to their impeccable workmanship, they have exceeded all of my expectations. I arrived with a recurrent pain that other dentists had urged me to treat by replacing a crown or undergoing deep cleaning — the latter being a two-visit process. Dr. Chegini was able to identify that my pain stemmed from a problematic bite that caused me to grind through the night. She created a custom night guard for me, and to my surprise, I’m no longer troubled by the pain that kept me miserable. For the first time, I felt a dentist genuinely cared about resolving my problems comprehensively. I have to appreciate Dr. Chegini’s honesty in treating problems from the root, rather than creating more through temporary solutions and unnecessary procedures to rack up a bill. Experiencia fantástica: I have had a tooth over the past year that kept getting darker and darker. It got to the point I noticed it in pictures and every day when I looked in the mirror. I finally got so sick of it that I looked around for a holistic dentist. My mom found Arsmiles and I called and they got me in, in the matter of a day. They saw me, gave me suggestions and truly listened to what I was trying to avoid (root canal). They then mentioned a vaneer. They got me in the next week and did it all within an hour. They took me back got started right away and I left with a white tooth and felt confident in my smile. They are so caring and welcoming. I love them all and can’t recommend them enough. Experiencia fantástica: I am beyond impressed with Arsmiles dentistry. Even during a global pandemic, I received superior care and prompt service. Dr. Chegini created a smile makeover plan for me and executed it to perfection. She is very thorough and quite informative, explaining all parts of my care, including how the treatments tailored to my needs would benefit my health (something I have not experienced elsewhere). The staff was excellent as well, and being a small practice, I was able to meet each employee and was always warmly welcomed. I am looking forward to returning with my husband and daughter, as this versatile office is also great with small children. 10/10 would recommend for all dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Edit after getting a crown put on by the dentist: I stand by my review for the cleanings, however I do not recommend this dentist at all and will no longer be returning. While preparing my tooth for the crown, she used the drill on a few surrounding teeth to "fix my bite" and didn't bother to smooth them out leaving them rough and ridged to the touch. She did the same thing on the actual new crown too so now every tooth on that side of my mouth is unpleasant when my tongue rubs against them. Even worse, one day later and the gums surrounding the tooth with the new crown are still swollen and bleeding...maybe infected. Throughout this whole procedure, she tried to sell me on a night guard and getting two fillings, which my previous dentist disagreed with. If only my previous dentist wasn't in a different state, I never would have gone through this trauma. Did I even need a crown on this tooth? PROBABLY NOT! Seriously avoid this place. -- Great cleaning done by Marissa. Really friendly and thorough. I’ve been a few times and plan to continue going to Arsmiles for my teeth cleanings.

Experiencia positiva: Marissa (the cleaner) was fantastic! They were very good about communicating what they were going to do before they did it when cleaning my teeth. They even showed me a cavity with a picture of my teeth. When it came time for a filling my wish to have both sides of my mouth numbed because I was having fillings on both sides of my mouth was not respected. The dentist had explicitly told me that I would be numbed on both sides prior to the fillings.. I have sensitive teeth and made the dentist aware of that before hand and there was quite a bit of pain and stress for me. Overall not a good experience for me when getting a filling but the cleaning was good. Can't say I would recommend it to people with sensitive teeth.

Experiencia negativa: The location is good, the building is beautiful, and the staff is WONDERFUL. The hygienists are phenomenal. The thing that ruins it all? The dentist herself. She's not mean, but she's very harsh, rough, and doesn't listen to me. She does not communicate well and she's constantly trying to sell me on stuff. She's always pushing me to buy something or do a specific procedure with her (which are really expensive, unlike anywhere else I've ever gone) and even acts offended when I say I don't have the money or will have to go to a different place which quoted me lower prices. I don't doubt her skills as a dentist but her arrogance and bad bedside manner is just too much to get past. I get a feeling like I'm talking to a salesman trying to con me when she talks to me, being so pushy... She's unnecessarily rough on my teeth and, again, does not listen to my questions or requests. It's such a shame that I have to go somewhere else because, seriously, the office and the rest of the staff are truly wonderful.

I’ve moved away twice and I always make sure I come back for my appointments, because I know I won’t get better treatment anywhere else. My hygienist, Marissa, was very friendly, while still remaining professional while she was cleaning my teeth, complimenting me on what a great job that I was doing with my dental homecare. This is why I love Dr. Chegini's practice. She and her staff make you want to do better with your day to day teeth cleaning without lecturing or using "scare tactics" to try to make you want to do better, both of which don't work for me at all. It's more like you want to make her and the others proud of you for keeping up with your cleanings and besides the obvious reason of wanting to keep my real teeth for as long as possible, I want to make the staff's job as easy as possible. They all work so hard there and see so many patients. I don't want to make their jobs any more difficult, so I do the best that I can at home because they are the best! And I will say one more thing to prove my point. My job offers me decent insurance, so that I am able to go to the dentist as I need to with ease. But I've been going to Arsmiles for so long now that I would not want to go anywhere else to get my teeth the care that they need. If my insurance was suddenly canceled and I had to pay out of pocket, I would do it, just so that I could continue to see Dr. Chegini and the staff at her practice. I know that they would work with me on some kind of payment plan so that I could pay off whatever my bill was, as my credit is good and they know that I am trustworthy and reliable as I have done this before for remaining balances that my insurance didn't cover. If you are unsure of who to see for your dental needs, go with Arsmiles. I guarantee that you won't regret it! Updated: 6-24-23

Experiencia fantástica: It is always a pleasure to be seen by these dentists and staff members. I was never excited to go to the dentist until I came here. I have been going to Arsmiles for a little under 2 years now and can firmly say that they are effective in their work, respect preference of procedure/bodily choice, will always display the full range of options for treatment and thoroughly explain those options - such as how it is performed, it’s effects, the ramifications of the current conditions, and the cost to rectify them. Their affable environment never fails to exude comfort and professionalism. The staff will always greet you with a smile and you will never be waiting for long when you arrive, making this dentistry facility preferable if you have a tight schedule to adhere to. I can say with confidence that it is a 5 star experience, and will continue to get my dentistry done here. Also, marissa is awesome :).

I had four veneers done by Dr. Chegini who was very professional, explained every step of the procedure, and took a long time to make sure everything looked perfect. Dr. Chegini is not only a really skilled dentist but she truly cares about her patients and about a holistic approach to one's dental issues. She would not recommend something that she doesn't believe will truly help the patient obtain the desired result. Her assistant Linda was warm and welcoming and you can tell that they make a really well synchronized team-in fact, they have worked together for over 15 years! I was a bit nervous because I was unsure of how things would go but as it turned out, I had no reason to be, because our experience at Arsmiles was wonderful. First, I just want to give a shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk. I’m terrible at remembering names but all of you were amazing! Thanks for being so nice and welcoming to all of us. I really appreciate how sweet and gentle the nurse was with my boys. It was their first time, so they didn’t know much but she was very patient with them. The doctor was very friendly and had great bedside manners. My little ones had a great time with her and couldn’t wait to get home to tell everyone about it. Arsmiles truly didn’t feel like most medical offices I’m used to. You know, the cold, stiff, unwelcoming atmosphere that is common in some doctors’ offices. It was nothing like that! Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. I’ll be switching our entire family to this practice and will be recommending to everyone I know.

This unfavorable dental genetics has always had me worried. The older I got, the more it became evident that I was seeing my future… until I met Dr. Chegini and Arsmiles Dentistry. Not only did she correct years of just plain old or subpar work, but she made every effort to do so for best cosmetic effect. And did I say how painless it is? A few years ago I went through with badly needed cosmetic work. This photo received many compliments on the smiles. Before visiting Arsmiles, I had not been to a dentist for over 8 years, primarily because of my painful past with dentists. Today’s visit confirmed for me that I have a new dental home, and that I will be able to proceed without being afraid, no matter what needs to be done. Lauren was extremely gentle and kind, which was indicative of the office's business culture.
