Experiencia negativa: WHEN I can get there, this place has been good, but my work schedule is inconsistent and they make you book months in advance, I’ve rescheduled twice and both times added a 4 month delay. I’ll have to move to a new dentist that has more ability to manage a schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley did a great job cleaning my teeth. Very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Meeting Dr Chea was a relief because she was personable, patient, and skilled. She even took the time to place a new crown the same day as my exam.

They work hard and do their very best for me and my family. The are busy but I love busy because that shows me that people trust them and love the way they are treated. Experiencia fantástica: By far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist office in a while. My doctor was amazing and got my X-rays and cleaning done in less then an hour. I was pleasantly surprised there wasn’t a huge wait being I was a new patient. Moreover, the red head girl with freckles at the front (whose name i forgot) was delightful. I had forgot my original appointment and with out being rude she assured me it was “no big deal” and got me rescheduled for the next day! Kudos to the entire team!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give it a zero stars I would. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion. I went to them for a tooth that had turned into my whole side of my face inflamed they took that tooth out because they told me it was decayed. I accepted that and removed it. They also planned to take two more teeth out and scheduled for both to be removed the same day. When they told me they were pulling the tooth I opted out of pulling the second and I am so glad I did. I only wish I got a second opinion after pulling both teeth. I went to another dentist and the tooth they claimed was rotten and HAD to be pulled? Yeah I got a root canal and crown and they saved my tooth. I will NEVER come back. They gaslit and lied OFTEN. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs

Experiencia negativa: Our family had a very confusing and frustrating dental experience. The visit started off great as the check-in was simple and straightforward. After a few minutes of waiting, they called me and my daughter in. They did a great job with my daughter and it was a pretty nice visit with x-rays, cleaning, and the dentist checking her teeth. When it came to my son, they asked if he would open his mouth. He shook his head noo and they were like "well, guess we have to refer him out to a pediatric dentist." They didn't even try. Things started to get murkier when it was time for my husband's appointment. The dental hygienist was checking his gum health and highly recommended laser treatment for a thorough cleaning. The dentist came in to look at my teeth, said his teeth were fine, and escorted me to where my wife was. No cleaning. I was pretty irritated by the time I got to the hubby. They had issues getting X-rays if my teeth and was transported back and forth across the office to try different X-ray machines. This process took about one hour. I was then quickly seen by the dental hygienist who adamantly recommended laser therapy to treat deep pockets of her gums. This has never been recommended to me before. They then offered to clean ,y teeth today. Hubby was immediately confused because his own teeth were not cleaned..? When my hubby tried to schedule a follow-up, they said he was diagnosed with a "periodontal gum disease that required deep cleaning" which would cost an additional $200 without the laser. Honestly felt that the care was inconsistent and they were pushing laser treatment to get money.

If you can’t get to all your patients within 20 minutes of their scheduled time maybe don’t book so many. Seriously people’s time is just as important as the doctors and trying to maximize profit. As someone very pregnant, nobody got time for that. They called me 16 minutes after my appt asking where I was… so they would’ve had me waiting almost an hour smh

Experiencia fantástica: Just for starters the Ladies at the front desk of the Redlands Dental office are extremely professional at the job that do No matter what kind of day that you may be having, these Ladies work as team to keep the customers happy. I normally don't feel comfortable when I go to see any Doctor, but I feel at ease because of the way that these Ladies handle things. I almost forgot the Doctors they're a loving and caring team of professionals that care for patients needs. Team work makes, the dream work.

Experiencia fantástica: Redlands Dental Group is wonderful. Same day permanent crowns. No having a temp and having to come back. Gentle caring and great quality. Dr. Aulick is amazing I barely feel local anestetic injection and he and staff are so patient to work around my oversensitive gag reflex. My old filling was gone and new same day crown was done by the time Anna finished my cleaning and measurements. Anna worked also effortlessly in between my constant need for suction. Candance was excellent assistand and got my x-rays so quickly I did not realize we were done. Everyone gives patients the most compassionate and skilled care. I love my whole dental care team.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here was kind of shocking... walked in after no dentist work on 10 years. Maggie looked at my insurance and worked through my options with me-- she found the options were better than I thought. Super helpful. And no crazy marketing nonsense. In one 5 hour period I got X-rays, evaluated, a great interaction with my dentist and hygienist. Then a root canal and crown milled while they worked in root planing. So basically got through four "sittings" that would have taken three plus weeks and four visits-- in one 4 hour block. Crazy. And this would have cost me about 3X that at my old dentist ten years ago. That was garbage. This was super legit. Highly recommend.

Doctor Aulick personally found problems in the dental care I received down in San Diego by a dentist trained at UCSF, one of the best institutions for health education. They are also very easy to get a hold of to schedule and reschedule whenever I need to. Dental hygienists are highly skilled and friendly, especially Meghann! The same for the support staff and front desk, all with wonderful smiles! Very happy with the service I have received. I am actually leaving CA, but plan to come back just to see them for my teeth. I trust them!

Experiencia negativa: - enjoyed the hygienist (gave high detail of procedure and the science behind the needs of my oral health) - did not appreciate twice my name pronounced incorrectly once by the x ray tech and once from the care coordinator - for the young lady who facilitated my x rays ( could have been more polite and welcoming or even engaging, physical appearance should reflect higher standards - hair grooming and footwear) - for the care coordinator ( asked if my name was misspelled which is not kind - my name COULD be spelled Steven but it’s spelled Stephen and I believe my parents spelled it correctly. It’s not a unique way of spelling my name but to literally ask if my name was spelled wrong is highly dissatisfying). - did not like seeing staff on their cell phones using instagram ( I walked through the hallway to my exam room and two women were leaning on their chairs and on instagram. I’m certain there are other non public spaces that can accommodate breaks or what appeared to be staff on break but highly unfavored to see staff “hanging out”) To sum it up, I guess I have high standards for medical staff.

Dr. Aulick is also great. When there have been issues in the past he talks me through the best plan of action and we get those issues handled. I would highly recommend both of them. The front desk staff is also amazing. They always welcome you with a warm smile, especially Sarah!

Good luck if you ever need to see someone quickly. Waited over a week twice with a tooth infection. She took the time to clearly explain everything to my mom, making sure she understood all the details about the treatment and payment options. Kim was very understanding of what my mom needed and helped us through everything. She stayed involved every step of the way, which made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. Dr. Aulick has been my mom’s dentist for many years, and every time she sees him, he treats her with respect and makes her feel important. He’s always kind, attentive, and very helpful. His work has been amazing and we are so thankful for the care and professionalism he brings to every appointment. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for compassionate and skilled dental care.

He is a very thorough, kind, caring dentist that explains everything in great detail and makes you feel at ease. Update: Dr Gladvin has left. But all the doctors here are excellent. We love coming to the dentist here. We continue to love it at this dentist. If you haven’t been already, DEFINITELY give them a try.

The dr was great and explained everything she did and even had little displays to show me exactly what needed to be done. And Kim helped me with a payment plan that fit my needs, and was super supportive. Great experience, I’m more comfortable and confident returning here.

I’ve never had a positive dental experience like this.I’ve always had a difficult time finding a good dental office and I’m glad to finally had found one. I recently took my mom who’s in a wheelchair and we were greeted with the same experience. Her being in a wheelchair, she has difficulty getting around but they made it as easy as possible for her. Knowing that my mom was already nervous about being there, they allowed me to be with her the whole time and were very patient with her. I’d like to thank the two techs that were so kind with her, Rachel and Malika. You two are very amazing, did a great job and we’d just like to extend our appreciation to you two. Also a big thank you to Kim who is always amazing and does everything in her power to help you with your treatment plans. Lastly, Dr Larrew thank you for going into details with my mom’s dental treatment and answering any questions and concerns she had. You all as a team were great and I can’t thank you enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I am really picky about dentists. I’ve had 2 really bad experiences and when I find a good one I wanna tell everyone about them! Redlands Dental Group and Ortho is really wonderful. From the terrific ladies in reception to the hygienists and dentists. And if you need surgery or a crown, they do all of it in house. There’s no measuring then coming back when it’s ready. They do it all there! I had to have some oral surgery, and there were some problems with my insurance. It was such a relief to be assisted by Kim! She helped me work everything out so I could have my surgery the next day! I truly with all of my heart recommend Redlands Dental and Ortho. They’re kind and trustworthy. I am relieved that I have them helping me take care of my smile.

Experiencia negativa: They are okay, but they are clearly just trying to run up the bill for the insurance company while providing minimal work. As one small example or many, this visit I was supposed to have an advanced under gums, mega cleaning, and all they provided was scrapping of stains. They didn’t even bother to floss my teeth as part of the cleaning. Definitely not worth what they charged the insurance company.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. Staff tries to increase prices on care that is already included in dental plan. Felt like I was at a car dealership, the lady who was supposed to clean my teeth walks out and says she is going to ask her manager if she can be approved to do a deep clean. 5 minutes later a different lady shows up and starts showing me $400+ worth of how much the deep clean will cost. Totally threw me off as I never heard back from the first lady who was assigned to clean my teeth and walked away to ask the manager for permission. The lady who was going to clean my teeth had too much perfume on which was uncomfortable and her perfume was suffocating me. She had major attitude problem from the beginning, the tone of voice was disrespectful and far from friendly. She was being very heavy handed with the sharp device on my gums which was very painful, something I haven't experienced before with other workers. I was already getting a bad feeling about her and was thinking of calling it off as I had never met her before and I had always had a different lady clean my teeth for years there with no problem at all. I don't know if this place underwent a management change or what because even when I first walked in, the lady at the front desk was trying to charge me close to $100 dollars for my regular annual cleaning. I let her know that my plan covers two cleanings per year and that I never paid for a regular cleaning. She kept trying to convince me otherwise and she seemed baffled as to why that cost would show up. Finally her coworker told her to add that cost somewhere on my chart so insurance pays for it instead . Something felt very shady about this place. They refused to give me my regular teeth cleaning that I get every year, for years now. They told me to come back when I had the money to pay for the deep clean instead. This has never happened to me before and I am in my 40s. Avoid this place for your dental work.
