My very first appointment with Dr Besso at a different location, I decided he's my guy for the rest of my life and he has made me proud of that decision every single time. Outstanding quality of work but more than that it's the genuine caring for their patients. I could go on for days but the important message is that for someone who has resisted dental work my entire life and it shows because every one of my teeth needed work Dr besso has turned around that fear. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get work done.

Experiencia negativa: I was a longtime patient of Dr. Caffaratti and always trusted the care I received from him, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I was seen by Dr. Cody Besso when I came in with a dental abscess. I was in significant pain and was told there was nothing he could do for me. I left without treatment, without antibiotics, and feeling like my concerns had not been taken seriously. I expected the same standard of care that I had always experienced at this practice. Instead, I felt dismissed and ultimately had to seek treatment elsewhere. Because of my experience, I have lost confidence in this office and can no longer recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: I will never go back. My wife made me an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I did receive a call to remind me of the appointment at which time they requested my records from my current dentist, which didn't make sense. The person at the current dentist that handled such things was on vacation. I was advised I would not be able to have a proper examination without exrays and records from my current dentist I didn't arrive to have a PROPER examination, I arrived to have my teeth cleaned only. After being advised I couldn't be helped, I said goodbye and simply left the office. I did send a civil text stating that I traveled 30 miles and didn't appreciate having my time wasted. I received the usual practiced apologies for the confusion and they were there for me to reach out to if I needed. What a crock. I really didn't like the immediate attempt to up sell me, I JUST WANTED MY TEETH CLEANED!! I would not recommend this dentist office unless you want to be subjected to their up grade sales pitch and strong arm tactics When my wife returns from her out of country trip I am going to recommend to her that she leave this practice. This practice will not be recommend by me or my circle of friends or aassociates.

But let me tell you, from the moment I called and spoke to Jen at the front desk, I just knew I had found the right place. She was so helpful with my insurance and really put me at ease before my appointment. This office has truly helped me get my teeth back in shape. Then I met Andrea, who I absolutely adore. She is a true gem at this practice and has excellent people skill. And little did I realize that Chelsey would become my favorite hygienist ever. I really value my dental health, and she has been absolutely fantastic. And of course, I can't forget Dr. Besso, who made me feel so comfortable and was really easy to talk to. Last but not least, Wendy has been so kind and understanding when it comes to working out my payments. I feel like I've found a new home for taking care of my health, because, let's face it, your teeth are a big part of your overall well-being. This office is not only friendly, but it's also super clean, caring, and genuinely invested in their patients. I know I have a lot of work to do with my teeth, but I have full confidence that they'll be there every step of the way, helping me out and working with me on the financial side of things. Experiencia negativa: Hygienist stated that I needed under gum cleaning for two teeth with local. A first. Turns out, insurance only covers half of it and will not cover the "laser fee" x 2 of $50 each. Reminds me of the times that offices (including this one) force a fluoride treatment & charge to adults despite its worthless effectiveness and why insurance won't cover that as well. I felt I was being taken advantage of and declined. I'll do better with flossing and save about $300 out of pocket of a $638 fee for a 45 minute procedure. Crazy.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Caffaratti Dental Group close to 7 years now and they have admirably provided superior dental care. Their front office is very friendly and communicative, the assistants and hygienists are very friendly and informative. Dr. Besso just complete an extraction on me and prep work for an implant on a bottom tooth that had broken at the gum line. I was concerned it could be a difficult extraction but it went very, very smoothly and with a local anesthetic it was entirely pain free. I went home with prescriptions from pan and swelling but apparently things went so well the pain meds were entirely unnecessary by the next day. I look forward to the implant in a few months once the bone graft has solidified and highly recommend Caffaratti group to anyone seeking highly professional dental care.

Excellent care, compassionate and supportive staff. The appointment time was exactly as scheduled. Amy, the dental hygienist, was personable, kind, and didn't cause me pain during my cleaning. She's the best hygienist I've ever had. Dr. Besso is down-to-earth and not pretentious at all. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Besso took the time to attend to me and even provided care on the same day. Unfortunately, high-quality customer service is the exception rather than the rule. That being said, I highly recommend Dr. Besso and his team to everyone who wants to be cared for and receive the right treatment instead of what is most profitable for the dentist. Caffaratti Dental Group is the BEST in town!

The dentist I saw referred me to an orthodontist, for free, and told me that after I saw the orthodontist, I would hear back from him/his office…After the consultation, I never heard from the office, regarding…anything. I contacted the office 3 times (once in person) and asked for the dentist to get back with me; they acknowledged who I was (an actual patient) and said they would leave a message with Doctor Dooshette. I stopped contacting them like 5 weeks after I went to the orthodontist. I finally heard back from the office, 5 months later, to schedule a cleaning… What. A. Joke. Don’t waste your time with Doctor Dooshette. ***this post gets a single star, because it will not allow me to post 0 stars***

Experiencia negativa: I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this practice. I am someone who looks at several reviews before choosing a new dentist/ anything really, so I was happy to find somewhere with such high reviews. I called the front desk and made sure they were contracted with my insurance and made an appointment. I had an initial appointment back in August 2022. After my cleaning and exam I sat down with Wendy, who goes over insurance and pricing for any needed work. I provided both insurances to Wendy and the front desk (more than once) and was happy to find out that my estimate was under $200 for all 6 fillings I needed. I had three of the fillings done and paid what was due (~$60) and later received a bill for $400. When I spoke to Carrie at the front desk, she let me know that the insurance hadn't paid yet and not to worry about paying that bill. I continued to receive bills and continued to reach out to the office. I kept getting the same response and was told to wait to pay it. Carrie also let me know that she didn't typically handle billing and that Sarah would be a better person to talk to about this. I asked Carrie to have Sarah call me when she was in. I called the next few weeks (after not getting a call back) and was told Sarah is out sick and she would call me once she is back in the office. At this point, months had gone by and I spoke to Carrie and the answering service several times. I never received a call back. The bills kept coming and I finally called my dental insurance. They let me know that this dentist is out of network and that is why they are not paying what was estimated by Wendy. I was very surprised to learn that the dentist was out of network, as the office staff hadn't said anything about that to me. I finally spoke to Sarah in December and Sarah basically told me there wasn't anything anyone could do. I asked to speak to the office manager because I feel like this is terrible patient care, and I was told that Sarah is the office manager. Sarah stated that someone should have told me on my first visit that their office is not "a preferred provider for any insurance". The fact that this was not communicated to me at any point during all of the phone calls and visits I had is so frustrating. What a waste of time trying to get an answer from the office staff and a serious waste of money. This dental group was recommended to me by my dad- he only trusted Dr. Caffaratti with dental work. I'm sure Dr. Caffaratti would be disappointed to know this is how the office is managed.

She made a huge impression on me last time I came in, and asked me why I couldn't spend at least just 2 minutes a day doing a better job. What is 2 minutes a day?
