Experiencia fantástica: I am SO beyond grateful to have found this dental place!!! After having had a lot of dental trauma with two other places in Brentwood, this one has already been night and day different! The front desk staff is all so sweet and accommodating, and they really go above and beyond to try to get things done for you. The three hygienists/assistants who have cared for me (Cassie, Katheryn, and Eric) have been just as amazing! Cassie took her time and actually listened really well as I shared some past dental/health trauma that has caused a lot of anxiety. I truly felt seen and heard in a way I never have at a dentist’s office. My cleaning done by Katheryn was the best one I’ve ever had. They have a really cool new technique unlike anything I’ve seen before for cleanings. I’m very sensitive to dental treatments (I have Lupus, MCAS, EDS, and POTS) and she even made the water temperature warmer to help with the pain. She educated me on how to brush my teeth properly (how in the world have I never been taught that before?!) and on several other helpful tips. Dr. Estes was very kind and seemed quite knowledgeable. I saw a surgeon in Brentwood for several surgeries that did not go well. It’s looking like some of his past work may need to be redone by Dr. Estes. All of it makes me nervous, but I finally feel like I’m in really good hands. They also use more holistic products in their office which I greatly appreciate!! So, so thankful to have found them!!!! Also, I wanted to mention that my mom has been a patient there for a little while now and had one of her surgeries done by Dr. Estes. She’s also had the same amazing experiences as me!

After seeing two other dentists who immediately told me I needed multiple root canals, I went here for another opinion and I’m so glad I did. It turned out I didn’t need root canals at all. Several teeth just needed old fillings replaced. They literally saved my teeth and probably saved me thousands of dollars. What stood out most was how honest and conservative they were with treatment. They took the time to explain everything and never pushed unnecessary procedures. Their cleanings are also incredibly efficient, gentle, and they don’t use harsh chemicals, which I really appreciate. If you want a dental office that actually cares about your long term dental health instead of upselling procedures, Nashville Restorative Dentistry is the place to go.

Everyone we see from entering and throughout the visit are friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve used services for our regular teeth cleanings, to replacing mercury fillings, fixing some cavities and teeth that needed work, and two kids wisdom teeth removal. I like the products used and the practices used that are much more natural and safe for my family. We use both Dr. Estes and Dr Jones and would highly recommend them both.

When I walked into the lobby it was like walking into a luxury 5 Star Hotel lobby....this place certainly takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere with a modern touch. The staff was friendly and our hygienist was awesome. Katheryn (the hygienist) didn't just clean our teeth but she took time to educate us on certain aspects of oral care and answered our questions too. My daughter (who is 9yrs old) has had a little bit of anxiousness going to offices in the past, but she did not experience that at NRD. She was comfortable and actually had a good time. We are glad to now make this our official new Dentist Office in TN. It's such a great place!

I unfortunately had to have two extractions and a crown replaced, and they have been so supportive and patient while explaining all of the options available (along with their pros and cons) and making sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. They take such care to make sure I’m not only comfortable but happy. They give me a delicious cup of coffee, xylitol gum, an eye mask, a comfy blanket - they make going to the dentist feel like a luxury spa experience. I found them after a horrible experience at a different dental spa where I had to fight to advocate for my wants and needs and I’m so glad that I searched for a dentist that cares about the same things I do. Their products are top notch! They have completely changed my gum health. I will forever use the perioscience toothpaste and organic brushing rinse! Their staff are family, they know my husband and I so well, we send our friends here too. They know about my favorite foods, vacations and they check in about my life. It is so far above and beyond my oral health. They care about me and my life. Now onto the actual dental care. For 11 years they have always guided me to the best decision for my teeth - no hard sell. Just the facts, the possibilities and then when I choose to have the work done they will not stop until I’m comfortable and happy with their work. I probably came back 6 times after my crown! I have been told I need Invisalign or Sure Smile for decades and after years of their gentle prompting I’ve finally decided to do it. Could I go somewhere less expensive? Probably, but I won’t. I find their service and their skills to be worth every single penny, every single time. This scaredy cat drives almost 40 minutes to the dentist several times a year. I can’t wait to chat Kathleen and Cami and Hayley. Cassie the hygienist knows my favorite music artist and is so sweet and gentle. And Dr. Jones, well he is simply the best in the business. After not seeing a dentist for 19 years and having a cavity on a premolar, I was nervous, but the entire team made the experience truly transformative. I first reached out through their website, and Dr. Estes promptly responded, even reviewing photos I sent ahead of my visit. Scheduling was simple, and they accommodated me with a next-day appointment. Their availability was significantly better than my local dentist, and even though I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there, it was absolutely worth it. Their comprehensive 2-hour exam was exceptional, using advanced Cone Beam 3D imaging. Seeing the images was life changing. Dr. Estes's thoughtful approach deeply inspired me to take better care of my health. Receiving the images by email afterward was a helpful and thoughtful touch from Airin. Dr. Estes and the staff, including Airin, Tonya, Eric, Mason, Hayley, Kathleen, and Cami, were welcoming, professional, and thorough. Tonya was especially reassuring, easing my nerves during the cavity and crown treatment. Airin, Eric, and Dr. Estes genuinely changed my life with their attentive care. They fixed me up beautifully, with Dr. Estes personally designing and creating an E.max Lithium Disilicate crown that same day. Just hours after the cavity was filled and the crown placed, I found myself confidently smiling throughout the nearby mall, something I cannot recall doing in recent years. Their warmth and love for Seinfeld made the visit even more enjoyable. They know all the quotes, so definitely mention Seinfeld if you're chatting with Dr. Estes or Airin. I had 2 porcelain crowns made and the best part was having them done in one visit instead of having to get temporaries because the crowns are made in their own lab. Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with this place! I drove two hours to go to NRD and it was worth it! The staff is awesome! Dr. Estes removed two of my amalgam's. I was nervous about the removal because I have medicine and chemical phobias. As crazy as that sounds, it is very real for me. So the thought of taking mercury out of my mouth was not fun. I’ve been having very strange symptoms for about 5 years and for more than two of those years I’ve been going from doctor to doctor trying to find out what is wrong with me. Still no answers but since I had a cracked and leaking fillings and because of the research that I’ve done regarding mercury fillings, I wanted to get them out. No one in my home town practices the safe protocols that NRD takes so that’s why I went to them. ERIC was awesome on the day of procedures. I explained to him my issues. He was very understanding and very patient with me. I recommend this place!

I have terrible dental anxiety from having so much dental work done, due to childhood trauma, that I rarely walked into a dental office as an adult. The staff here are incredible people who are personable, kind and compassionate giving full attention to each patient without fail. They remember who you are and even small details about your life showing their care and concern for you. They listen intently to any worry you may have and do everything possible in their power to fix any problem and ease your mind. They take their time in explaining every procedure from what needs to done as well as giving you options to what could be done, all the while breaking down the cost and financial aspects. I came across them on Google after moving to Nashville when I was trying to transition to holistic dentistry, and felt really good about the reviews and content on their website so I decided to take a chance. Every single visit with them brightens my day. The staff is so kind, caring, attentive, and fun and are always down for an in-depth chat about all things holistic. I have to give a shout out to Danielle who was amazing during my wisdom teeth removal - it felt like I had a friend supporting me throughout the process. And everyone I have interacted with/worked with in some capacity - Hayley, Cami, Kathleen, Megan, Airin, Jolene, Dr. Ryan, and Dr. Caleb - are all incredible. This place has surpassed my expectations and I'm grateful to have found them.

For some, the fear of dentists and dental procedures may hold them back from scheduling appointments for preventative care or from seeking treatment for existing dental concerns until the issues become far too advanced. This was my situation. My anxiety and hesitation led to a delay in scheduling an exam for my teeth, and so the decay continued to advance until I could no longer ignore or delay the inevitable. In my search for a dentist, I came upon the Nashville Restorative Dentistry website. The website outlined a more holistic approach to dental care using the latest and most advanced technologies, and the before and after photos showcased transformative results. I contacted them to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and guided into the exam area. Airin, one of the dental hygienists, took the time to actively listen to my concerns, including my struggles with sensory processing and my heightened levels of anxiety over dental procedures. She provided a safe space for me to express myself without fear of judgment. After the conclusion of my comprehensive exam, Dr. Jones approached me with calm assurance and a gentle manner. I wasn’t made to feel guilty or ashamed for the condition of my teeth. Instead, he carefully explained the results of my exam and created a plan to address those areas of concern. He also offered insight on options to approach my existing issues, but there was never any pressure to commit. I was given agency to decide and choose the option that best suited my unique situation and comfort level. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Jones and his dental assistant Danielle helped to put me at ease and to better understand what to expect for each step of the process. They offered weighted and non-weighted blankets for comfort, earplugs and headphones to reduce noise, and opportunities for breaks. Danielle took the time to describe and explain what was being done, which helped to reduce my anticipatory anxiety, and both she and Dr. Jones offered encouragement and reassurances throughout the duration of the procedure. The results were astonishing. There were no complications, and my teeth felt and looked incredible. Dr. Jones and Danielle masterfully reconstructed and restored functionality to the affected teeth. And I couldn’t be happier with the results. My experience at Nashville Restorative Dentistry not only transformed my teeth, but it also transformed my perspective on dental care as a whole. It showcased how a positive experience with a caring staff can make a huge difference in alleviating anxiety and dispelling stereotypes that may act as a hindrance to seeking treatment for dental concerns. Dr. Jones and his team deserve recognition and commendation for their role in saving my teeth. He, Airin, and Danielle were pivotal in their contributions of ensuring that my experience was a positive one and with helping to alleviate my fears. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated like family. Even the kids look forward to their dental visits! After years of trauma from previous dental experiences, I can now walk into a dental office without having to fight PTSD. My dental health has also improved under the care of Dr Estes and the detailed hygiene care and advice received from the team. When we walk in the door we are greeted with warm smiles and feel like we're seeing old friends. The team remembers us by name and will go out of their way to say "Hi". When I walked in the door the receptionist Cami had lavender for me to calm my nerves. Dr. Johnson was nice and gentle with his x-rays. Dr. Estes was so kind and open with explaining things. I walked away with good news and breathing lighter. They did great. Wish I had these guys a long time ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Nashville Restorative Dentistry took such good care of me and my friend. They were able to see us back to back, which was fabulous since we were 1.5 hours away. My warrior friend’s number one fear is the dentist, and they helped her and put her at ease from the moment she walked in. Kind, gentle, and informative. They were even extra gentle with x-rays… everything. She was so relived and well taken care of and they even let me be in the room the whole time. I had my appointment right after and they thought of everything, they had a choice of movies, music… Even gave me chapstick throughout, so my lips wouldn’t get too dry. They communicated with me the whole time and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. Great people, great work. Really appreciate the whole team and especially Eric’s great sense of humor. I cannot recommend them enough! P.S. They also offered me Frothy Monkey coffee and refreshments.

Dr. Jones and his staff have anticipated and eliminated that aspect more than any dentist I've ever seen. More than that, it is as if they've welcomed me into their family. That is the kind of love and mutual appreciation the staff shows to each other, as well as to their patients. When I first walked into their beautiful office and saw the thoughtful amenities they offer, I thought, "Well, I guess this is what I'll be paying for." But there's nothing frivolous or superficial about the care and service they offer. I drive an hour for NRD's care, and I've met patients who drive two hours from another state to make them their dentist. There's a good reason.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were on the first day of vacation in the Nashville area when I lost a crown. We were staying right around the corner from Nashville Restorative Dentistry. I do well with dentists, but I was a little nervous to not be at home. Dentists, assistants, and office staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The dentist not only gave me options but what I could expect from each. Their goal truly seemed to be saving my tooth with the least amount of trauma to myself and my finances. I would consider vacationing in Nashville every 6 months to make Nashville Restorative Dentistry a part of my regular health care.
