Experiencia negativa: Needed a root canal done and I’m still waiting over 3 months with no treatment. The pain, delays, and lack of urgency are unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to suffer this long for necessary dental care.

They took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and explain the available options. I especially appreciated their guidance in identifying and prioritizing matters that required immediate attention. Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and awesome Dentist. Glad to have them as my family’s Dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: They are like family when it comes to the care they give you. Friendly, courteous, and professional with the service they provide to their patients. I've been a patient with them for years, and strongly recommend their practice.

Experiencia fantástica: We are grateful that, though it is our first time to visit their clinic and we don't have an appointment, one of their Filipina staff talked to us and accommodated us. They are friendly, they talk nicely, and Doc. Fernandez is approachable and explains well what needs to be done. Actually, I'm scared of going to the dentist because of my past experience. I want to have someone to trust who is not just focused on creating money but also has concerns for their patients. I'm in pain at that time, so we try to experience the service that they have because one of my husband's coworkers recommended it to us. And we have had a good experience so far. I and my husband were satisfied with our first visit to them. And I look forward to having more good experiences with them. We are thankful to them for accommodating us. And helping me to ease the pain that I have in that moment.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are nice and friendly. Recommended to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and I feel confident with the care they provide.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Feels like family. I love how they make you feel safe. Their work is great. Very clean and always great work. I recommend them to everybody who’s looking for a great dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for years. I recommend Kingsley to anyone who ask me for a good Dentist! Staff are super friendly, scheduling is convenient, they work with you as far as making payments. 10/10 recommend!☺️

Experiencia fantástica: I switched from Western Dental and am very happy. Kind and efficient staff. Very accommodating with scheduling. The dentist took her time to explain things and answer questions. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell you on expensive products (that have poor/no evidence behind them).

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very nice and everything is very clean!

Experiencia fantástica: Totally Excellent service.

Experiencia positiva: Kingsley has great customer service and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and have helped me keep my teeth clean and straight. I've done my cleanings here, braces, and at one point had my son here. The issues that led me to a 3 star rating are these. First is they put a permanent retainer on the inside of my bottom set of teeth. I hated it and came back within a week to get it removed. It's been months now and I still have this film from where the permanent retainer was. This is not a cleanliness issue as I've only had one partial cavity in 2016, I believe. The second was the filling of my teeth without my consent. When you have no clue what is going on in your mouth and multiple objects in your mouth, it can be hard to question what's happening. Third ties into number as they fail to go over all that's to occur on your visit. My kids are at a pediatric dentist now. I still come to Kingsly but I have to speak up more and advocate for myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Fernandez is such a nice, professional person, she always makes sure I’m comfortable and all my questions are answered.

Experiencia fantástica: Staffs were very friendly and they gave good quality service! Really love the place! Most recommended

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter came in for oral evaluation. End up removing 2 wiggling teeth. She said it didn't hurt and the dentist was so nice to her. The process was smooth and the place is very cozy.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great experience with everyone! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend, the whole staff are super nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fernandez has the gentlest hands, thank you for your patience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fernandez was very thorough and explained everything including asking what my desires were and the treatment plan to get there. The hygienist, Joy , was very gentle when performing my deep cleaning! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the most horrifying place on earth. 98% of the reviews seen on here are either from employees or the dental office or from friends and family of the dentist. AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Experiencia fantástica: The Kingsly Denistry clinic has excellent dental services and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are proffessional and friendly. The clinic is worth the drive even though it is far. Dr. Lyngladen S. Fernandez respects her patients’ concerns and addresses her patients’ dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean professional and very freindly. Dr. Fernandez and the team are all great

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place for any of your dental needs!
