Experiencia fantástica: Got my teeth cleaned by Christine. She was great! Very patient, kind and caring. Felt well taken care of! Sue in the front was also very helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Hanson Family Dental is such a warm, kind, supportive dental office. I have been going to see Meghan who is the most amazing dental hygienist I have ever met since 2019! She knew I had anxiety about going and has helped me every step of the way. She is the reason I go to my appointment every 6 months! Yesterday I had such a beautiful interaction with Dr. Russo. I was telling her and Meghan that my daughter is thinking about becoming a dental hygienist. One of the reasons is because when she walks through the doors at Hanson family dental she feels comfortable and safe. Dr. Russo told me she got goosebumps from that. It is that kind of place!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the only dentist I go to since returning to Massachusetts and I’ve been very pleased with all my procedures

Experiencia fantástica: My teeth feel so clean!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so friendly & nice! Excited to get to see the new building they are working hard for at my next cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for just over a year. I learned that what my previous dentist was doing was outdated. They have been very professional and I would recommend them. Best thing to do is do your homework first.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE THIS DENTIST!! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and patient. I feel so safe and seen here and I’m not scared of the dentist anymore!

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted with the nicest staff, they made me feel welcome! My dentist Dr. Omar, his assistant Cat made me feel at ease as well. My visit was for a very difficult situation in many ways, they made a big difference helping me with a decision. I appreciate all of them!! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here since I was young. The practice has changed to a younger couple and they have made some nice changes and updates. The staff is all very friendly and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: If you told me a year ago I'd be leaving a glowing review for a dentist, I would've laughed. I have severe dental anxiety, the kind where I start mentally planning my escape before I even sit in the chair. Dr. Omar Ramahi is the first dentist who's actually made me feel comfortable. He's patient, explains everything without making you panic, and somehow keeps the whole experience relaxed. The best part? He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. No "you need $10,000 worth of work" speech. He tells it like it is, gives you the facts, and lets you know what actually needs to be done. That kind of honesty is rare. If you're someone who dreads going to the dentist like I do, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ramahi.

Experiencia fantástica: Anxious patient wonderful experience!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely personable. I never feel rushed during my appointments - they take the time to explain everything clearly, make sure I understand any recommended treatment plan, and patiently answer any questions I have. I always see Megan for my biannual cleanings and she is absolutely lovely. She is thorough, gentle and always makes me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful practice! The staff is excellent. My hygienist, Megan is thorough & professional! The dentists are all first rate! I would recommend this practice to anyone. This recommendation is from the son & grandson of dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband &I have been going to Hanson Family Dental for more years than we can remember. Meggan is our hygienist & she is professional, thorough & ever so patient with me. Karen at the reception desk is always welcoming & pleasant. We go way back to the years with Dr. Aubert and are now getting familiar with the new Doctors & Dental teams who are also professional, caring & very nice to work with. Since I do not have dental insurance, I just signed up for the Hanson Family Dental Comprehensive Care Plan which is a great savings plan for me. Their new office is almost complete and we are looking forward to their big beautiful updated office. Highly recommend!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had temporary crown on a back tooth. I know it wasn’t easy but the dentist made me feel very comfortable during the process.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my first new patient appointment at Hanson Family Dental, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The office staff, my hygienist (Meghan), and Dr. Russo were all welcoming, professional, and attentive. I was incredibly pleased with how thorough and completely painless my cleaning and exam were. Highly recommend!"

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Russo and her staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Russo has the ability to make you feel completely at ease during any procedure and explains everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Russo and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: Very gentle

Experiencia fantástica: The crew at Hanson Family Dental is the Best. Friendly, informative, and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about my Christine, dental hygienist! From the time I walk in, she makes me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She’s incredibly gentle, thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and appointments are actually enjoyable because of her warm personality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Experiencia negativa: Was a great office. Dr Aubert retired and thats it. 3 dentists. All ridiculous. They upsell you. They push for treatments you dont need. They xray you every cleaning or whenever you walk in the door so insurance wont cover it. DON'T waste your time here. Im off to find a new dentist. But theyre all alike. Crap.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve seen the past doctor for years and he was very efficient but thorough but when the new doctor came in it was different. I am known to have cavities in the past so I was expecting to have maybe 1 but as she was looking in my mouth and listing of number to the hygienist I knew something was up. 12 she said I had 12 cavities. With no explanation she left, I was shocked the hygienist tried to show me the xray to she was she was seeing and even the hygienist was hesitant to find the cavities. The appointment for the filling were 6+ months out but I knew I had to get a second opinion, they told me I had 3 they were willing to fill. They said that she probably saw the little starts of cavities but those usually will fill with more accurate brushing and flossing. I sense got those three cavities filled and the others naturally filled in with more proper brushing.

Experiencia fantástica: Newly opened dentist office is great! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the dentists incredibly thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new caring and skilled dentist. Me and my family will all be coming here!

Experiencia positiva: I went in for a cleaning and check-up for the first time and was so grateful for their kindness and skill. They never rushed me and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My only concern is that I need some, almost urgent, follow up dental work and they can't see me for six months until February, 2025. This review is for the hygienist Christine who was wonderful. I only spoke with the dentist for a few minutes so can’t speak to their abilities. Given the 6+ month wait time to get any serious dental work done I doubt I will ever see the dentist but will definitely go back for a cleaning with Christine. *Update* I had to find another dentist to do the work I needed done. I couldn’t wait the 6 months to see the dentist here.

Experiencia negativa: The new dentist is terrible. She will encourage you to do unnecessary work. Both my wife and I loved the previous dentist but once he sold it to the new lady we both have had bad experiences with her and have received completely different and less dire diagnoses from other dentists. Don’t go here! She will try to get you to do completely unnecessary work done to make a payday

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant atmosphere, attentive dental team and I am well informed on my dental health. Always a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m from out of town and had an emergency situation where a tooth came out. It was very embarrassing to be missing a tooth right in the middle. Dr. Lee saw me and did a fantastic job creating an interim solution which allowed me to confidently speak and smile for the remainder of my vacation. Due to both doctor’s kindness, I’ll be coming back here for the permanent solution. I definitely recommend Dr. Russo and Dr. Lee.

Experiencia fantástica: Like visiting family, if your family was always sticking their hands in your mouth and taking X-rays. Only dental office I've never been terrified of.

Experiencia fantástica: I called last minute because I had an infection on a Friday and didn’t want to go the weekend in pain. Even though they were fully booked, they had me come in. I am so grateful. Everyone was so wonderful and I booked another appointment! Thank you Hanson Family Dental ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, informative, and thorough!

Experiencia fantástica: As always my visit was great. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did a thorough job. It was great to see Karen at the front desk. Dr.Russo also checked my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: There are many reasons for the 5 stars. The staff are wonderful, and I enjoy seeing them. The transition to new ownership was smooth and I feel confident that I'm receiving great care. My extraction went smoothly and Dr. Lee was up front and honest with my options.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team and always makes comfortable for me

Experiencia fantástica: THEY ALL KNOW THEIR JOB AND DO IT WELL

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent visit! I typically hate going to the dentist. Karlee was awesome - pain free experience and very thorough. Dr Ross was great!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Hanson Family Dental for over 5 years. The dentist has always been completely honest about what I needed done and never did more than I needed. I just went back for a cleaning and left with the instruction that I need 2 root canals and caps and multiple cavities filled. All set, I will not be returning to the office. What a disappointment to add just another dental factory.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! Hygienist was super. She did an amazing job and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the experience. Extremely happy with everyone that I deal with at this drs. Office.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic hygienists, Karlee being the latest addition who gives superb attention and explanations to everything she does!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great visit. Staff as always did a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to visit Sam and Mia, they are so pleasant, professional and really good at what they do I m thrilled they have taken over the practice !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Good visit. Received a very thorough cleaning and flouride treatment. Terrific staff. See you in December!

Experiencia fantástica: Broke a crown at 9 pm, HD had me in a chair at 10 am and out the door with the old crown reattached.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental and oral surgery care!! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I made an unannounced, unscheduled visit to request an appointment for a broken tooth exam, and was immediately fitted into the day's workload for an x-ray and assessment. Then Dr. Russo wrote me a referral for an oral surgery exam at a nearby practice. Personalized attention like that makes it easy for me to give a 5-star recommendation to Hanson Family Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: great service and care thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Hanson Family Dental for over 15 Yrs. With the recent change in ownership, Dr.s Lee, Russo and their team are providing great service.

Experiencia fantástica: For someone that hasn't been to a dentist in awhile this was a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: In and out quickly Very intelligent (Dr Russo) Reasonable I’ll go there forever

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff!
