Experiencia fantástica: The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They greeted us upon arrival and were very helpful. They kept us informed of our appointment status while we waited.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. I was greeted by name upon arrival, brought back promptly, and Nicole did an outstanding job with my scans and photos. She walked me through the treatment process and plan efficiently, answered my questions with confidence, and made everything easy to understand. The doctor was running a few minutes behind, but his personality and professionalism more than made up for the brief wait. Everyone on the team was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. I came in expecting an Invisalign consultation and left genuinely looking forward to starting treatment here. If this first visit is any indication of what’s to come, I know I’m in great hands.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful for Dr Martin and his AMAZING staff! They all are always so friendly and helpful. Dental procedures can sometimes make you feel nervous or anxious but my kids have never had any fear and they look forward to going in- I think that speaks volumes about the office!! Extremely professional, definitely recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely write reviews, however, when something is exceptional, it must be acknowledged. Such is the case with Dr. Martin and his wonderful team of assistants. It's tough enough straightening out my twins in life but relying on Dr. Martin to do the same for their teeth was the perfect choice. Not only was the staff professional in every way imaginable, they also added a personable comfort to every visit for my twins. Simply put, they provided outstanding service and I would highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team for anyone's Orthodontic Care. I'd also like to acknowledge Kerri, who was absolutely Marvelous with a capital 'M' with my twins care. Thank you all so much, The Nasso Family

Martin and his team remained consistently attentive, always seeking the best course of action. Experiencia fantástica: This was an amazing experience. Our dentist referred our 7 year old to Dr Martin for free orthodontics consultation and we got in within the same month. The place is so fun for kids and my daughter loved it there despite being apprehensive since this was her first time there. They did free Xrays and Dr Martin told us to come back for a check up next year. We were so happy with his warm personality, diligence and ethics. I was very surprised we were not charged for this amazing experience. I will not chose another orthodontist when/if we actually need one.

Both of my daughters were completely at ease with him and seemed to enjoy his style of practice. Experiencia fantástica: This orthodontist is amazing! The workers here are incredibly nice to everyone. I came here for a few years and they made my teeth perfectly straight. I would totally recommend this place for all ages.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin and Jessica were super! We had a very thorough consultation and received a wonderful exam. They explained the process beautifully and our child is super excited to begin their orthodontic adventure. Thanks!

Experiencia negativa: 6 years here through 2 kids and I definitely don’t recommend coming here. My main issue is the way Dr Martin speaks to my children. He is very condescending rude to them. Wait times are excessive, we are in the waiting room an average of 20-30 and at least another 15-30 minutes in the chair. Their hours are difficult for scheduling and if you have to reschedule, it’s going to be a month before they get you in. I took my third child to a different orthodontist and we have had a much better experience. If you value your time and want your children to be treated with respect, don’t come.

Experiencia fantástica: Nicole and Dr Martin are heaven sent

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter like there, the Doctor is very nice

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was nervous about getting braces. We had Dominique and she was wonderful. She discussed each step of the process with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. This was an amazing experience and she is a value to Robert Martin orthodontics.

Experiencia positiva: Great staff but they never start on time. We always come at 7:30 and get called around 7:45 or after. Im serious about my time

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin and Brandi always exceed our expectations. My daughter will only see Brandi during her follow up visits for her braces and Dr. Martin always provides a level of comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services at Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. Dr. Martin, who oversaw my son's treatment, was always the epitome of professionalism combined with a delightful sense of fun. His approachable and cheerful demeanor made the process of getting braces enjoyable for my son. Dr. Martin's expertise and patience ensured that every visit was productive and pleasant. He took the time to explain each step of the treatment process, making sure we understood and felt comfortable with the plan. A standout in our experience was Dominique, the Ortho Tech. Dominique's vibrant personality and unwavering positivity made each appointment something to look forward to. She excelled in keeping my son well-informed throughout every phase of getting his braces—whether it was adjusting them, changing the colors, or simply checking in. Her genuine care and engagement in conversations helped keep my son's mind at ease, transforming what could have been a stressful experience into a series of enjoyable visits. Dominique’s ability to connect with my son, ensuring he felt comfortable and heard, truly set her apart. Her constant check-ins and lively spirit were a breath of fresh air, making us feel like we were part of a larger family. The entire staff at Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland works seamlessly together, creating an environment that feels more like a close-knit family than a medical facility. Their dedication to patient care and their ability to make everyone feel like part of their extended family is remarkable. I cannot recommend Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland highly enough. If you are looking for a place where professionalism meets genuine care and where every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, this is the place to go. Thank you, Dr. Martin and Dominique, for making my son's orthodontic journey a truly enjoyable one.
