They had taken x-rays and they compare them to x-rays they took last year to make sure that nothing has changed. They help with scheduling and payments, and are very open and honest. I highly recommend Beyond Dental Hanson for anyone in the area that needs a new dentist or hygienist. The doctors and nurses have never scolded or acted rude because of my personal dental health situation. They have walked me through every step of the process, whenever I need work done, and they do an incredible job of numbing the area they are working in, so you don’t feel much pain at all. Really appreciate all they have done, my teeth are better than ever before. I will absolutely continue giving them my business!!

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Darmetko & staff are fantastic! Last year I fell & broke 2 teeth. I went for a consultation, but due to the extent of my injury, pain, etc Dr. Darmetko & her assistant Cari opted to do my crown/ root canal prep that day due to the amount of damage, my pain and inability to chew. I am a very anxious person, but they kept me calm and at times laughing the whole time. The only reasons why I rated them 4 stars is that there are some wheelchair accessibility issues. They have a ramp, but it’s not completely flush with the door. the cement at the end of the ramp was cracked & the ramp itself had minor damage that could cause a problem with a wheelchair. Also, getting through to the office has been difficult recently. I called 3 times in the last week, leaving 2 messages before finally speaking with someone.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Dr. Darmetko and the team! It's great to hear that they provided such excellent care during a challenging time for you. Their ability to keep you calm and even laughing speaks volumes about their professionalism and compassion.
Understandably, accessibility issues can be frustrating, and your feedback about the wheelchair ramp is important for improving our facilities. Hopefully, we can address these concerns to ensure a smoother experience for all patients.
Regarding the difficulty in reaching the office, it's unfortunate that you had trouble getting through. Clear communication is crucial in any medical practice, so it's worth mentioning this to the staff directly to help us improve their responsiveness.
Overall, it sounds like you received top-notch dental care despite some minor hiccups. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope your future experiences with Dr. Darmetko's office are even better.
Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service from the front desk to the chair.

Providing top-notch service is always our priority, and it's wonderful to know that we hit the mark for you. We look forward to seeing you again at your next appointment!
Experiencia fantástica: Emily and Sarah are wonderful Dr. DARMETKO was also fantastic great bedside manner all around. Friendly professional and all around helpful.

Delivering friendly, professional, and helpful service is always our top priority, and we're delighted that you felt well taken care of during your visit. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend, I honestly haven’t been in awhile to the dentist and it was due to nerves and anxiety. The staff at freedom dental associates quickly squashed my nerves and anxiety and made me extremely comfortable throughout my procedures. They all are amazing ppl and focus not only on your oral care but also your mental health. Additionally, they have curbside check in, temperature check, and text reminders. Little things like that go a long way especially during a pandemic where patients might be nervous to come in. Keep up the amazing work and I will be using them for the foreseeable future. Best,
